I wouldnt recommend this collage to anyone and i feel sorry for the students that are studying with this collage, i have been having problems with them from the beginning .I wrote my first exam with them and i questioned there marking because the marks allocated just didnt make sense i quaried this with the collage and they said those are the marks, i later received the statement and it didnt have my assignment mark i quaried that too and they said i didnt submit my assignment whereas i did, i sent them proof and the mark allocated for the assignment and they said its wrong it didnt corrospond with what they had, but they said i didnt submit it .I requested to speak to someone senior and they sent me to lizel van biene (academic business manager ) who called me and told me that they had issues with the way everything was marked which was really not making sense to me, i then decided to cancel the course in october 2017 im still waiting for their department to respond even now in march 2018 and the have been debiting my account every month and sending me statement that im owning them, i called again to query this talked to christelle mac min who was helpful just when i thought ill get this resolved she then sent it to charne swartz (client liason officer) who told me to wait another 2-3 working weeks for them to assist me .I have had enough of them i dont think its fair for me to be treated like this, i was only trying to better myself by getting a qualification not being robbed by this collage
