Injoo Fire Mobile / Payment not received
I order for injoo fire2 order # [protected] mobile last month on 25.10.2016, and delivered to me on 26.10.2016. the same day when i opened. there was some technical problem which is the same time i informed. the next day i return the product and they told me that you will receive your money within three to four days. still so many time i complaining to souq office. and their answer is always, sorry there is technical issues once it resolve, then will inform you. today is 15.11.2016. still i'm waiting for your response. i could't understand that this product i order from souq.com not from other then why i should wait for a month or more. Is it correct?
