Intel NUC 13

I recently (~Feb 28, 2023) purchased an INTEL NUC i9 kit along with a supported PNY NVIDIA GE Force RTX3050 graphics card. Before installing the card I contacted Intel support for information about installing the card because there was no cable to match the 8 pin cable on the board. I received a response that the graphics card was supported and that I could use a 6 + 2 pin combination on the NUC to power it. As soon as I plugged the cables into the graphics card (there is only one way to insert the pins) and turned the computer on the entire computer blew out. Intel says it is my fault and refuses to honor the warranty. They base their decision on a photo they asked me to send after I had already unplugged the cables from the graphics card. That is the only basis for their decision. They never asked for any information about the system (serial # or date of purchase). They went so far as to say "the 2 pin cable plugged into the NUC device is upside down, thus shorting the 12V ground to the NUC device". In the photo I sent the cable isn't even plugged into the device.

Desired outcome: Replacement under warranty

Intel Not delivering what i paid for

Hi i've been getting slow speeds lately and its unconvienient, i paid for the ULTERA PLAN 999 with 5MBPS and all im getting is 0.7-1Mbps, its frustrating because im a PC Gamer and i experience massive ping ( For example 350-1000 Ping ) i cannot enjoy my gameplay because of this, i live in Pandi, Bulacan, is there any Celltowers here ? if not when are you gonna implement one here

Here's my complaint. too much dirty politics when hiring Contract Engineers at Intel. Advise: Intels a wealthy company. they can easily afford to experiment a little bit to see if my advice is correct. Its is. Intel is wasting too much of their local US born engineering talent on dirty lead engineer politics, most of them from india or china or else wehere that just fire people becuse they don't want them to be real engineers and to compete with them, they just want stuffed dolls to look pretty, that's dirty and wrong...they also want to smear them using intel's name (this is actually secret foreign police club in the US that they use companies like intel to attack US engineers for their own evil ends) If a contract engineer is hired and they fire him irregularly, abnormally short empolyment length, etc... instead of following the advise of your engineers and just firing them on the spot. Move them to a badge secured area, and give them all of the files of these engineers and tell them to do a better job. and then just leave them alone with all their other so called rejects of dirty engienering politics and see what happens. My bet is that you will find that those people who intel is rejecting are actually better than the people that fired them.. that's why they got fired. dirty engineering politics. The reason why they need to be shielded behind badge access doors is because you have no idea how dirty the people are that intel hires these days from overseas... you might want to give them some free DVR camera systems to protect their apartments from break ins as well from their thugs... that's how dirty and obsessed these high tech foreign control mafias are about keeping jobs in their power in the US...

Intel Recruitment process outsourcing department (rpo)

I would like to complain the Intel's Recruitment Process Outsourcing department is run by the India Secret Police that blatant screen out qualified White Americans from consideration for employment at Intel by many Smoke and Mirror Screens. they hire contracts for their RPO who are quietly managed by racist people from India inside of Intel, who quietly pull the plug on anybody they see as competing against them, even when they are interviewing for a team that doesn't have indian people on them.

She's stupid lady that help dumb indian wipro contractors fire white contractors so that the dumb indian contractors don't feel inferior and don't need to compete against white people. even when the white contractor was minding his own business the whole time, being friendly to everybody including the dumb wipro contractors that can't play fare and always need to cheat to keep their jobs, and producing excellent results that only make the dumb spying wipro contractors worried that they can't compete even when they have spying software all over the white contractors computer to learn and cheat from.

Intel No service / incompetence

Your SA service is SHOCKING !
I phoned yesterday and this black woman answered the phone and said to call back the next day 9 am... I did so and she said no they not available again ?

Incompetence is all there is to say really ... Not being able to tell me when I can speak to Intel support ?

I am going to make this a public matter ! THIS SERVICE IS HORRIFIFC MAN !

All I want is to get some help with my DQ45CB desktop board as your site is useless and the drivers are wrong for the audio device ! I tried speaking to the manager, but also no answer ?

Why do you sell products you cannot support ? ... I cannot take this anymore this is shocking !

Intel Very bad customer service

After numerous attempts to contact in regards to a warranty/ return this is what I got from Intel live chat after four days of trying to get through emails phone calls no reply what so ever. please do read the whole Chat

Aldy: What is the part number of the memory that you have used with this processor? If you do not have the part number, the voltage requirement of the memory will do.

Daniel Hesse: CMT6GX3M3A2000C8 6GB tripple channel kit by 2 for a total of 12GB they are 1.65volts

Aldy: Thank you. I will give consideration even you have used a higher voltage of RAM, Daniel . But, I strongly suggest that you use a memory with a maximum voltage of 1.575V. Using higher than this can reduce again the processor life span.

It's actually quite rude as I was less then a 1min filling the processor information in. Also note this Aldy works for Intel and does not know the socket even LGA1156 oh really funny as the socket is a LGA1366 socket quite funny indeed I have yet to finish with Intel on this.

Intel USING GOVERNMENT FACILITIES FOR PRIVATE SPY

A guy name ISMAIL ALI is using the government intelligence facilities to spy peoples documents and peoples private things while on an official duty to protect them. This guy is a hypocrite and a freak and also a selfish one. He must not do this using government properties. This is against the law and these kind of peoples should be avoid and thrown away from intelligence and also from this kind of duties.
Advised to the public stand against to this:
Sentence him to jail for the act he have done

Intel Intel Quad Processor doesnt fit on Intel motherboard

The Intel DP45SG motherboard doesn't work with the Q9550 Quad CPU. The CPU heat-sink cannot be installed because it doesn't fit. The processor sits 8mm off the motherboard surface and the heat-sink has a 5mm gap from the mounts, so the difference is a whopping 3mm off or more than 1/8 inch. So to install the heat-sink you practically push the bloody CPU through the motherboard and the motherboard is cupped and bent.

What is even funnier is that they bundle this crap together!

Thank you Intel Support for pretending this problem doesn't exist and treating me like a bloody idiot.

I have lost my appetite for Intel, this is the second Intel motherboard disaster in a row and I have enough!

Intel are experts in functional obsolescence and make sure nothing works beyond their documented specifications. So if they advertise Windows 2003 support and the Server blue-screens with Windows 2003 sp1, they tell you tough luck, we didn't say it works with SP1 and they never update their system drives or replace the product!

Going to try AMD!

Intel No Display with processor

This is in regards with the issue which i was facing with Intel Processor ( Also Read the Note at the Bottom ) it worked for 2 years as it had 3 years warranty and as i was facing a problem with the processor i send it for replacement because when connected another processor the system works fine hence log a complaint registered with inter, packed the processor properly and personally handed over the box to the consigner the processor also reached to Intel it was under observation for a weak after a weak when i call i was informed that a Capacitor is missing, I also work in computer firm and am aware that if there is a physical damage it would not be replace and when I received the processor I could easily see the capacitor missing which is am sure this happened during the observation or while testing because the processor was absolute fine when I has sent to Intel besides this the Fan which I received was also not of the Right Make and the locking system was broken although I received the shipment late but the box was in good condition but the fan in the box was not right and the processor was having a broken capacitor. When I called Intel they informed sorry we cannot replace the processor as there is a physical damage and also no response for the fan which I had send this is not a good service

Moral of the Note is

*** Pls Click a picture of the processor if any one sends for replacement under Warranty as u never know when u receive the processor in what condition it will be as I forgot to click a picture of the processor before sending no help from Intel hence info mining all to pls take a picture of Processor or Motherboard any parts before sending it for replacement ****

Intel warranty support

Hi,
I'm a computer service engineer and i assemble computer and sale. I bought a computer accessories and assembled and given to my customer. My intel processor is not working during the purchase warrnty period and i have raised a warranty support ticket with intel but they say it is out of warranty. As per my purchase record it is under warranty but intel say they only consider the manufacturer warranty and it is expired already and not ready to replace the part. I have attached my purchase bill copy and send it intel but same answer. It is not possible for intel to stall their products at all locations immediately after they manufacture. Then how they say it is only manufacturer warranty and it cannot be covered from the date of purchase. Even Intel dealer doesn't respond to us properly. I decided not to buy any intel products any more which not sure about their warranty policies.

Intel After sales service

For the past four months I have send my intel original915GAV motherboard (in warranty period) which was having some defect to the intel office for replacement through a computer vendor for 3 to 4 times .

The problem is that after having high sales in mumbai for the past so many yrs the Intel people have not even started a single replacement center in Mumbai which is one of the most important financial destinations in India.

So I have to send my board to Chennai or Banglore for replacement.
It takes around 15 to 20 days for replacement.
And once you received the board you find that the board has some new complaints.
They do not even check the boards which they are sending as replacement.

For the past three months I have got my board replaced four times.

The board which I am using currently also has some problems ie some times it is working and some times not .

Already I have spent on the courier charges and vendor service charges so much that I could have bought a new board for that.

I want to warn all those who are intending to buy Intel original boards that you are buying it at your own risk.

The better option is to buy chip set boards which can be replaced in two to three days .

Thanks for nothing. I wish you would look at the websites you sent me, before making me waste my time.

Intels support has been least supportive and cooperative. If some one asks a question, you waste their time and send them running all around, but just do not support.

I am thoroughly dissapointed, as a first time calling for assistance. If there were another company that sold good computer parts, I will definately consider them first.

Sir/madam

In reference to the above case number, today I contacted your executive on telephone for the status of the same. Your executive told me that the Motherboard is dispatched to me on 9th Sept 2008. I am very much surprised to know that the MB is sent back to me without any repair/replacement as a physical damage is found on the motherboard. As per him there is a damage found in the assembly of the processor socket and hence the warranty is void.
Sir, this remark is totally unacceptable. As I told you in my earlier mail that the system is booting but there is a problem occurring during the loading of operating system. It simply means that there was no problem with the processor/processor socket and it was in good working condition. For the last two and half year this system never goes through any repair process. The motherboard was working well in respect of processor at the time of packaging while sending to you. If you found any defect in the pins of the processor assembly then either it happens due to the mishandling of the courier company or at your end. Have you checked the packaging before opening the packet? Was it OK? Please verify the original packet and keep it safe.
Sir you cannot deny for the repair or replacement simply because of the above remark as these types of damages may happens at any end i.e consumer or courier or yourself. To avoid these types of problems you should have a verification center at various places where the part can be directly received from the consumer and physically checked in the presence of consumer.
The remarks by means of which you are denying the warranty, is totally unacceptable to me. I am sure that it did not happen at my end as it was working with limitations. So please reconsider the case, create a new order number (with exemption) and intimate me accordingly within three days. If you will not take any favorable action then I will be forced to forward this case to National Consumer Cell and to the Media to avail the warranty as I feel cheated and harassed. I will not leave the case at this position. When the time comes to avail the warranty, you are ignoring by putting such remarks which can be created at any stage. This is totally unfair and I was not expecting such issue from a reputed company like you. You should always do your best for the favor of the consumer.
So I request you to do the needful to avoid any further complaints/process. I will be thankful to you and obliged.

It's now in under warranty period.
