International Travel Network (ITN) ASAP Tickets

Purchased 10 international plane tickets with ASAP Tickets round trip for 7/27/23 through 8/5/23. I gave writen email request that I wanted 1 checked luggage included for each pasenger. Received email confirmtion that the checked luggage would be included in the ticket for each passenger. Day of flight 7 out the 10 passengers had to pay for their checked bags and the other 3 passengers did not. ASAP Tickets is denying fault and refusing to reimburse for the charges.

Desired outcome: Reimburesment for checked bag charges

International Travel Network (ITN) ASAP Tickets

I booked a 2-way flight from Knoxville TN. To Manila Philippines, I paid the extra money to allow me to return to Knoxville at a later date. I tried to book the ticket back and all I got was excuses that there were no available flights, yet I found Quatar had outgoing available tickets! I confronted them with that and Tiara (my support technician) that it would be better to just buy a oneway ticket from another airlines! I complained and told her I paid that extra money and now they are wanting me to pay more money to book with a different airlines! Now they are wasting time with a partial refund as I sit here stuck in the Philippines, I haven't heard from Tiara for 1/2 a month now and she is not answering my emails, I called the company and they tell me they contacted her about an update to my return, they tried to tell me she must have misspelled my email address, I've been emailing her many times with no reply! I have all emails saved for evidence. Being on Social Security makes it hard to stay alive here and save for another ticket. In my opinion ASAP tickets should not be allowed to stay in business due to gross negligence, Breach of contract! My refund would help me get back to the USA and traveling has put a very bad taste in my mouth!

International Travel Network (ITN) ASAP Tickets

Please help me get my refund from ASAP tickets. Our flight was canceled and they gave me alternative options that didn't work for me. At the end I asked for a refund, however they are still giving me the run around and won't give me my money back and now asking me to pay more. Our flight is April 27, 2022 per their policy Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure in order to be eligible for a refund of refundable tickets. We canceled our flights prior to the scheduled date and gave plenty of notice. That's why I am eligible for a refund and don't understand why they are giving me the run around. I also purchased the Travel insurance so that my trip is protected for situation like this.

The total amount of our ticket is $3,483. We already booked with someone else and need this money back as soon as possible as we used our wedding money.

International Travel Network (ITN) Airline ticket purchased thru ASAP

My name is Estela Calaunan . I purchased a delta airline tickets to Philippines last year thru ASAP and per Delta this eticket is open. I tried for almost a month now to resolved with ASAP but they can’t do nothing and per Delta airlines the eticket is the ownership of ITN so they said it’s either ITN should give me a credit for my next flight. I will appreciate any solution be made with issue.

For almost 2 months now ITN or ASAP has no specific answer to my issue with my tickets to Philippines. And keep on saying they are trying to negotiate with Delta but when I talk to Delta airline customer service they don’t have any problem with my eticket it’s just ITN or ASAP to issue me a credit or refund. The travel care is useless you pay extra for nothing and the ticket is not cheap.

I am seeking a refund for a cancelled fight from ASAP Tickets, Delta Airlines or ITN Corp. As you can see below I was charged $99.45 for travel protection and was never given any information on what that covers. I was told my flight was non-refundable by ASAP Tickets. I cancelled this flight 40 days prior to the flight date due to health reasons. There should be some sort of compensation, either a refund of some of the funds or a credit towards the ticketing airline. Also, I would like an official copy of the travel protection I purchased.

Please advise.

International Travel Network (ITN) Trip cancelled - itn refusing to honor flight vouchers

Under ASAP tickets 2 RT tickets from LAX to CDG were purchased in Feb of 2020. The airline cancelled the flight and France closed its borders. I was given a confirmation from ASAP/ITN that the flight was rebookable w/o penatly until 12/31/22.

For 3 months now I have been told constant lies about my reservation. They refuse to rebook me. Every time they say it is being escalated and I will hear from someone in 24-48 hours.

I have started asking the agents if it is a scam.

Desired outcome: I want my flight rebooked.

International Travel Network (ITN) My travel tickets purchased

I purchased 2 plane tickets from ASAP last 1/18/21. The confirmation no. was M18T24. Because of pandemic, my flights were canceled.
I paid US$1901.80 for this reservation I made.
My husband and I were issued the following ticket numbers:

US$1727.90 to be processed by ITN
US$158.90 Ticket Protection (non refundable charge by ITN Corporation)
$15.00 Token of Appreciation (non refundable charge by ITN Corp)
I requested American Airlines to refund my ticket since I don't know when can I travel.
American Airlines (AA) told me that it was already refunded 12/5/2021 and it's under a Visa 2036. The banking institution already got the refund with reference no.

International Travel Network (ITN) Not refunding tickets

Hello,
It saddened our hearts that my father in-law who lived with us in New York passed, before we lost him to cancer, he requested for him to be transported to Nigeria after his demise for viewing, funeral and traditional rights and for me and my wife to be in attendance to give him last respects. After his passing on to glory, we decided to honor his wish and transported his body to Nigeria. Then I bought two Turkish Airline tickets via third party agency called asap Tickets, for me and my wife to travel to Nigeria and pay last tributes to my father in-law as he wished. Two weeks before departure, Turkish Airlines cancelled flights because of COVID 19, I attempted to work with Turkish Airline to figure out a way for us to fly to Nigeria for my father in-law traditional rights, however, Turkish Airlines could not fly due to the pandemic. A week to departure, Turkish texted me and informed that all flight was cancelled due to the global health crisis and advised to put in for refunds, which I did. Unfortunately, we missed the traditional rights and my father in was buried without us in attendance.
Several months later, I called Turkish airline and requested for full refunds, I was informed that refunds have been processed, refunded to asap tickets (proofs was emailed to me) and to call asap Tickets to credit my accounts with both full refunds. I called asap Tickets multiple times and was given a run around, we are working on it, refunds are in process, your account will be credited in three weeks and so on for months.

I called my bank and put in for a dispute and weeks later, asap Tickets refunded my wife ticket (Amy Osamuedeomomen Amy) and hold on to my ticket (Aimiomwanmon Emwanta). Why would asap ticket refunded one ticket and hold on to the other ticket and is been over a year the tickets were bought. Please, be advised that these issues are making me, and my wife depressed, and we would like a full refund on the other ticket. Thank you.

International Travel Network (ITN) Airline tickets

I purchased airfare from JFK to BCN along with heir "Travel Protection". The flight was to be June 10, 2020 but then the pandemic hit and the flight was cancelled by the airline. The Travel Protection paperwork states that entitles me to a full refund of the ticket price. It does not mention any $300 per person "Processing Fee" nor does it make the refund conditioned on the airline refunding the money to them, bot conditions their representatives have mentioned as barriers to getting the refund. Not only that, they have consistently lied to me about the status of the refund over the past 4 months.

Do yourself a favor - do not buy from this company, they will not stand by you.

International Travel Network (ITN) Denial of flight ticket protection benefits

On July 8, 2018, I purchased three Greensboro, NC, - Toronto, Canada, round trip tickets on American airlines, with a connecting flight in Philadelphia. PA. I gave to your an ASAP Tickets three alternative dates for both outbound and inbound flights, and I agreed on July 23 for outbound flight and August 23 for inbound flight. The ITN confirmation number is L4R2L8 for the tickets. Information on the passengers and flight itinerary are summarized below.

Although I did not intend to purchase a ticket protection plan, I was convinced to do so when Forest said, among other things, that if we had to change our flight schedule for any reason, we would not pay any penalty, but the difference in fare.

On 7/23/18, flight AA5313 was delayed to the extent we would not be able to get to PHL for our connecting flight. We were booked on a next day flight, making the delay more than 20 hours. When we get back to our residence that evening, I tried to contact Forest to no avail until about midnight. He said he would contact the airline and call me back. He left me a message late at nigh saying the next day flight would be just fine. However, as we got to the airport on 7/24/18, we were informed that our connecting fight AA4826 at PHL was canceled due to inclement weather; and after a very long delay we flew delta Airline to our final destination through Atlanta, GA.

On August 20, 2018, I called the airline to confirm our reservation on flight AA486 (YYZ - PHL) which I firmly believed was on 8/23/18; but I wa informed that the reservation was for the following day — 8/21/18. I called ASAP customer service whereupon I was told that even if telephone conversation confirmed my agreement on 8/23/18, the reservation on 8/21/18 was justified as that date was one of the three dates I gave to Forest. However, I also gave gave him three alternative dates including 7/21/18 for the outbound flight, the only date with which I would accept 8/21/18 for the return flight. I was further informed that I had to pay a penalty of $200.00 for each ticket and the fare difference in order reschedule the flight on 8/23/18. They would not consider the fact that we lost 24 due to flight delay at GBO on 7/23/18. My request to speak with a supervisor was denied.

I called the airline again. I was given the same information as in ASAP: $200.00 for each ticket and fare differences for 8/23/18 schedule. However, I was offered 24 hour extension to 8/22/18, which ASAP declined do, in exchange for the 24 loss due to flight delay at GBO on 7/23/18. Unfortunately, I could not complete my planned activity by 8/22/18. So, I decided to purchase three one way flight tickets with United Airlines at a total cost of $756.00, which would be a little lower than the penalty and fare difference payment for changing the flight schedule.

ASASP Tickets did not only failed to remedy the flight delays and additional expenses we incurred thereof, but we also were denied the benefit of the ticket protection plan related to over six hour flight delay (which calls for $300.00 payment for each ticket) and flight rescheduling with no penalty. I am kindly requesting for an appropriate resolution of these issues.

International Travel Network (ITN) Horrible customer service

I recently booked flights to Paris from NY. ITN advertised cheap rates. When I called their rates were no better than Kayak or Expedia but the agent spent so much time with me, I wanted to give her the business. Big mistake! They never warned me that France requires passports to be valid for 3 months from your return. But they did put a big disclaimer to make sure your passport is valid for 6 months (not helpful and not true). When we arrived at the airport my son could not board the plane. His passport was valid only for 2 1/2 months after our return. I called ITN and they were not helpful in solving the problem and in fact wanted to charge me huge fees to rebook. Luckily the airline rebooked us to London and we took the train, but now ITN won't cover the cost of the Eurostar. These people don't know anything about travel. I would have been better off booking through a website. The cost would have been the same, but the airline would have spelled out the right documents for the trip. There customer service since has also been horrible. The people are rude and care only about covering their butts to protect them from their bad service and mis-advice. If you want someone to help you with your travel needs, go to a real travel agent.

ASAP tickets helped me find a outstanding deal I couldn't pass by even if I wanted to. My supposed trip is from SFO to MNL. Claudia is an excellent representative of the company. She found the best deal. Everything was beyond I was hoping to spend. She did her very best in accommodating our reservations. Claudia reminded us of time changes leaving and arriving so we are aware of our schedule. The agent took care about everything and guided me through the whole process, gave me various options, nicely answered all my questions promptly. She finally even called me to check if I was charged right only credit card. Extraordinary level of service I received by this agent. Will work only with these guys. Once again I am appreciating her outstanding patience. Before several times I called always I got some worst experience only with their agents. But my whole experience is changed after this call.

Don’t trust to the company ITN International Travel Network (www.itncorp.com). I paid them money for the services, but they promised to provide everything within several weeks. After that I heard only fake promises and excuses. Irresponsible company.They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

International Travel Network is fraudulent company. They somehow got access to my bank account and used my money for personal purposes. I can’t believe that such well-known company behaves like that with their customers. Not recommended.
