I called the wuyi customer rep to be refunded. I had no problem there. They returned my money to my account. The custotomer service rep also reassured me that there would be no further charges. A sepperate incident involved sending a email to a company and when they didn't respond I went thru my bank. My bank posted the money to my account with a conditional understanding that they would take the money back if when they asked for my refund and didn't get the money that I would return the money to the bank. I got my money back as Global Credit Union was sucessful in getting my refund. and this is what I will do if they refuse me a refund.
