Internet profit gene Charge for services not recieved or asked for

I recieved three different charges on my credit card. One for 1.95 another for 81.32 and another for 9.34. A total of 92.61. I want these charges taken off of my credit card because i never recieved anything for these charges. I see no reason to pay for something i never got. Please Remove all charges immediately and cancel whatever these charges are for.

They did the same to me. They took unathorised money from my credit card, a total of £119. I dont know how they got my credit card details because i certainly did not give them any.

The best thing you can do is change your debit card number. That way they cannot get anything from your account. I did that...they won't get anything from me again. Also make sure they give you a cancellation number once you tell them to take you off of their list. This is a nasty scam. They took 81.32 from me also. Go to http://www.FTC.GOV and file a complaint against them. You might not get your money back, but the more they hear about this co., the more they are apt to do something about it.

Internet profit gene Unauthorized withdrawal of funds

I have an unauthorized debit to my checking account that is from Internet Profit Gene. I have NO IDEA who this is! I want my money returned to my account at once. I've tried the phone number that was with the debt but it tell me that the offices are closed. Please help! I barely make ends meet now I don't need some company taking money from me that I did not authorize.

They are totally scam and very RUDE! I managed to talk to someone there who hanged up on me, and then I tried to call again went to the voice mail that their offices are closed! I called using another number and spoke to a very rude woman who insisted that "sorry we can't refund your money".

My bank is following up on this charge- I will advise anyone who has been scammed by these horrible people to call your bank and discuss the matter with them - they will resolve it.

Internet profit gene will not refund money

I called them when I received a charge on my account for $81.32. I did not know I was going to be charged this amount. They said to bad so sad and there was nothing they would do for me. This is a scam and I don't recommend anybody to participate with the google system where they have to give their credit card to receive a cd. You will get charged. I want my money back and they won't refund it. I will be taking this up with my bank also.

This is a scam and complete fraud! I was taken to this "company's" website through a link in a legitimate news story. When I clicked on the link they gave me after i agreed to the apparently one-time $1.95 fee, it took me to eBay's home page. I never received another thing from them, not even an email. Then I got unauthorized charges of $83.75 plus $2.43 "foreign transaction fee" on my credit card. When i called the company, the guy who answered the phone hung up on me as I was telling him he should look for a different job, because he must be getting complaints like this all the time! BEWARE!

After paying the required fee of $1.98, I never received the information packet that would teach me how to imput info on Google.

I later discovered that $81.97 had been taken from my account without my knowledge!

I feel like Google should be accountable for this scam and misuse of my trust.

I signed up for this trial that was 1.95 and they send you a disc. I got the disc and wasn't interested. I got a call on June 24th (within the seven day period) and I told the girl I wasnt interested and wanted it cancelled. She said ok. Then I look on my account and I got charged 81.32 on June 26th. I called the number provided [protected]) and they told me they would not refund it because I never called to cancel. I explained that someone called me to make sure I recieved the disc and I cancelled it with her, they said they didnt have record of it and it was too bad they would not refund it. Then mr. Alan Ivy had the audacity to tell me that in the future I should get someones name and a conformation number. The funny part is when I called back to tell them I would be pursuing charges against them I talked to a Ms. Katie White who could not give me a conformation number!

Internet Profit Gene advertised free website for $1.95. I gave him my debit card number, he took $1.95 out of my bank account on the 11th of June and when I received my bank statement, I found that on the 19th of June 2009
he withdrew an unauthorized $81.32. I`m going to go to the IC3 as soon as I get off here. He owes me $ 83.27 as of today August 13th 2009.

OMG I can not believe that I go to my ... I read in the internet for a good job, just had to send $ 1.95 to send me all information, but two weeks later I took from my bank account $ 81.32 without any copyright, this concerns me greatly, as my mind raced negative and this caused me to give a fine of $ 35.00. my question is, What can I do now?

Just an update: I kept calling and complaining. They finally refunded me the full amount of $81.32. I had also gotten scammed by another product that piggy backed off of this one. They too refunded my full $69.90. Keep calling, keep complaining. Do NOT take no for an answer. They say that can't refund the money, but obviously they can.

I went to the web site mentioned on my e-mail receipt: http://hotbusinessmarket.com. The log in is your e-mail address and the password is your 5 digit zip code. I also left a message at the toll-free number [protected] since their office is closed right now. I will be calling again early Monday morning.

The drop-down menu has on the website has "Resource Center Cancellation" topic.

I wrote the comment the same as the phone message: If they do not refund the extra charges I will take legal action.

The extra charges were not only two $81.97 but also two $13.53 charges. The fees were from three different names: Internet Profit Gene [protected]; SBA Track Online [protected] and List for Cash [protected].

Believe me I have been there not once but twice. They charged my credit card ( for something I might add I did not authorize) and I got that back, now they have charged my son's card and when I called they tried to tell me that my son took my card and made these charges. Granted I know most ppl would say he probably did, but these cards are in my possession and he does not have access to them. They charge you under three or four different names, then tell me it comes back to me and that I said my son did it. NO the first girl I talked to when trying to get my money back said my son did it and then a supervisor tells me that I said my son did it. This is a crock, they agree to pay it back on 08/10/09 and I am still waiting for the third amount they charged to be put back on my card and it is 08/20/09. It was suppose to take 2 to 3 days to repay me. They give you a confirmation number then take their time hoping you will just forget about. Well now after many calls to them and my bank I am still waiting for the rest of my money. If you call these ppl they say your call is recorded and then they change what you say to suit theirselves. Even to saying you said what they themselves said. They will also tell you that supervisors do not take phone calls, but guess what I talked to a supervisor after about five screaming matches with the peons. PEOPLE BEWARE THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY AND IT IS A ### TO GET IT BACK.
