I placed an order by credit card for Microsoft Xbox points. Instant-point.net site states delivery by email within 30 seconds. Nothing was received the following day and no reply to customer support or 'ticket' request for help. I reported to Fraud office. Believe it to be theft/data harvesting operation.
I have also fell for this one and I am sending all the information to the Chargeback & Disputes dept of my bank as they will pass this information onto Visa to get the stolen money back. This company has traded under several different names and has been pulling this scam for awhile, they traded under INSTAPOINTS before this and probably many more before. The main issue with this is it's very hard to trace as they used a virtual business address inside England and from a bit of digging I think they operate out of Panama. If you have fallen for this scam contact your back as soon as possible and follow the steps to get a form to fill in from the Chargeback dept, it only takes 5 minutes and you can ask them to email it to you rather than having to wait for the snailmail. i recived a code but it was dodey had been used already so i did same think reported them to fraud police
I have experienced the same problem, payment made 2 days ago and confirmation mail received, 2 support tickets left and no code...
