Interweave / Never sent the order
I placed an order in September of 2015 for four DVDs. In December I contacted them to see what the issue was, and was told they would re-ship, as the package was returned. I emailed them twice more since. It is now January 2016 and I have not gotten anything from them. They seem to be ignoring me. I filed a complaint with the FTC, and hope to at least get my money back. Terrible store.
