This company is a 100% scam. They claim to hold presentations at the orlando convent8on center. Ya right, my rep told me that they had a buyer and charged me 3500. I found after investigating they claim to be liecenced by the attorney generals office. What a sham. I have too much money invested in this damn thing. I am retired amd do jot have the money i used to. Now i am 3500 more in debt because of these scammers.

The resale of a timeshare is a legitimate business. Companies agree to advertise a timeshare for a fee on their websites. As with advertising, the membership doesn´t need to sell in order the fees to be legitimate. The difference between an honest timeshare resale company and a scam, is when the company falsely suggest they have a buyer waiting for their timeshare, or picture unrealistic, overoptimistic selling possibilities. Do not let those crooks get away with it, you can proceed legally and turn their business down:

Please provide as much information as possible...
Understand this, advertising the rental or sale of your timeshare does not work at all. the best way to rent out your timeshare is to do it yourself through friends and family or just use it when u can. You don't have to pay a company 500 or 3500 its a scam, ALL companies who advertise are not working for u. Save yourself the headache and money and do it yourself, you have places like Red-week.com for free or craigslist. These companies claim that they go to different trades shows to market your property they don't do anything but sit behind a desk and make calls that's it. KEEP YOUR MONEY in your pocket
