[Resolved] Instamojo / bad customer support
We had a few instances that we need customer support because of service interruption. Of course as an ecommerce merchant, they are emergencies for us and would like their support to resolve the issues right away. Instamojo support team is not helpful in resolving issues and keeps saying the issues are caused by other vendors. Turned out, they didn't know how to trouble shoot and at the end, had to create a new account and restart our services. Obviously, they need to train their support team much better.
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
