Intellicig / They provided wrong order and still haven't changed it

I bought electronic cigarette and liquid from the company Intellicig. I paid around $80 for the order and delivery, but these jerks provided wrong order. I spoke with the online chat agent, who told me that I needed to return it. He told me that I would get the order within 3 days. I returned the order and still no news from them. Please, post comments if they also fooled you.
