I purchased a Todd English 7 piece cookware set from HSN approx. 1 year ago. As the defective pan was part of a set HSN directed me to contact Ingenious Design, a company that takes care of a number of products. The cookware has a lifetime warrantee so I felt confident that the defective fry pan in the set would be replaced with little to no problems. Unfortunately, every attempt on my part to contact Ingenious Designs resulted in utter frustration! On one occasion, I was on hold for 22 minutes only to be answered by an electronic voice mail machine. I sent the defective pan back along with detailed information regarding the original order. My instructions were extremely precise and easy to understand. Three months passed and I finally received a package from them only to find that they sent the WRONG PAN! I am thoroughly frustrated and feel that Ingenious Design LLC is anything but Ingenious! I've called and left messages and also contacted HSN about this, but no one has been able to rectify this issue. This company is giving the products they represent such a bad name! Todd English, Esteban, Joy Mangano - get as far away from this distribution company as you can! As for me, I won't be purchasing anything else that is connected to Ingenious Design LLC ever again!

I purchased the Joy Mangano JOY lightweight TuffTech Luggage Set for Life with SpinBall Wheels in Purple February 18, 2017 that has a 10 year warranty. I thought it was a good offer until a few weeks ago when I used the 25" piece of luggage and the zipper was damaged and I called HSN who referred me to Ingenious Designs who turned out to be not ingenious at all. At first they said they would replace the piece in 30 days so I sent pictures for the to see the damage. Today 6/15/2018 I received a call saying they no longer have this luggage in stock and do not know if they will have it again and is offering a small credit. I feel that the offer of a 10 year warranty is false advertising and this company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Bottom line I am stuck with a damaged piece of luggage while Joy Mangano have money as for the huggable hangers they are a waste of money and HSN is in on her profiting off of innocent customers. I will never purchase Mangano products again and would not recommend it.
It's all to her gain and my loss. I hope that every dissatisfied customer Business Bureau with a hope that these dishonest practices could be stopped. Attached is a picture of the luggage.

I purchased 4 Simply Ming Air Fryers, 1 for myself and one for each of my children for Christmas last year. I am very unhappy with them, 2 of them have a plastic odor and taste and cant get rid of it. The other 2 worked fine for about 1 month and then the inside turned black, and sticks and you cannot get it clean. I called HSN but they said I had to use this site. I tried calling but never got a call back. Almost $400.00 and they are not usable. They sure are not what Ming said they were. very unsatisfied, and now afraid to use HSN again. I agree with the fragrance sticks, they are worthless and have no smell. Did not even try to complain knowing it does no good. I have had somethings from HSN that I love, but think their policy is very unfair. djhays

In February I purchased the Joy Mangano 2 in 1 vacuum with the forever fragrance . Being it was winter I used it as an upright to pick up crumbs, hair in the bathroom. Happy with the product. Then in May decided to disconnect the handle and use it to vacuum the inside of my car. That was when I discovered that I did not have a crevice tool. It showed one in the manual but I had none. I called hsn and they said it was only guaranteed for 60 days and that I should call ingenious designs, the company who makes them. (joy Mangano). Without the crevice tool its not a 2 in 1 vacuum. Its just a 1. An upright. Not a portable small vac. I will call on the next business day and see where I get. I have purchased tons of huggable hangers and had just a few break. From reading all the above complaints I hope my call is successful. As far as the forever fragrance disks that gets put in the 2 in 1 vacuum, well I think they are useless. I hardly smelled the fragrance after the first time I used it and I bought an extra pack of fragrance disks because it sounded good. Easily fooled I guess. I mean while vacuuming do I really need to smell something?

I purchased a Joy and Iman bag in Dec of 2015 and it is absolute junk. It's supposed to be "leather." Well I don't know what kind of leather it is, but it's no kind of leather I've ever come across. It's bonded onto cardboard or something and overall looks very cheap. I wish I had sent it back to HSN within the 30 day time frame. Initially I liked it very much and decided to keep it because it is so well organized inside. It has a place for everything! Because of the organizational quality I initially gave it a very good review on HSN but I wish I could remove my review and replace with an updated one. Why? Because the overly stiff handles cracked. They are so stiff that they cracked at the bottom by just the act of straightening them for normal use of the bag! I don't haul bricks to work so it's unreasonable the handles cracked like this. The material on the handles seems to be some sort of plastic. I've included pictures of all four areas where cracking is occurring, some areas more than others. My advice? Steer clear of these bags and buy one at Target for less than half the price.

I ordered the joy mangano 2in1 superchic vacuum cleaner w forever fragrant in september 2015,
after i received it, i noticed that there was not a floor brush in the box as the illustration shows.
After 3 calls to hsn, a representative gave me a number to contact ingenious designs. After 4 calls to them over a period of 1 month and a half, a woman that answered the phone told me that the vacuum has no floor brush that goes to it. I called a week later because i knew that the answer was incorrect, because there is a slot for a floor brush.
The person that i spoke to that time informed me that i could return it and that they would send a return label.
I am physically disabled due to a stroke is the main reason why i purchased it, and when joy stated that her mother had a stroke and that's why she designed this item. I can't package it up and ship it. The label took about a month before i received it and my grand daughter have thrown the box away! i purchase a lot of things from hsn and joy mangano and the others, but i will be more selective now.

I ordered the Keith Urban guitar set with 30 cds and poster to be included in Dec. It is now March and I am still waiting for the cds. This is totally unacceptable! I've called, emailed, left messages, NOTHING. Im in with the class action suit, where do i sign up!

I purchased an todd english electric fry pan. The heating element went out at 1 1/2 years. I contacted the manufacturer as instructed by hsn. Since out of warranty they Neill do nothing. So I am out $70. I think hsn nneed to get another company to deal with. For their products. Until I read this site I had no idea joy mango is the president. I also have the forever fragrant vanilla and it is not forever. I a,

Ronni Fauci is the biggest b&@$! Unbelievably rude to customers... A know it all loud mouth, Nasty woman that loves control! She is definitely in the wrong field.. Because if you are head of customer service... You are supposed to be nice to your customers! She obviously has a miserable life, and takes it out on everyone else.

My problem was with Green Pans and Ingenious Designs. The concept was very good but the reality was that they stuck terribly. I had purchased a complete set plus 3 additional cooking pieces at quite a price. I called to complain to HSN and ID and it was determined I would return them and a refund was quoted and emailed to me. After some time I got my call from HSN with a refund amount of 1/2 of the total. I called and the response was a higher amount but still short and the agent at HSN didn't think that was important enough to check on. Referred back to ID where I was immediately informed that they had refunded the correct amount. I ask for details and added them up as they were quoted. They totaled the amount I was originally given. The agent can't add and was dumbfounded but I am now to be given the balance of what I was owed. HSN AND INGENIOUS DESIGNS need to get their act together before placing the blame on customers who have been deceived.

I would advise anyone to stay away from the huggable hangers HSN sells by the thousands. They are wonderful, until they break, one right after another. They are not worth the trouble of trying to get them replaced. I will not buy them again and will totally stay away from anything Joy M sells that originates from China. She has made a fortune buy selling her junk on HSN. They need to get rid of her,

I purchased the Todd English Hard anodized aluminum set in 2006. The non stick properties do not work on the pans anymore. I called to get them replace but was told my lifetime limited warranty was expired. How deceiving is that. The representative said the warranty was 7 years. They should of put 7 years in manual you receive and also have stated that on HSN before purchasing. In any case beware when a product has a lifetime warranty because that does not mean your lifetime. Google "limited lifetime warranty" or "lifetime warranty" and you see how deceptive the practice is in using that term since there are no standards on the meaning.

My spouse and I purchased the Todd English cookware set and marveled about them being non-stick, light-weight, style looked nice, versatile (able to cook and bake) and affordable.
However, after several months, most of the pans were no longer "non-stick" and the outer black coating scratched easily and looked bad. We decided not to pursue a refund, or replacement and chalked it up as a poor investment. I guess we would be in the same boat as you trying to get a refund or replacement pan and didn't attempt such because the pans didn't hold true to their performance in such a short time.
To date, I only have three pans left that I use and gave my amateur gourmet son the rest and he tossed them out.
If the sets had manufacture flaws, you would think this would have been advertised, or disclosed somewhere before and after purchase where a "recall" on the manufacturers behalf would have been distributed to the buyers of such pan sets.
Disappointed...Yes!

who needs to just stand by quietly no little noises or comments after everything he says and let our beloved Andrew educate us...when Andrew stops speaking, then you can have the floor to fill us in on quantities and value-flex pay options, please leave
out the stores or what it is you take everyday and or your family..I mean, who cares? Its quite annoying when I'm waiting to hear something and Andrew is interupted, then
looses track on finishing his comments.. Facts delivered to us by Andrew is all that is needed to understand what products are best for each individual..I don't think it necessary for you ladies to give us your take on the products. Thank you kindly.

2.21.13 Things haven't got'n any betta, with tha Todd English garbage pans. Tha unstopable coating, I've washed off, hand washed off, which causing the inside to stick and burn.Even the dutch oven is crapping out, some sort of white crap leaching out from under the rivets around the handles. I called Ingenious, they told me to ship them back, and they'd issue credit, they didn't say when, if ever, and rude. We'll see what happens, I got the same results from my phone call to HSN, call Ingenious, leave us alone.Really ticks me off, only cookware I've ever had to crap out, even K-marts pans did betta, than Todd English

Many people my age purchase on line or from the on air shows. I can not speak for all but I do not use things immediately after purchase. I bought those forever fragrant air freshener sticks (plastic straw sticks in wooden bases) and I purchase 3 sets of two for the bathrooms in my house. I only opened one box and used two in the master-ensuite and they worked for almost 2 days! After some time passed I thought perhaps that because of the humidity of my bathroom I would try them in another bathroom and opened another box and put one in the small bath by our den. Again, I noticed the scent for one day...only because I closed the door and kept the window closed. It is Nov. 10th 2012 and I have given them enough of a dry run to know that they do not work. I called HSN and I was told that I purchased them in September and it was now passed their return time. They asked me to ingenious designs and contact joy mangano. I left a voice mail and now I will see how this gets taken care of. I want a refund of my purchase price due to the warranty/guarantee.

Small fry pan defective. Please refund $$$$ or send another 8 " fry pan. had this problem wikth the first pan.. This is the 2nd pan. Not a good product, sorry Joy. I bought Joy Mangano's eyeglass readers. They are total garbage 3 of them have broken in the EXACT SAME PLACE. Naturally, HSN won't help as they are over 30 day policy. After reading these posts I doubt Mangano will either. Never using HSN or her junk again.

I agree that HSN needs to get rid of Joy Mongano, the only good thing that she has are the hangers and the little steamer, the rest is pure garbage. I too have a problem with my 8" copper fused green pan, it has a chip in the center, over a month ago I contacted Ingenious design, and was told that a mailing label was being sent to me, after 3 weeks and nothing received I contacted them again, which of course they had no record of my call, so I talk to someone name Theresa, who promised me a return lable emailled to me, and should ge it the next day, have I received it yet 1 week 1/2 later. HEEL NO, and I also would like to say...SHANON SHUT THE HELL UP...she is the most obnoxious human being alive and always interup the guest. Getting very dissapointed with HSN

I have had the green pans over 2 years, and they are very good pans except the handles get water in them when I wash in the dishwasher. THEY ARE SUPPOST TO BE DISHWASHER SAFE! They will drip on everything when I hang the up on my rack. I worrie that they may rust inside and they may also be causing germs to grow.
I called HSN and they told me to contact Ingenious Designs but according to the other complaints it will do no good.

I purchased many of her hangers the gold ones came apart, i purchased in 09 and they only have one year warrenty, so i guess they are garbage after a certain amount of use, very expensive but quality is horrible, its called q a maybe you should hire someone to watch over production after purchasing soo many sets you think they could replace a few, never ordering again!

In 2009 I checked this website to get people's opinions on TE Cookware. I finally broke down and bought a 3 pc. set in 2010, followed by another 3 pc. set and most recently a large grill pan. I gotta tell ya - I LOVE this cookware. I use it daily and I can't agree with those who complain about how things stick. I have never had ANYTHING stick (and once I did accidentally let some mac n chs go too long). So I would say if you're on the fence about ordering it... wait til HSN has one of there really good package price deals and better yet if they are offering with free shipping and try it. I don't think you'll be disappointed

Well...it may be a bit premature...but this is my story. My wife and I are ardent supporters of all three major shopping channels, including HSN and in general, have been quite happy. We have purchased numerous boxes of huggable hangers and yes, a hanger breaks every now and again but given that we have probably 300 hangers in my house, I don't find it that surprising. I have never thought of trying to send them back. They are great hangers and I'm not surprised that a few have broken. We also have the little steamer and while it is not the greatest product in the world, it does what it is supposed to. I must admit that I did buy the luggage from Joy and while I kept it (should have returned it), I'm not a big fan of the design - a bit cumbersome, but it does seem to be made well. And...I am also an owner of green pans. I liked the initial set so much that I bought a 2nd. While the saute pans are great, I too have had problems with food sticking to the fry pans. I did season them again (and again) and I take excellent care to only use non abrasive cleaners and plastic utensils but after a while - well over a year of consant use - they did start to stick a lot. So...I called HSN, they gave me the number of Ingenious Designs who immediately sent me out a call tag and I sent them back last week. Today, I got a call, they received the pans but dont have the 11 inch in stock and wanted to know what I want to do. I didn't get the call until after they closed so not sure how this will get resolved but have no reason to believe that they won't continue to be responsive and helpful. And...while I had three pans, HSN could only find a reciept for one order that contained two of the pans - Ingenious Designs said no problem, they will replace all three. By the way, read other reviews for green pans that weren't purchased through HSN and apparently, there were lots of complaints from people that said the manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty. While I hear that some people here have had problems dealing with ingenious designs, actually, the comments here were much more positive than those that dealt directly with the manufacturer. One last comment - I recently decided to replace all of my pots and pans with eco friendly non stick cookware given the health problems with PFOA and PTFE. I still have my green pans but needed more saute pans and decided to look at other companies and purchased through Amazon Cuisinart Green Gourmet. I have only had them for a couple of months but so far, so good. And...they also have a lifetime warranty as well. Happy cooking and shopping!

I love the green pan - hate HSN, the hosts are annoying, always just talking over everyone else selling their items. Kinda "self important" I wish Todd English would move to QVC - I LOVE QVC. I have ordered many items from QVC and HSN. When I have a return for QVC there are no problems, I don't need to call another company QVC just talks care of it form me. With HSN I have to call another company who NEVER answers the phone I finally was able to obtain an e-mail address so I can e-mail them and they sometimes respond to my e-mails mayby one e-mail per 10 that I send them. Love the green pan, it does begin to stick after awhile, just season it again and whala it works again! No I don't work for QVC!1

I AM SO SORRY THAT I JUST FOUND THIS WEBB SIGHT BECAUSE IF I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THIS SIGHT BEFORE I ORDERED MY SKILLETS AND A LG POT I WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING.I DID NOT HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH THE POT AT ALL BUT THE 2 SKILLETS WAS A DISASTER EVERYTHING STICKS TO THEM THEY WILL NOT COME FULLY CLEAN.I JUST SENT THE 2 SKILLETS OFF ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND I HOPE THAT IT WILL NOT TAKE A YEAR FOR A RETURN, I AM SO GLAD TO READ THESE COMMENTS PLEASE WISH ME LUCK.

Wow! I thought I was the only one with the bad luck of getting green pans. It's so true what everyone says about it. I personally ordered the stainless series of pots and pans. I thought as well as everyone else beautiful pans that don't stick and life time warranty to boot, who could resist?, well low and behold I was fooled too. I read the instructions and "seasoned" the pans as instruced, and still everything stuck to the pans, and the edge of the pans would smoke as well. I am of carribean background and we routinely fry plantains, especially ripe ones. I thought not only am I putting oil in the pan but it says it's non-stick so this should be good for me, rude awakening I received, everything stuck! !. I went through what most of you went through with customer service of HSN and still going through with igenious design reps, some of which I believe are a little off thier rocker. Good Luck to all !

With regard to all the negative reviews above - HSN is not hiding anything nor is it in any way avoiding upholding warranties. The way HSN works, and anyone who purchased from them should know it because they repeat it over and over on air, is to give an unconditional money back guaranty for 30 days. After thirty days customers are referred to the manufacturer for resolution. Ingenious Designs has a toll free number that is available from 9-5EST Monday-Friday. All calls are responded to and all problems resolved, if they meet the warranty specifications.

I know this to be a fact. Therefore, anyone who is having a problem should stop wasting their time blogging and call the 800# to get their problem resolved. If it is preferential to email instead of call - you can email to customerservice@ingeniousdesigns.com.

I have been trying to get all of my fry pans, which I purchased from HSN, replaced because everything sticks to them and the food is ruined. Green Pans are a good idea but only if they work. The sauce pots are fine but the fry pans are terrible. I have left messages with the answering service in the US who forwards them on to whatever country they are in now and have never received a call back or an email. Lifetime warranty my foot! I have even called HSN customer service and they want nothing to do with the problems with Green Pans and told me to contact an email address which does not exist. I left two messages with the warranty department for Ingenious Designs and never received the courtesy of a return phone call. I'm with the writer above who wants to file a class action suit. I have had my pans for about 2 years and I cannot use the fry pans at all! A lifetime warranty is one of the reasons I purchased these pans. Just try and get Ingenious Designs to live up to that warranty! Talk about the run around. I don't trust HSN anymore either because they don't want to hear about any problems you may have with these pans. Can you spell S-C-A-M? With them leaving the country, which I was told by the answering service, they are going to be even harder to deal with. The answer to that is to not buy anything from Joy Mangano or Green Pans ever again. HSN is just hiding from the dissatisfied customers and won't do anything to help. Pay your money and shut up! Joy Mangano should be removed from HSN, which would be in their best interest. I love the green pans, but have quit buying because she is associated with them. Anything she advertises is probably not nearly as good as she hypes it to be. I feel sorry for Todd English, because he does have a good product. I have found that the stainless steel set from Wolfgang Puck is excellent and you don't have to worry about scratching it. It does the same egg sliding show that the green pans do. The best thing is JOY MANGANO is not associated with them.
She is loud and rude always interrupting because she thinks people want to hear what she says, but I have found with HSN a couple of the female hosts are the same way and I have really reduced what I purchase from them.

I love Andrew Lessman, but can't hardly watch him when a couple of the female hosts are with him. He has an excellent product and knows more about it than anyone and they always interrupt him, thinking we want to hear then rattle on about something they could never understand. Girls stop interrupting Mr. Lessman, he is a million times more interesting than any of you could ever be.

my huggable hangers are falling apart like a dry rot kinda thing on day 32 of owning them and after 2 months I finally got someone at ingenious designs to answer the phone about it. they agreed to send me back only the ones that broke. I have to mail the broken ones to them first. The hangers break at random, so if they send me 4 and then 2 more break, I have to do the whole thing all over again, and then if 3 more break... this makes no sense to me. Whats more when i spoke to hsn about it a number of times from day 32 onward they repeatedly assured me that I would be sent an entire new set since it was obvious that the integrity of the set is uncertain.

Sorry, to clairify why I was here posting, was because of all the negative reviews that I have seen on HSN's website. I just don't get it. That is like way too many. I don't think the pitch was misleading, but I can see how most everyone thought that it was the end-all-be-all air freshner. Maybe, because I did not expect a lot from this product is why, I like it. I agree the sales pitch was a bit over the top, but I didn't expect much from plastic infused with fragrance and odor neutralizers.

The show/sales pitch was a bit overdramatic, but she used very careful wording. I guess, I as a guy paid attention to the phrases and wording she used, not so much as her excitement and over the top celebration of this "new found freshiner." I agree that my Mom as well as most people would get excited. Hey, her pitch made everyone that ordered pick up the phone.. But I was looking for a similar product that I used to freshen my car. This is just the trick for the car.

I would just throw them in the drink holders out in the car and just stick to huggable hangers...

JOY MANGANNO should be FIRED and BANNED FROM HSN and everywhere in the world. She is a scam artist! She is now selling these HORRIBLE fragrants called "forever fragrant" on HSN, as we speak today, there are almost 600 NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I like many people bought this and it didn't last a day and she says they last for 2 years! As far at the Greenpans, yes I just found out that Joy Manganno owns that company and they never answer.

Give me some feedback, I WOULD LOVE TO FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST JOY FOR SCAMMING EVERYONE.

I contacted Ingenious Designs via email, and got a response the next day.

The reason why I was here looking was because I have two of the Vanilla Amber Spheres with dish. They are work fine in my house. Now, the fragrance does not have the "throw" such as a candle or a brand new "plug-in, " but as far as the product just sitting there, I have noticed the fragrance. I am glad that it is not overwelming. If I need to freshen a room, I use an air freshiner. The spheres do great in the car. I have them rolling around everywhere, in the truck and seat and open storage. They are great! I did expect a more fragrant scent, but after using them for 3 months, I am glad that the fragrance has been consistant and not "loud." I know that this does not make your problems with the company go away, but I would definately keep attempting to contact the company, and I would keep a log of date and time you attemped to contact.

Companies love numbers, so throw some dates and numbers at them. I bet you will get a response.. Good Luck!

Thanks for all the input re: the greenware cookware. I have been wanting to replace my very old cookware that I rec'd as a new bride (35 yrs ago). Thermolon was sounding very good based on the HSN promos but I am glad some honest people have taken the time to list the problems they've personally had AND how it was (and was not ) resolved. This always is helpful when deciding to lay out such a large amount of cash (let's face it - these pans ain't cheap... BUT if they work - cost isn't an issue with me). Apparently - these aren't all they are hyped to be.

I am currently working on getting a replacement for my Green Pans. I've had the pans for about 2-years and everything things sticks to the pan. I have to soak the pan which is rediculous if its a non-stick. I use to be able to wipe it clean with a paper towl. My omeletes used to slide right off the pan and onto the plate. I don't like using them anymore; however they are all I have. This was the first time buying a big purchase like this a couple of Holidays ago. I hope I don't have a problem getting them replaced. My understanding was they had a Life Tiem WARRENTY well the food is sticking to the pan and its frustrating. I've contacted HSN and they said I need to contact Ingenious Designs..Wish me luck..Thanks

i do not agree with the customers regarding the GREEN PAN by Todd English. They are the greatest cookware I have ever seen and they don't need to soak all day to get them clean. Just wipe them out with a damp paper towel after it cools down and bam, you have a clean skillet. i do wash them in soapy water after to get rid of germs due to the swine flu this year. My husband and I brag about the GREEN PAN cookware to everyone. I am the one who chipped a bowl from the Todd English Collection and just want a replacement bowl. Nobody will contact me and it's been a year since I chipped it. Bam. Waiting on a call soon. Merry Christmas!

I bought a set of greenpans less than 2 years ago, I try to cook scrambled eggs in it and it sticks to where I have to soak it all day in order to clean it. I have the 10" skillet and the round grill pan which is total garbage! After reading this thread I am scared silly to call the # HSN gave me, I don't have much patience for poor customer service.

I have had a problem with my paella pan pretty much since I bought the anniversary trio last xmas. I have finally decided to call ingenious design and my call was answered within 30 seconds and the woman took my issues and is issuing me a new one. I obviously haven't received the new one yet, I just called them today, but so far so good. Hopefully things have changed over the past 6 months.

I purchased the clothes dryer by the same company. I did not recieve any instructions with it...no problem how easy could it be to get them ...NOT! I emailed HSN and they told me to email ingenious designs...3 emails no response! So I called (two months should have given them time to respond) I got right through on the number HSN then provided and was assured that the instructions would go out that day to me...March 17th. It is now April 6th and No instructions...I have had it with these people tomorrow I call HSN and this company and tell them they have lost a customer for life! HSN SHOULD BACK THIS UP...QVC has on other items for me!

I purchased TE Green Anniversary Trio right around Christmas time.
By March it wouldn't fry a hamburger without sticking to this non-stick high temperature skillet. HSN is wonderful with returns but with this return they gave me the phone number of Ingenious Designs.
I did phone them and they told me what I could do and they would replace it. I did not send the pan to them as directed mostly because I had read the [redacted]s earlier.
I called HSC directly, asked for a Supervisor and was given an account manager named Brian who heard my story - called Ingenious Designs and before the phone call ended he had arranged for a 10-14 day delivery of a new skillet and I didn't have to return the one that was sticking.
Now...I'll keep in touch with this website and HSN if they do not follow through and let everyone know that the above complaintant is correct but hopefully after you all read my email you'll call HSN and demand what has been done for me. HSN is good - this distributorship may need a little nudge from them.
