Innovative Products Network and Smarter Living Products respond to smear campaign and baseless allegations.
CORAL SPRINGS, FL – 1/12/2009 – Innovative Products Network
and Smarter Living Products announced today they have posted
a rebuttal to a baseless smear campaign they believe is being
engineered by a jealous competitor in an effort to defame the
Shawn Bombaro company President responded today “ while it is
our policy to not comment on false rumors, I felt it imperative to
respond to this false, malicious and vicious attack on the
credibility of our fine companies. It is obvious this posting was
from a very jealous competitor as is clear by the broad range of
accusations which contain NO SPECIFIC FACTUAL
ALLEGATIONS OF ANY KIND OR ANY SPECIFIC REFERENCES TO
SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE OBLIGATIONS. We at Innovative
Products Network and Smarter Living Products believe this is a
smear tactic with no basis for truth.
Bombaro made the following factual comments “ There are no
specific's because this post is from a deranged and hateful
person. We outright deny these accusations and for the record
do not know of any phone calls as of today that have been
received by our offices that have gone unreturned. Additionally
we have no clients in Delray Beach, so the author is clearly
fictitious. We know of no case, with any client, past or present
where we have failed to deliver what was promised in our
contracts. We welcome the opportunity to defend the integrity of
our contract and our performance under it.
We aired 3 shows recently on a major national television
network and we buy the television time for our programming
through a media company whose President is a media expert
and has been in business over 20 years. As well the production
facility we use is state of the art and has been producing
national television programs for broadcast for over a decade.
Most of these so called “complaint BLOGGER sites” clearly state on their
sites they cannot verify the accuracy of any posting, nor do they
even attempt to do so. So anyone can say anything about
anybody on those site, but there is no way to verify the author or
the truthfulness of any post. Unfortunately we live in a society
today were people can make outrageous claims and false
accusations about anyone and while we believe the Internet is a
tremendous resource and valuable tool, this is one way in which
it can be very harmful as false information can spread quickly
and innocent people are on the defensive for no reason.
The only complaint we are aware of is that there have been a few
clients on our holiday shopping shows who were disappointed
that they did not sell more product, as were we, however current
economic times(the program's aired in Nov and Dec) have
seemed to reduce sales everywhere. Every client got aired, every
client approved their script, every client got taped and received
the contract deliverables they were entitled to .As is our policy
we have been in personal contact with every client, some are
still dissatisfied with sales from the project.
It is our belief even though the person making these scandalous
posts on the internet meant them for harm, that it will in
actuality benefit us as the truth and facts about our credibility
and performance will become known by those who seek them.
Thus we will benefit as a result of this post because potential
clients will want to do business with our company.
We know of competitors who change their name, officers,
addresses every time they get complaints, operate over 10
different companies from the same location, merge to change
their names and continue the same deceptive practices and are
unethical and deceptive, we however stand on the integrity of
our product and our word.
