Instaflex unauthorized credit charges

Ordered free sample. Tried it, was ok-not the best. Your company sent me a month's supply and charged my credit card. I called and told them I didn't order it and didn't want it. Followed their instructions on how to return same, and tracked it. I have requested a credit to my credit card, have not received it. I live on social, sec. And cannot afford this. Ln 72 hours, I will be instituting a law suit. Pleas credit my account! What happened to professional behavior?

When am I ever going to learn to quit ordering anything online! I just wanted to try the 14 day free trial for $5.99. I saw on mystatement 2 pending chgs. On 9/1, pending for 1 for $5.99 free trial. The other for $89.97 apparently for a larger supply, which I did not order or authorize.

Please see if you can handle this for me. I DO NOT WANT THE $89.97 btl.

Whatever happened to Fuller Brush Man and Stanley products? This has been going on for years?

You have no legal rights to my debit account and withdraw funds from my bank! I never approved of this transaction, so you practically stole the money, I and my son work so hard for. I am disabled and my son has aspberger's/autism! I can't believe it. I will get a lawyer and prove you took advantage of my son and i! He is challenged and you took advantaged! I will never use your company or buy any products sold by you! You take money from the vulnerable and sick! I hope this happens to you! I'm so distraught since my easter is ruined and my grandchildren will be sad!

Instaflex asked to discontinue mailings months ago.

You have been sending me Instaflex for months even though several months ago – I quit opening the packages that you send and I mailed you a note asking that you discontinue sending them too me. The price I was being charged went up to over $70.00 - I sent the note to: Shipping Department 913 West 2900 South Salt Lake City UT 84119 but I have never received a response and you continue to send the Instaflex. Now I have several unopened packages of the Instaflex that I wish to mail back to you and be reimbursed for. Do I need to mail them to the 913 West 2900 South Salt Lake City UT 84119 address? Please respond this time. I found this complaint site online – so hopefully you will respond with an email please. Thank You, Vivian P Green, 213 Pittsburg Ave, Portland IN 47371 [protected]@embarqmail.com. I am a retired senior citizen on fixed income and cannot afford this – so I need to be reimbursed for all my unopened Instaflex.

Instaflex instaflex free sample

I was charged for the free sample shipping then 2 weeks later, I got a bottle in the mail costing me70.00! I didn't order this, how can you sleep at night ripping older people off! There was not suppose to be any charge except the shipping for the sample. No one ordered more.
Also it was real clever to not put any sales invoice in the second package. Thought there had been a mix up, till I checked my credit card statement. It is Sunday and your closed but, from reading all the other complaints (now), I'm sure I won't get a refund but I hope I can help someone else not to get scammed!

It's pretty much a certainty: If a company has to give away free samples or lure new customers with with unusual offers then the product is likely to be iffy and the offer may well be a scam or a scheme to "automatically" enroll the customer. Stay away from these kinds of promotions!

Instaflex unauthorized use of my debit card

Ordered 6 dollar sample then two weeks later they took 80 dollars out of my bank and shipped another bottle. They are very hard to get a refund from.I immediately canceled my debit card because on the bank statement said it was a reoccuring charge.if you look at the other complaints the average person gets took for three months before getting them to stop.
Make sure when you send the product back you do not just mark it return to sender.take to the post office and send certified mail pr otherwise they will claim they did not receive it.mail to the salt lake city address or they will not refund

Read the fine prints when you order the samples. My advice is not even order the sample. Very deceptive marketing. If you forget to call them to cancel the subsequent order that they do not explicitly tell you, they will keep sending you a 30-day supply every month and charge $74.90.

Very sneaky!

No where does it show on the order page that you will need to cancel the order!

I agree total scam. They shipped my sample along with a month supply and charged for it. I called my bank and was told they couldn't treat as a unauthorized claim because in the fine print of there contract that you only have 10 hours io contact them and cancel future shipments. I final got authorization to return it. Spent more money to return and they still refused to refund my money besides all that the product was no good didn't help at all false claims legalized robbery stay clear.

Instaflex instaflex joint pill

I ordered the 14 day sample of Instaflex and soon found that I was being billed for a 30 days supply each month at $74.00 for a 30 days supply. I have tried to cancel my order, but they tell me they want $35.00 to cancel my order. I have told my credit card provider to cancel all payments to Instaflex.

Instaflex instaflex capsules

I clicked on this sight to see what it was. I finally closed the sight and did not request a free trial or a monthly order. I received a bottle in the mail with no invoice or any papers. I didn't even know who it was from till I got a charge on my credit card for $74.98. I called my credit card to em ove the charge. I have received no more product but have 2 more charges for $74.98 each. I live on Social Security and would never order something like this. They don't give you a price till you enter your information. In my ignorance I thought I had logged out but they kept my information and now I'm fighting to get my money back.

Instaflex deception

I ordered a free sample of Instaflex but paid 4.95 shipping and handling on my credit card. To my surprise after 15 days I recieved another 30 day supply of Instaflex. I checked my credit card statement and saw a charge for $74.95. I called the company to tell them I wanted to send back the bottle and cancel any more shipments or charges moving forward. They offered me a $30 reduction if I kept the bottle but they canceled my subscription. I agreed to that (probably shouldn't have). They told me I could buy the product at most vitamin stores like GNC. This is a deceptive practice and they should be shut down for this.

Instaflex scam

signed up for 1 month free sample told it would cost shipping 4, 98. Instead I have checked my online charge account which has been charge 74.98 for free sample and 2 subsequent months, for FEB & MARCH, Never received FEB and I am in Hospital and have checked, Did not receive Feb and as yet have not received MARCH. Just spoke to company at [protected] and was told that I had signed up .Now he says I can return MARCH bottle and I pay return shipping. for 1 bottle received 1 I did not get and one that will cost about $5, 00 to return plus 74.98 3x.
Loud & clear this needs to be rectified, please help

I had the same problem. They offered free Sample but charged $84.00 in March and $84 in April . Send me one bottle in March but April shipment never receive. . I only asked for sample and paid for the shipment. These people should stop to play these kind of gimmicks.

Instaflex ordered sample only, charged for next month 74.00

Ordered a sample for a two week supply for shipping only charge of $4.99. Within next two weeks was charged on my bank account for another 30 day supply for $74.00. Never ordered any more and did not agree to be charged for another shipment. Called their phone number listed and spoke to someone named Matt, told him I wanted a credit on my bank account and not to ship anymore products. He said his manager said he could only credit my account for $40.00 since the product had already been shipped, This is a scam, since I now researched it online and found out that many others have also done the same as I did. They also have been charged this $74.00.

Same thing happened to me. They need to be reported to the FTC.

Instaflex - did not order but was charged

I ordered the free trial offer for $4.99 and I also got a bottle of joint support I did not sign up for anything more and now I received another bottle of instaflex for over $70 I have called my credit card company and they told me it was a scam. I want a return address label so I can send this bottle back and I want my credit card refund for over $70. I will be waiting to hear from you. I don't how you can get by doing this.

Instaflex change trial to sell

I OK'ed this company to charge my credit card $4.98 for shipping and my card was charged $74.98 for the product. I am willing to send the unopened bottle back for credit card refund. This is a terrible business practice.
Thank you for any help in the matter, Also they sent after 2 weeks another bottle of this Instaflex and charged another $ 36.75 and this drug does not affect me and changes in my illness

Instaflex fraud

I said yes to free trial sample, $4.99 shipping costs, then they sent a 30 day supply and charged my credit card 74.98, I called the
[protected] number and told them that I didn't want it, that it didn't work. They told me that another bottle was on the way with another charge. I could send it back if I put a RMA 235487 number on the package and they would cancel ont charge only.

I just checked out the free sample/free gift tv offer. Read the fine print. They charge $5.99 shipping and 0.43 tax on something that is free. I wasn't aware that tax is charged on shipping these days. Red flag. Buried in the fine print is the autoship agreement if you do not cancel the membership they enroll you in. I can't stand these companies that aren't up front on their TV ads.

I was charged for a "free trial' offer. Pay for the postage... Then they charged $74.98 on my credit card.
The product does not help in any way.

Instaflex charged $74.98 for free trial offer

This was a free trial offer and it has now shown on my mastercard bill. They are still sedning the bottles of pills and I have been returning to sender. I would like a full refund.

Instaflex no communications possible with this compay

No improvement. In spite of numerous calls to [protected], this phone never rings. I want to cancel any repeat order within your 30-day deadline.
I already advise my credit card company.

My biggest complaint about this was my husband has not noticed any difference and the biggest complaint I have is the capsules are sometimes half full or less and it is more than just one or two out of the bottles.Not many people probably squeeze these but I have and it is amazing how inconsistent some are, kind of a waste of money.The first bottle was charged at 75.00 and I called them and they said oh we can bring that price down to 29.99 and so I get the charge and it is 34.99 I am very unhappy with the company putting this out.I of course canceled.

Today, I tried the eMail address of support@instaflex.com, as their customer support server listed 4/22/2011, in reply to this kind of complaint. Mailer/Damion said "no mailbox here by that name". Now, what is the eMail address for Instaflex ?

Instaflex hidden policies

I ok the shipping on a free trial. That was all I authorized then I get a bottle and a huge bill. I discovered that hidden in the fine print it says that you have to call and cancell or they just start sending the stuff. No where is there any info on the cost per month. Had that been posted I would not have bothered with the trial. Now I find that I am only one of many that got bit on this. Look out folks.

I ask a person in your office at your phone number to stop billing me for a product I of which I had only wanted the sample. I have talked to my credit card company and that is where this problem stands now.

It is amazing how today you have to read every word when you agree to anything. I read where you receive your free trail and then you MUST notify them that you do not want any more or they continue to send. I emailed them on April 13 and they still went ahead and charged my account for $74 and change even after emailing them so I went and sent another email 4/28 stating that they cease any further shipments and then notified my American Express to look into this matter. I will get back to you with the results. WARNING, do not do business with the company.

Instaflex you guy's are a riot

I read Instaflex reviews - Amazon, here and instaflex site. I agree with some reviewers-everyone "authorised" Instaflex to deduct monthly card payments. Funniest question - "how did they get my card #?" You gave it to ship product! However I would be pissed if it happened to me. There is no free lunch - I read conditions when offered free product. It's common practice-like book clubs sending monthly book unless you cancel. I hate these auto deals - don't even give address unless I know I'll buy. BTW, many Amazon reviwers said takes 2 months to work - not 14 days.

I agree that the cards were charged because consumers gave their info to the Company. However, Non of the consumers were told there was a reoccurring charge when ordering . And the amount of the Charges monthly are more expensive than buying the item in a local store. It's obvious that the company is getting two payments from people before they are being canceled by the consumers and their banks. This indicates a SCAM as far as I'm concerned and shows the company has in place, a plan to deceive the customer and charge them deceptively. If a company "hides" charges in a pile of fine print, they aren't worth doing business with and I would be willing to bet their product isn't any good either!
