Intelligent Business System / Not giving salary to employee

I was recruited in company(Intelligent Business System, Mumbai), on the salary package of 1.7 (INR) lack per annum. at the time of joining, company said that your one month salary will be on hold as security deposit which will be given back to you at the time of your resignation with fulfill your notice period. Now it has been 4 months completed. I am working in company but they are not giving my compensation against my work.

Company saying that, financial condition of company is weak so your 50% salary will not be given. in the rest of 50% salary will be giving in two installment one is 60% in months of july-2008 & rest 40% of 50% of salary in the end of august month-2008. Till date i did not get any compensation. Please provide me solution.

    T o a very extent its true, same things are happening in many other companies.

    NEM -NATIONAL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT, a company in Mira road, recruits 50-100 employees in a month, makes them sell their fake MBA courses, courses meant for 2 years, which can be finished in 6 months, and if you pay double, certificate can be given in a week.

    They make people work for a moth, then they say you were unable to achieve your target, so you are being fired.

    A month is int less for being fired just because you were unable to achieve your target, a time which might take a person to train in the company or establish .

    There are many companies to mention few NIM and ISBMA which are giving certification in engineering and management, and are ISO certified and approved by foreign bodies.

    Finally what is happening, every 2 nd or 3 rd UNEMPLOYED calls him a MBA and pollutes the market.

    This is really horrible these companies are doing...

    Hiring and Firing could be the routine for them but at least employee should be provided with enough time to get the new job and should be compensated with fair enough salary...

    Many of my friends are complaining about the issue that the company is not giving them salary even after 2 or 3 months after they got fired.

    Employees are not going against them for litigation as they afraid of being negative rating on their profiles.

    Now the company name has changed from intelligent business systems to Dejavu solutions but the procedure remains the same... playing with employees salary seems to be a tend here.

    We (All Employees) have complained about HUBNET TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd. (head office Patna). We joined this company last November, 2008, Kolkata by giving interview and we have paid Rs. 63, 000 to get appointment letter by this company's rule.They said, " we will permanet from February 2009 and give us salary 10, 000 ". Since, last February 2009, they did not give us salary, even now and now closed kolkata branch without any meeting and say now, to come patna.Also they are saying, they do not know about our employement and checking first, then salary, parmanetcy and others.( We are saying that they did not check before about those things, its, their time killing procedures.)
    we could not understand, how can they say now this false excuses after giving apointment letter and taking Rs. 63, 000 PER EMPLOYEE on November in 2008 ?

    THEY ARE CHEATEING WITH US AND STOLE OUR MONEYS (63, 000 PER EMPLOYEE).

    HOW CAN WE TAKE LEGAL ACTION ABOUT HUBNET TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd. ?
