Buddhasiha is complained about for insulting a Spiritual Master in an email behind his back for which there is proof, which the Master then found out about.
His comments suggested the Master's wisdom was questionable, as was his integrity, and made an 'ahem*' suggesting he doubted that the Master was a bona-fide Master (something a person on the wrong side of integrity can never know).

Buddhasiha is known in normal life as Nicholas Ross, and was involved in an ethics and sexual discrimination scandal, where he played a role in discriminating those in the workplace who were heterosexual.
When the Master worked for him some years ago in Ipswich Evolution Gift Shop, he forbid him to have relationships or to have girlfriends visit the workplace, but he had his girlfriend come in often. Buddhasiha was behind other silly rules that were made, that ultimately caused the Master losses and degradation for now just cause.
Problems started when he complained. His other team member was called Paul Edwards who admitted making up the silly rules and apologized unreservedly for his part. The problem was because Buddhasiha would not apologize, and kept denying it, to avoid being implicated at Tribunal for illegal behaviour. So he lied to avoid legal liability.
Fast forward to 2015 and he is caught bad mouthing the same Master in breach of a confidentiality agreement.
Insulting Spiritual Masters also makes bad karma, as explained in the Buddhist Book of Ethics (extract attached). The karma of such is downfall.
He has consistently refused to apologize and thus brought dishonour to himself, his community and his Buddhist Centre.
He should be un-ordained and give back his kasa, as he has failed to uphold the guiding ethical principles on which the Buddhist Precepts are based (respect, truth, integrity)
He has made complaints to remove complaints (instead of addressing the issues), so it is just and fair to post a complaint on a site that does not remove complaints.
His movement and his leader are currently embroiled in a public controversy (Google Triratna Controversy and FWBO Files).

The legal facts in this matter are that Buddhasiha (aka Nicholas Ross) and others in 2015 deliberately violated a non-disclosure agreement that he and his employer (Windhorse Trading) entered into in 2008 related to Employment Tribunal which complained of sexual discrimination conducted by the then HR manager Saddharaja.
Buddhasiha, people at Windhorse Trading (now permanently closed) and others were fabricating allegations of harassment, making defamatory allegations, violating my privacy, transferring sensitive data about me, my family and my employment with others without legal justifcation, lying about it and then having lawyers write and deny liability when in fact they were legally liable for the breaches and for breaching a non-disclosure agreement in bad faith.
It was all malicious revenge for the bringing of a legal case against Windhorse Trading. The truth is in 2015 Windhorse Trading violated a non-disclosure agreement with malicious intentions, and they (and not I) violated the agreement first, for which there is much evidence.

Buddhasiha was also involved in violating the privacy of my police family in England in a (failed) attempt to coerce me to finish brahmachariya (so another party could then say it was rape) which comes under coercion of sexual free will by a Buddhist cult with a track record of coercing sexual free will.
Buddhasiha has a habit of interfering in my legal business with dubious motives and without ascertaining the relevant facts, he attempted to assist a company to sue me for 1.6 million in damages by way of making defamatory and malicious allegations.
That business was DENIED the claim and the business is now PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
Buddhasiha's solicitors were DENIED an injunction (aka a gag order) and were ordered to disclose the breaches, comply with the orders of the Data Commissioner.
