I also want to say that they are African, because the owner was African and the delivery guy was African, so they are now in USA scamming people for money. The first one I came in contact with did the same thing and I did not trust him so the second one I went to is the same thing. I am African American and these people make me sick.

My husband and I just sent money western union to City Wide Carrier for yorkie puppies saying the puppies had to be delivered in a certain crate that cost me and my husband $920, that is on top of the money we sent to the owners in Greenbelt, Maryland, the problem I have is that I did not get my last itinerary for the puppies. I am wondering did my husband and I just was scamed

After I read all this messages, I found out that I was also just scam two days ago! I sent the money to Cameroon by the name: Chu Emmanuel Fuel. I sent total of 17, 000 pesos and they wanted me to sent additional 4, 000 pesos for refundable quarantine and city permit. Also I bought pairs of akita puppies from the lady called Rebeca Sanchest, her email add: rebecasanchest50@gmail.com. since then I never received those puppies until now. I really regret about this situations on this matter. Hope the authorities do something about this and catch them and bring back our money back!

Firstly, A guy named Tracy Hsk posted some pics of kittens on Oodle Marketplace website and said the kittens were available in Boston area. Two days after I send email and text msg to him, he responded that he moved to FL within these two days due to his mother die.(Two kittens were in Boston now in FL.) He knows that I can't go and pick up the kittens myself so he asked me whether he can make a pet delivery for me. He promised I can receive the kittens in 7-8 hours! I began to suspect him because he said I have to make a payment of $700 to the "Pet Travel Agency Company", but he never told me the company name. I told him I wouldn't make any payment unless I receive the cats, then he became angry, he talked about "faith and trust" and tried to make his words seemed more real. After that he said I can pay $500 first to "activate the pet travel schedule" and pay the rest $200 when I receive the cats. I agreed.
Then the guy with company named "pet friendly travel" appeared. He called me with a strong African accent that I quite misunderstand what he was talking about. by the way, I am an Chinese, my English is not that good... He send me an email with the pics of your website title, and those "CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER [protected]; or [protected]" and He used another phone number [protected]. He asked me to send money through MoneyGram. And I did so, because I thought that email seemed real and formal. Thank God, that money transfer was denied due to the receiver "PAUL NANA" did some special thing and his name was under review. The scammers kept rushing me to send money, they changed the receivers' name but Moneygram refuse to make any transfer to their address. Then they ask me to use Western Union. Here comes the thing! That African Accent Guy wanted me to send money to CAMEROON! that's exactly a scam because somebody's been posted on website!
After that I totally understand all this is a big scam. These people are smart and crafty. They said my cats are at the airport waiting for my money to travel and make me feel if I don't do the transfer I'm killing my cats. I want them to show me the cats' pics, but they keep saying they're going through delivery thing and rush me to give them money.
Thank you for reading all these, because I'm not a strong writer. All I wanna say is please let more people know this kind of scam. I almost lost my money, but thank God the Moneygram stop me.

I too was scammed out of $400, for an 11 week old German Shepard puppy... The "owner" wrote - all we need to do is get the puppy
registered with the pet delivery
carrier with your full delivery information and you would be making
the $400 payment directly to the delivery company so they can activate
the flight
ticket of the puppy and issue the puppy a delivery card and also
provide you with a tracking number so you can track the puppy
while on flight and also provide you with a delivery schedule. and the
payment will be made upfront because they have to activate the flight
ticket of the puppy and issue the puppy a delivery card and also
provide you with a tracking number and a delivery schedule and they
will fly the puppy to your state and drive with a pet delivery van to
your home. once i have the puppy registered, the delivery company will
contact you telling you how you would be making the $400 payment to
directly to them so they can proceed with providing you with a
tracking number for
your puppy and activate the flight ticket of the puppy for
delivery to your home

Once the money was sent I received the following message from the "shippers"

This morning I get a call from the shippers saying the puppy needed a better "box" please wire $2250... NOT HAPPENING! Especially after puppy was to be on my door step at 10 AM...

I was scammed to. I feel so stupid but they know just how to word things. I was getting a dog from Utah. a female german shepherd. It all started when I saw this lady's add on hoobly. her name was Rebecca Miller. I texted her and she replied asking for my email to show pictures of her puppies. it was a long email. showing several pictures of two puppies she had available. one female and male. followed by a long story statingshe wasgiving the puppies away because her mother passed away and everytime she looked at them it made her upset. so I sent her another email answering all of her questions about if I had any other pets. children. etc. so far it sounds legit right? so she tells me she dropped the puppy off at animalland pet movers. less then a couple minutes goesby and my phone starts blowing up from calls from this number([protected]. they had a verystrong accent. and the phone connection wasn't all that great. they originally wanted 400 dollars. so I sent it to them via money gram. CHIBUIKE AMADI. they immediately sent me a aconfirmation email stating the arrival times for the puppy. she had to go to new mexico. they claimed they were dropping off pets there and them coming to my state. the VERY NEXT DAY, iget a call from the same people. stating that the crate my puppies ownersdropped her off in is not sustainable to the atmospheric pressures and that her arrival is delayed until the next day at 9 am. oh and I also have to pay them AT LEAST 1000 dollars to rent a crate. me being young and naïve sent them the money I had been saving for awhile. because they stated IT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON THE ARRIVAL OF YOUR PUPPY. I didn't receive any more calls from them until the next day at 8:30. this time they wanted an insurance certificate. ANOTHER 1000 dollars. I became hysterical on the phone. "HOW IM I SUPPOSE TO GET THAT KIND OF MONEY? IM ONLY 20 YEARS OLD" he told me to go to the bank and get money. because if I didn't get the money to them I WOULD BE CHARGED WITH ANIMAL ABANDONMENT. and over 500000$ in fines. I told him idgo getthe money. but instead. I went straight to the police station. hysterical yet again. I explained the situation. and told him that was the last thing I wanted to get arrested for. so the Police officer called them. and tried to get names and other company info. but they refused to give it to him. I filed the police report. yesterday. I lost 1400 to some jerks who use animals. and trusting people. [protected] is apparently their supervisor.

But when I read for the shipping crates was the final red flag. 3 choices depending on the comfort you wanted your pet to travel. $350, $450, and $550. Rental of $50 and you would get the 3, 4, 5 hundred back upon pickup of the puppy. ALERT, ALERT, RED FLAG!

I got scamed for not getting my puppy after I paid $450

All you people trafficking animals DESERVE to be scammed. Shame on you- paying commercial, profit-mongering losers who want to sell you pretty little designer animals for your own sick pleasure. The mothers of these little ones are the real victims, not you sickos.

OMG, where do I begin, everything said so far is so familiar, I fell for the same scam, pom puppies were put up on out FB page for adoption, no money needed, I was told to PM only & not to comment on the page, I was all excited & said YES, then to find out she was a days travel from me but could be shipped (by plane) to me for $200, to be PAID NOW, I had alarm bells ringing but wanted the puppy so bad, so I sent the money via Western Union to a NAME-Mbua Oscar NGEMBO, COUNTRY-CAMEROON (looking familiar), CITY-Limbe, so anyway I said "why is the name/address/country not in Australia when the puppy is coming from Darwin", her answer was "they said they cannot recieve payment less then $1000 here in there accounts okay that there account are going auditing so all payments less then that amount is been paid to that address okay" her exact words, OMG so much to say, THEN when the supposed puppy arrives I get an email saying Insurance hasn't been paid & that I cannot get the puppy until it is paid $800, I said to the guy on the phone, yes I had a phone conversation & it was even an Aussie number, I couldn't understand a word he was saying, but I told him I'm NOT paying the insurance as NO WHERE in there emails or any contact was insurance mentioned, i was assured it would be refunded on arrival of the puppy, but payment had to be made NOW, this was like 6.30pm, even if I wanted to by now I was really P----ed off, asked him "we'll then what happens to the puppy" he said "we will keep him here till you can PAY" my response was "I told you I am NOT gonna pay so you can keep the puppy" & I hung up, I'm suppose to get the puppy NOW, I threatened to expose them on FB, but looks like they been going for a few years & alot of us have fallen for it, so I've lost $200 but am not willing to loose anymore as no one can send me video's as they dont have the puppy right in front of them, mmmmmm, anyway one thing I did tell the so called lady I was getting him off was "you prove to me it not a scan & you pay the insurance & they can refund you" her reply " I only have $300, I pay $300 & you Pay $500" OMG they still trying, I've sent her one of these COMPLAINTS to let her no they sprung, sadly I didn't do this last night, then I wouldn't have lost anything, you no the worse thing is, I always tell my kids "if its too good to be true, then it is". I had answered a add on craggiest for some English bulldogs the woman said the reason for her giving them away is bc her n her husband work a lot n they think its unfair to the puppies so we asked what we had to pay n she said just for their flight so we paid that and they had me send it via money gram so I did and ever since they have been asking for more money(united pets movers) so we sent some more bc they said the airport in lmoxville had to do a vet check so we sent that after we had to borrow it bc they were threatening to prosecute me for maltreatment and animal abandonment well the puppies were supposed to be delivered @7am today and I get a message saying they need an additional $750 bc they said the puppies were suffering from an illness due to climate change and they needed drugs only the airport could give them and started threatening me with the same stuff so me and my husband went to the airport this morning to check things out and we went to united airlines section and they said they don't ship animals so I went and found the airport cops and filled them in and they told me not to send another dime to them it is a scam first they had me send the flight money via money gram to st.cloud Minnesota and a lelse wonka would be picking it up the money they had me send yesterday was to Qata, Doha and some guy would be pickin the money up and you cant actually talk to someone they say their lines are down but yet i was receiving text messages from somebody that was supposed to be with united pets movers we googled the name n it pulled up scam so how can they threaten me with being prosecuted i have attached photos of the puppies

I just hanged up with the "Pet movers" representative who was REALLY insistant in me checking my spam inbox so I could send the $300 that a Sphinx cat shipped to me. THIS IS A SCAM! BEWARE PLEASE! DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS PEOPLE!...I told him this was a scam and he insisited That this was a legitimate business. I told him I researched the company and then he Hanged UP! If they ask you to go to a western union, transfer money to Cameroon it's a scam. I fell for it like a dummy! Also try to buy things locally its best decision.

Hay I have fell for this same stuff I sent the woman $150 for a monkey then I got an email from the airline saying to send $220 for the ticket the $150 was to change it over to my name and she told me she got the $150 and all has been done and it was ready to go but needed to pay the $220 to fly I said no and she said she was sorry about all of this and she agreed to pay all of it when I asked her why was her phone from Canada if she was in Vergina and she said she paid it and that it would be here at 10 am but Gus's what no monkey yet still waiting so u text her several time and no response so I emailed and she answers me back saying the weather is bad and to be patient I will get it not holding my breath but any ways I was smart I called money gram and asked them did they receive the money and told her what had happend and she told me I was real lucky they have not picked it up yet and I can Councl it so I did and got my money back so when u realize what going on call and make sure I got lucky maybe u can to I haven't told her I got it back and I am not going to I'm gonna see how far she goes and I will be talking to some one about this I have all the emails and text so maybe someone can do something if only to worn other people

Hi im also glad to have come across this website as i was almost sucked into sending money overseas for a tortoise that ive wanted ever since we use to have one as a family pet. It started to sound suspicious when they said the money would be sent through western union to a different country other than were the owner resided and when i tried to get in contact with the transport agency i couldnt seem to find any information no website no phone number. now there sending me emails saying that im going to be charged.

So i had been looking at websites for a Yorkie dog. I found one where the deal sounded sooo good, a female and male for free but i would just have to pay the transportation fee which was $280. It sound so perfect. I was just about to send the money when i came across these comments. They all sound the same as far as the shipping company. They had some things that were different within each scenario but they all sounded a like. I'm glad i read this because i was on the verge of sending my money. I have read several comments that had the same place to send the money and now that i read this, i think it is a scam. I know its upsetting for those of you who got scam but i thank you for sharing your story to prevent further scams. I live in Ohio. Thank goodness I ran across this site because I was going to send 155.00 to another country for two kittens in Missouri. Made no sense to me and I also noticed the texts I received from the transportation company seemed to be worded a lot like the lady in Missouri spoke. She was working so much and would be stationed in Missouri for three months and she was an evangelist. She loved these kittens as her own children and wanted to be assured they'd be well taken care of. Even wanted to make sure that When she's in town that she could visit them. I've emailed her this site and advised her I'm contacting my local police. They have my address and telephone number so I'm filing a police report. If it sounds to good to be true, IT IS!

i was about to be fool ans send them 750$ for the delivery of three persian kittens... read an e-ad and i e-mail the lady who own them..she's calld centihya bruk ..she lives in cameroon.. i made aresearch on animal pet mover and i find the complaint page.. i even called the agency in cameroon.. and tha man who answerd mee seemed to be not even educated... i called the lady...she has a strange voice and accent dosent sound british at all as she told me she is...even she seemed to be a man trying to talk in a woman voice.. and when i tried to ask her about what she was doing or whats her job in cameroon..she told me she has to go.. and i have to e-mail her tomorrow when i send the mony... thank to all of u guys for saving my mony ...

They are now doing Bengal kittens, I have recieved an e-mail from a shipping company Petmovers International and they are also asking for payment via Western Union via an office in Cameroon.
I was alerted a because of the price of the kittens at £200 each and also I had not said I would definatly take one but they are very pushy which alerts me every time. I nearly fell for a scam a few years back but again was alerted as they were pushy. The guy from the shipping company called me and said the kittens were ready to come but they have made the mistake of saying the kittens are 11 weeks old and no one lets kittens go till 13 weeks.
Also the owners had not asked me to deposit any money into a bank account which would be what i would expect. There is no official web site for the movers so i have written to them saying that i will collect the kittens from their home address. I don't expect to hear any more.

I was almost scammed today. I was going to buy an English Bulldog from a couple that said they were on their Honeymoon in Victoria Island, British Cameroon. They had brought two puppies with them and were worried they may fall sick from the climate. They wanted 250 each for them and had all of their papers and health records and even guaranteed them for a year. We were supposed to send it via Money Gram. We actually tried but the cashier told me that it was more than likely a scam and refused to send my money. I contacted them and told them I regretfully couldn't send the money because the cashier refused. He then called and texted and emailed constantly for us to just use Western Union. I asked for a picture of him with the puppy and he never did reply back. Then I just happened upon this page, to my shock, I was supposed to send my money to Pila Muluh Jude, Douala, Littoral, Cameroon 00237. Thank goodness the cashier refused to send my money.

I was nearly scammed 2day.
I was due to pay £60 to have a puppy sent to me from the Isle Of Man and I get a email from World Wide Animal Movers saying they have my puppy already to come and I need to make a payment via westen Union to their Head Office In Cameroon. So I tried to contact the so called owner of the puppy and the Phone number he gave me for his personal mobile went straight through to someon in cameroon who could not talk english very well. Considering the man I was buying the puppy from said he was from Yorkshire and moved to the Isle of man.
So I phoned up the Isle Of Man and Heathrow airport to find out if they knew of this company and the Isle Of Man turned round and told me not to send them any money as it was a scam.
I was lucky I sat there and thought it was strange that the puppy was being sent by a company that is based in Cameroon.
So phoned them back and told them to stick it and that they aint getting any money out of me.

I have just been tricked by this scammers. I am from Romania .. and i sent them 200 dollars for transportation. I was such a fool...Oh my God. Seems like they put you to send to different persons and cities in Cameroon. they were supposed to sent me a chihuahua. my mistake that i havent searched over the internet about them...

i just fell for the same scam i live in beaumont texas and i sent the money western union to ranburne, alabama how do i go about reporting this i have all emails and transation receipts.

I fell for the same scam but mine was for 400 dollars. I had to send it Valery Binda in cameroon. Then they contacted me to say insurance needs 1500 dollars. I told them what ever and then i faked a e-mail to myself saying they got the 1500. ( i didn't even send it) Then they told me they didn't know what happened to the money that all i need to send was 150 for feeding the puppies. I was like whatever. I have turned all my info i have on them to the police and they are doing a nation wide case. I also arranged a bust in ohio that was trying to do the same scam. I am so mad but then again i was stupid. I am not mad about losing the money i am just mad about the ALL the calls and e-mails i have been getting from them. This happen about 2wks ago and they are still calling but what can i say. They are dumd and they fooled me but whatever leason learned. I guess people just like taking advantage of hard working people.
