Interweave Money charged but no product delivered

I made a purchase for an annual subscription of Interweave as a gift in Dec 2021. I was charged $40.86 CAD on Dec 15, 2021 on my credit card. I did not receive a confirmation email for my subscription and called the Interweave right away. I was told that they had some problem about their email confirmation but my order went through. By end of March 2022, the person who was supposed to get my gift told me that she never received any subscription but she saw the 1st Interweave magazine out in the market . On April 2, 2022, I went to the Interweave website to submit a email follow up, providing the transaction number as proof. Since then, I have not got any response from the Interweave. Also, it is very difficult to find a way to communicate with this company. I think they are being evasive on purpose. As far as I'm concerned, this company is a scam. I would advise anyone I know NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM INTERWEAVE! I am considered myself being scammed. It is outrageous! Looking at all these complaints about Interweave, I am surprised nothing done about this company, given a long history of scamming. This should be a police matter!

Interweave Saturn Connections Kit

I ordered this item 3/31/2018. The directions for making this item were supposed to be on their website. I cannot find the free directions for this order, invoice number [protected]. I have asked for a link to the directions and have not received it. This link should be available for me to make the bracelet.

Interweave unauthorized credit card charge!

On May 7, Interweave charged my Schools First bank account for $15.02! This withdrawal was NOT authorized~I have no idea why you charged my bank account! Please return the $15.02 to that account or send me a check for that amount. I have left instructions that this withdrawal was unauthorized! Thank you for a prompt response.

Interweave purchase of digital beading pattern

Wow, wish I had read reviews of this organization before I purchased a beading pattern using PayPal that I really wanted. I never received any information about obtaining the pattern and, after filing a complaint with PayPal, still no communication from these people. Paid for the pattern on 2/11/19 and wish I had gone with my intuition that there was something dishonorable with this organization. Still no resolution and I won't continue to pursue the matter through PayPal. From the reviews I've read from various websites, this is NOT a company to be trusted. That is, if you can even get the website to work after you've made a purchase.

Interweave lack of refund

Hi,
Last August I took out a subscription with interweave knits and never received any magazines. I asked for a refund and up until now, over a year later I'm still waiting. I've emailed and also phoned them and gave them my credit card number and I'm still waiting for my refund. I keep getting fobbed off. I did get sent a USD cheque but my UK bank doesn't accept foreign cheques so I posted it back. I have a years worth of emails and I am no further forward! Customer service is atrocious.

Interweave order never processed but payment taken

I placed an order a week ago. At first the status was fulfillment, then it was changed to On Hold. I have not received any kind of communication from Interweave as to why my order is On Hold. My payment has been deducted from my bank account and I can't get answers to my emails as to what is going on with my order. In my last email to them, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment, if they were unwilling to tell me why my order was still on hold. They never did answer any of my emails. They cancelled the order and refunded my payment. I will not do business with them again.

Interweave damaged products

As soon as the package I ordered from Interweave arrived I quickly opened it to retrieve my three new, never-before-used books. However, I was very upset and disappointed to see that they were not the flawless and brand new books I had expected. All three of them had been damaged at the upper left corner with varying degrees of severity. The cardboard box they came in was quite intact but must have been handled badly enough to bash up the books inside. I would like a replacement, however I know that if I pay the shipping to return the products and the new shipping for an exchange, the overall price would nullify what I used to purchased the books. So alas I will have to keep the damaged books. If I wanted damaged books I could have gone many of other places to do business, but I wanted new books of my very own, I luxury I rarely ever have. I would like to see Interweave wrap their products in some sort of protective packaging so that what their customers receive accurately reflects the quality I know Intereweave has.

I emailed my complaint message to Interweave's Customer service at interweaveservice@interweave.com. They contacted me back and helped work through the problem and listened to my complaint and said they would take action steps towards considering the way their sales are represented. Because I purchased the books on sale I could not exchange them and decided to keep them. However, they kindly offered me a coupon for my next purchase.

I placed an order in September of 2015 for four DVDs. In December I contacted them to see what the issue was, and was told they would re-ship, as the package was returned. I emailed them twice more since. It is now January 2016 and I have not gotten anything from them. They seem to be ignoring me. I filed a complaint with the FTC, and hope to at least get my money back. Terrible store.

Interweave seller sent me only one item from the whole order and started to ignore me

I placed large order on the website www.interweavestore.com. I bought knitting and beads from them, but after 4 weeks I got only half of the order. The seller replied quickly to my emails and told me that they would send another order, and after that I haven’t heard from this scammer again. I received the smallest things from my order, but other things missed and impossible to get them. Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with them.

I love the Interweave products, but the website is the most customer unfriendly I have ever encountered. Unfortunately, you have to go through their frustrating, hair pulling website to view your videos and download your magazines. As much as I love their products, I am, after days trying to get into my purchased products, giving up. I have wasted too much time being angry and frustrated when I could be happily weaving. I don’t know what needs to be changed, but something is very wrong.

The company www.interweavestore.com doesn’t have any customer services at all. I have bought some craft from them and I placed the order last month. But the company hasn’t confirmed the purchase and the shipping. And I didn’t get it. All my emails to customer services were useless, because they didn’t react or offer how to solve the problem. Not recommended company.
