The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I had partnered with a former owner of the company to bring traffic and get commission for conversions. Since the former owner has left Tyson Quick has not paid myself or my business partner our commissions due for traffic we have sent. When we have inquired of when we are going to get paid we keep getting a different excuse over financial issues. Its not a good idea to have an affiliate program if you are going through financial issues.

I am an Instapage affiliate. They are paying me but they take an EXTREMELY long time to pay out. Several months is not unusual. Frankly, it is not very ethical.
I'm not trying to put people off using the Instapage affiliate program, but you need to be prepared for a long wait before you get your money.

I'm pretty much on the same situation. I had a trial account with Leadpages and Instapages. Leadpages cancellation was plain an simple on the website under My Account > Billing as expected. Instapages has nothing of the sort. There's no phone, no chat, just a simple form to fill and hope they will answer me at their own leisure.

I signed up for an instapage account, when I tried to cancel, the rep suggested he thought there was fraud involved - they do not give you a way to cancel your account on their website, or more importantly they do not give you a way to remove your credit card information from their site -you can only replace it with a different credit card number. I was forced to call my credit card company and have them issue a new card and deny any future billing attempts by instapage. They have no published cancellation or refund policy. Their claim to have over 250, 000 users is also probably true as they give you no way to close your account. BUYER BEWARE.
