Infra Housing Pvt. Ltd. review: Fake Complaint against our company 17

Hi I have booked an apartment at Infra Nouvelle, it is supposed to be finished in 2012, now we are almost in the final stage of 2017, 5 years late, still the project is the skeleton stage, you can see the project next to the Info Park main gate near Kakkanadu. I have send many emails to them for a clarification but no response yet. I am planning to file a case against this builders to refund my paid money with bank interest.

Let the builder publish the completion status scorecard especially for the projects they started after 2008. There will be no need for any mud-slinging after that. The facts will speak for itself.

Despite the fact that India a fast developing economic power, consumer protection is rather primitive.
Our legal system need to take a bigger role in protecting the interests of the consumer.
Why is that the builders present the buyers with agreements that are heavily one sided?
Why is that there is no governing body to make sure that agreements are fair on both parties?

I was going through the comments and the replies of above stated issue, and wish to inform that, I myself have booked a flat in Aspire and have seen the developments of the building and also been recieving updates as and when posted.

By posting comments on a builder without revealing your identity itself shows that your intentions to tarnish a particular person or a company.It could be for sure either from the jealous and envious people of the same trade or those who have left the company for some unknown reasons of their own.

If by chance you happen to be a victim then please show your identity and prove the fact since you have not stolen anybody's property and its your property if you have paid for it.

Try to make things more clear and transparent and avoid hiding and being a coward.
So I would like to confirm the above statements made are baseless.

Sad George Sad. Shame on you. You have been tarnishing us as budding builders just as we did not join KBF while you were its chairman. Now you have to reap the harvest of your own seeds.

Shame...practice what you preach. Dont live on others money. People says dont trust men who dye thier hair is an old English saying. Now I understand that you groom yourself with others money as well.

Kenny has rightly coined the term OPM. At least learn not to spoil others image in future as they did not satisfy your egos. What you want people to suck your ### as you are the chairman of KBF. We too earn the same way you do and face the same government and bureaucracy as you do. Why try to defame us. Prople will bring you down one day.

Why do you take up such projects which you cant complete and fool people. Wish there was a war and people bomb these kind of builders and remove from this earth. So it would be a God's own country again. I hope the smart city too is not happening as the builders like you want to take those land and fool more people.

This builder is so sure of not returning my money as his next project is a Old age home. So by the time I am 80 years old he will ask me to exchange his new project for the moeny I have paid him. Because if I cancel this apartment now and he gives me back the moeny I cant buy a flat in Kochi now and I have to wait another 3 years for his project to complete.

By that time I will not be able to buy anymore flat in Kochi. So he will say why dont I take his new Old age project as in another 10 years I will be eligible for senior citizen as I will be 60. So book your room in that for the money you have paid for the apartment.

i love how 'joseph chandy' posts on someone else's name. and if these lawsuits were true (and how would you know unless you were involved as these are yet public knowledge) then i'm sure your lawyer advised you not to have contact with the company, especially in the form of these posts of you might not get your money.

Dont worry folks who are cheated by such builders. They will not go a long way. The world is changing and those who think can live on someone else's money there is one person up in the heavens who knows all.

Such cheats will die a dogs death and also thier following generations will fight to death over this earned money. They will not be able to live happily. I can quote many examples but people who have invested in such cheaters dont lose hope God will open other doors.

These cheats will not last long.

I am shocked as well as a bit surprised by the comments above. I personally know the BOD of this firm. However, I never expected that things could change the attitude of people so soon. As someone said all is fine when the tide is calm. Only when there are problems you know the real person.

Actually the directors should have settled the issues with thier Clients as they have to be in business. If the comments fo people suing Infra is true its very bad on part of the directors for not settling the issues with those individuals.

I have a few investments in this company and all these were on the days when the tide was calm and industry in good shape. Really sad situation. Its easy to start business but to stay in the business with good reputation is important.

I am really unable to side anyone here.

Could you tell me which are your 6 projects completed started after 2003. There is a saying you can fool some people all the time, many people some of the times but not all of the people all of the time.

How about your projects like Vantage and Aspire which is in doldrums. You have umpteen cancellations and your Clients hang out at your doorsteps begging for money. How about your shelved project of Nouvelle which you have resureected in another model.

Some have even sued you. So commit yourself that you cant handle big projects. Its time to go back and work as contractor for Skyline which you were and learn how to complete projects on time and to deal with customers.

There is a saying that if people try to imitate peacocks lifting thier clothes and dancing they show off only thier bums and private parts which is ugly. Your case is similar to that on your projects. Dont try to imitate big time real estators. Be your size.

Its true, Mr.Benson that Fake Complaints are making a lot of problems nowadays in internet.
I checked Infra Housing Pvt. Ltd. — Non completion of project .
It can effect the company growth also. I guess that I might be done by your jealousy rivals.
These type of postings should be monitored by the complaint board.
User profiles should be verified strictly.
