Inosys Technologies Jayanagara review: Security deposit of 30,000 2

I am a MCA graduate looking for a job. I got mail saying that they are going to provide me job by taking 30, 000 as security deposit with no interview, no demand on percentage criteria. So can I trust these people and proceed with the process of paying 30, 000. Please reply...

This was the mail what I got
"Dear Candidate,

Following are the 2 processes of hiring, you can choose any 1 of these if you want to join us :

Process 1:

1) It is a Direct Hiring, there is no Interview.

2) There is no Eligibility Criteria.

3) You are hired as a Web Designer / Web Developer.

4) Candidate has to deposit a refundable amount of Rs.30, 000/- (Thirty Thousand Only).

5) Full deposit amount, i.e., Rs.30, 000/- (Thirty Thousand Only) will be refunded after successful completion of 2 years.

6) If the Candidate quits after 1 year, half of the deposit amount, i.e., Rs.15, 000/- (Fifteen Thousand Only) will be refunded.

7) No Salary is provided in the first 6 months.

8) On-Job Training and Support is provided to the candidate in the first 6 months, i.e., the Candidate will be trained and supported to work on Real-Time Projects in these 6 months, thus we are not paying any salary in the first 6 months of probation.

9) Salary package after 6 months will be completely based on performance in the past 6 months and the test conducted after these 6 months.

10) There is no elimination after 6 months, it is only the salary that is decided post 6 months.

Process 2:

5) Full deposit amount, i.e., Rs.1, 00, 000/- (One Lakh Only) will be refunded after successful completion of 3 years.

6) If the Candidate quits after 2 years, half of the deposit amount, i.e., Rs.50, 000/- (Fifty Thousand Only) will be refunded.

7) If the Candidate quits after 1 year, quarter of the deposit amount, i.e., Rs.25, 000/- (Twenty Five Thousand Only) will be refunded.

8) Salary for the first 6 working months will be Rs.5, 000/- (Five Thousand Only) every month.

9) On-Job Training and Support is provided to the candidate in the first 6 months, i.e., the Candidate will be trained and supported to work on Real-Time Projects in these 6 months.

10) Salary after 6 working months will be between Rs.8, 000/- (Eight Thousand Only) to Rs.10, 000/- (Ten Thousand Only).

11) The increment in salary will be based on the performance every 6 months.

12) There is no elimination after 6 months or after 1 year and so on, it is only the salary that is decided every 6 months.

13) There will be an agreement signed by the company for the deposit amount and the job confirmation. "
