On the 21 Oct 14 Paid for studies for CD. 18 Nov 14 received only email content. requested CD and hardly any response. 10 Feb 15 wrote exam. Never received what I was paid for. Requested refund between email and CD content. Promises of refund and results never received any response after I was promise my scan results and after response of still in process by management and management has signed off the payment. it is now the 24/07/2015 have still not heard from the institution of what is happening with the matter. I can believe that in workshops they are reliable but studying through them is not recommended

    I enquired about their course and Julie send me an email with regards to payment, I duly paid and then did not hear a word for a month, I have been trying to get a refund to no avail. Eventually I recieved an email with information but I do not want to continue with such an unprofessional company. I have begged and begged for a refund and I get ignored!! Please can someone help me get my money back from these theives.
