I am still awaiting feedback for a refund which was completed on the 5september 2016 from the accounts department for a subject that I never did due to intecs lack of communication. #worst place to study at!!! Now they have handed me over to a debt collector as I cancelled my last 3 payments due to no feedback. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional after I was promised by various of their consultants that this would be carried out within 90 days.
