Horrible and rude phone agents. Nobody ever has any real answers they just always tell you they'll set up an investigation that takes 24 to 72 hours, and the person doing the investigator will call you when the investigation is over. No investigator ever calls. I've had 3 investigations done now nobody has ever called me back. There was a block put on the facility I was recieving phone calls from by accident, mind you I just deposited 50 dollars on that account. When I finally called after waiting so long they told me the call block was removed...Little did they know that I have a very close family member who works at the facility who was able to relay messages between myself and my husband who was incarcerated there and I found out that he had been calling and the phone was still blocked. I called again and guess what? Yep another investigation and this time the phone agent was even crueler than the last. Yelling at me and telling me I could only ask her certain questions and when I asked her which questions were allowable she wouldn't inform me of what questions she could answer...telling me that if I didn't know which questions to ask her than I was talking to the wrong person and she was going to transfer me after I had already been transfered 3 times by what sounded like the same person to me. I also asked for a phone number to call whoever was doing the investigation so I could see what goes into an investigation and guess what...they refused to give me that number as well. This company is ### and they're employees are ###. It's a shame I dont know where their facility is located or I'd go down there in person and give them a piece of my mind!

i agree and why does the government advertise to use them. I pd them and payment cleared they sent me and email with no ICS number and claim they have not received payment and i should contact credit card company. I have and i am waiting for reply from credit co. Customer service was nice to me as they let me know i have been screwed so is anyone tried another company i am sorry we all got screwed but as least i know i'm not stupid i thought error was on my end till i studied email with ICS number of ( . ) they have been trained well as to how to give give people the run around and try to confuse them. My only hope is that mastercard will help me. As being in the system is not enough. The system recommended this company
I agree totally that inmate calling solutions is a rip off. Rude agents. No refunds. No real explanations, lies. They told me they did not have unlimited plans. Then told me there are two separate companies. Inmate Calling Solutions and Inmate Call Solutions.
I do not understand how InmateCallSolutions can say they will save you money when you have to pay them for a "local" number and the inmate still gets charged a per minute fee. In Kentucky "local" calls are more expensive per minute than state to state calls. SecurusTechnology charges $0.21 per minute for a state to state call with no initial fee. For a 'local" call SecurusTechnology charges $0.30 per minute plus a $3.05 initial (first minute) fee. While I am still looking into my options I have to say I cannot see paying someone for "unlimited calls" only to be charged an additional $0.09 per minute plus a $3.05 fee. Better to download Sideline and get an out of state number. At least Sideline is free!
InmateCallSolutions has yet to answer my multiple attempts to contact them via their "LIVEChat" to explain where exactly my savings are coming from. I have also asked that they explain their website complete with unanswered FAQs, no customer service, a link for customer service buried in Terms and Conditions (www.InmateCallsForLess.com) which sends you back to the home page for InmateCallSolutions, a CHAT option supposedly manned from 10AM - 8PM CST where no one ever responds.
Their website tells the story. If not a complete SCAM they are a shady and disreputable organization.
I was scammed out of $133.00 for a years worth of unlimited calls. They gave me a number local to my husband's facility, but it's not usable. I guess I'm not the only one that's been screwed through inmate call solutions they are robbing us and making a lot of money for themselves I hope that FBI investigators look into this because a lot of us are broke and we barely have money enough to allow our families to call us from the jail I am very dissapointed with this inmate call solutions and I hope you guys get caught
I feel the same about inmate calling solutions, they took 68.00 out of my account for services i can't use, they gave me a number to give to my love one in prison and he can't use the number at all. can't get in touch no phone number, i got scam out of my money

Please people if you decide you want to stop paying more by getting with inmate calling solutions please do not do it I learened the hard way it's my first time that I had to set up accounts due to my husband being incarserated for the first time ever and they do not tell you the truth nor do they refund you the money I payed them $74 for 3 months which is money lost I really wish I can go back n just stick to GTL andn pay my fee of whatever they charge me but please again don't do it don't set up an account with inmate calling solution they ARE a SCAM!
This is NOT ... I repeat: NOT a reputable site. I work at a jail and I cannot even explain how many phone calls I receive about the number that was given to the customers "were not working." Your best option is to go exactly with the phone company the jail provides to the friends and family members. I understand that funds can be the issue, however, it is not worth the headache and "extra" loss in funds. Be careful on the "cheap" websites.

People there are 2 companys you are talking about. 1- Inmate CALL Solutions which is a scam to get you cheaper calls from inmates and 2- Inmate CALLING Solutions who provide the actually phone service within the jails that inmates use to call home.

I applied for service with Coastal Tel Link. All responses were from Inmate Call Solutions. Now I can't find Inmate Call Solutions Phone Number. I have instructed my credit card company to deny payment. Still don't have a solution for contacting my inmate. I believe this to be a scam.
It's a shame that a "professional" phone company, doing a customer service is reduced to treating the caller as an inmate. It is equally sad to think how these people can sleep at night knowing how hateful they treat customers. Power mistreated is anarchy and eventually leads to implosion. But to be so cold as to deny communication without stipulations is inhumane. May God have mercy on them when it's their turn.
im glad i read this cuz i was jus thinking about switchin to them i cant stand (global tel ink) all there answers are all mixed up they kept giving me diff answers and then when the phone finally worked for him to call the recording wouldnt sound so i had to call them hella times it really pissed me off
I subscribed to services through this company over a month ago, once i paid them $90.00 for a 6 month subcription. I was told after I paid the fee that I would receive a local number in 72 hrs. Well 2 weeks later theyt finally activated the account, only to disactivate it 2 days later. I started calling them to see what the problem is, they hardly ever answer the phone, and when they do, their agents are rude, hardly speak or understand english. One month later, here I am still calling them everyday, only to receive empty promises when they do answer, and other times all I receive is a lame voicemail message. I am convinced that Inmate Calling Solutions, is a fraud. I sincerely suggest that everyone steer clear of this so called company, unless you just have money to give away...
iam trying to locate a phone number for them. could u please let me know what num u are using to contact them. i created an account even paid to have same day activation. yet when i tryed to login to the page later to check status i keep receiving message telling me there is no account matching my information.
