Instrument Alley, Mandolin Package for Beginners / No Contact
I placed an order 3 days ago and tried to contact them and have called several times to their toll free number only to be told that I have to leave a message. I have emaild both sales and customer service and have not received a respons from either. I have also tried "live chat" they have available but no one was "live" to chat with. Although it has only been a few days, I would think that they would have been able to answer their phones, respond to an email and/or "live chat." They have not taken my money from the account yet put the order continues to say pending and then on another page indicates ready to ship or has been shipped. Yet, no tracking number available. I am concerened due to the other complaints that are out there.
