Infinity Spas Unprofessional, no communication, and still no repair on brand new purchase.

It has been a nightmare dealing with Jeff and Jay from IntegritySpas. Every step of the order has been mired with problems and lack of professionalism. 9 months after placing order, I'm still dealing with problems. No response or care from anyone from IntegritySpas. They got my money so I guess they don't care about damaged product they sent out.
This all started in November 2020. Placed an order knowing that hot tubs are backordered and it'll take some time. I was quoted 1~2 months waiting time, which I didn't mind given the Covid supply chain issues. After about 3 months of no communication, I followed up to get a status update. I was told it will be shipped within a week again and again and again. By the end of February, I got an email saying that the spa panel was damaged during shipping and it'll take just a week to two to patch up.
And then…. Complete silence FOR another 3 months!
I sent countless emails and phone calls to get status update, but I never once got a straight answer from them. They said "It'll be shipped this week", "It was shipped", "We can't see the status", etc, etc. Constantly changing words and making empty promises.
In mid-June, I made another follow up email. And surprised to hear that it was already shipped. But no one knew where it was. (I guess they didn't bother to update me on the shipping status) Apparently, the hot tub was sitting in a warehouse somewhere because no one knew it had been delivered. This is another big fail on their customer service and professionalism.
Whatever. By this point, I just wanted my hot tub and get over with the shipping delays and issues.
Oh I was so wrong.
The hot tub had cracks all over. INSIDE THE TUB. Water was leaking because some tubes were not installed correctly. They did a totally terrible job at repairing cracks and scratches inside the tub. I was told about outside panel damage which was just cosmetic. I was never informed about tub damage and unprofessional repair job done. There was even trash left inside the hot tub.
Here I have a supposedly brand new with patch work of repairs that doesn't even match the tub color. I was furious about the condition, but at least I got it delivered. They can send someone to repair and make it right. Riiiiiiiiight?
NOPE.
IntegritySpas has been consistently unprofessional from beginning to the end. After 2 months of waiting for the repair, they never once sent an update or made progress on the repair.
I wonder how much longer it would take to get the repair, but I strongly advise against order from IntegritySpas. You'd better hope your order comes in one piece, and you'd better not have any problem with your hot tube. There is no support or warranty from the IntegritySpas. Integrity means nothing to them.

Infinity Spas Horrible nightmare product

Ordered a pool from integrity spas, just happens to be 20 minutes from infinity spas -- same names of people in charge. My pool has leaked, two elements ruined, told me what the problem was, technician came out--- one they themselves sent, and the problem they told him to check didn't even have that piece to check, have tried four different reasons on us-- tried to blame us for it not working properly --- technician totally supported us, delivery was an embarrassment( have that on video). It has been a year and we have used our pool maybe 10 times. It continues to leak so we continue to put water in it so as not to kill heating element--- but we are putting cold water in from the hose which makes the pool have to continuously be heating incoming cold water.

Infinity Spas Non-delivery of supplies

November 4, 2008: placed on-line order for replacement filters and chemicals. The $74.98 charge posted to my credit card Nov 5. To date (Nov 20, or more than 10 full business days later) I've neither heard nor seen anything -- not even an order confirmation.

Nov 18, 4:13 p.m. An e-mail sent to [protected]@infinityspas.net (the "email us" address on the main web page) bounced with a mailer-daemon notice of a "permanent error" and "your mail was administratively denied."

Nov 19: called [protected] (note: this toll free number connects to the same recordings as [protected], the number on the web page). I followed the menu options for shipping status for parts and supplies and then listened to a recorded loop while waiting for someone to pick up. After more than 29 minutes the recording switched to a statement that they were closed and to call back during business hours, even though it still 30 minutes before close of the stated business hours.

Nov 20, I very patiently and repeatedly tried to reach a human at various extensions and call-menu options and finally did -- but he told me I had the wrong extension, that I needed an extension for on-line sales. He gave those as x123, 124 and 203. But I had no luck getting a human response at any of them, nor at several other extensions.

On October 13 and 14, 2008, when I called for technical help with my new spa, I had no problem reaching humans. One helpful person, Doug, even e-mailed me a technical procedure for clearing an airlock. So I e-mailed Doug immediately after the first e-mail (Nov 18) bounced. No response yet and I wonder whether he is still there because the automated calling feature to reach people at Infinity allows you to spell names; when I spell Doug's name (both first and last), it doesn't recognize the name.

All this led me to abandon hope of actually receiving the supplies I ordered from Infinity. Fortunately, having paid by credit card, I was able to dispute the charge for failure to deliver the product and be credited what I paid.

The credit card rep took careful note of my repeated efforts to try to contact InfinitySpas so as to resolve the problem. They appreciate if not require a reasonable time to await the delivery (5 to 7 business days is typical, said the credit card rep) and reasonable efforts to contact the merchant. What I did here more than satisfied the rep and he credited my account.

In writing this I tried once more to call, this time choosing the menu options for existing warranty claims -- the same extension that Doug and another person answered promptly October 13 and 14. After 8 minutes 52 seconds on hold, hearing the same recorded loop, I gave up for good.

Purchased a spa in Nov 2007, had some small problems which they resolved quickly. August of 2008 I was starting to have heater problems. Water just didn't seem warm. Talk to technician at Infinity and they sent out a new control unit. Dispatched it to a local company to install. After installation I was having problems with spa blowing the GFI circuit in the main fuse box. But the Sub box fuses where fine. (by the tub)

I called again and was told that I needed a GFI box near the tub or my warranty would be void. I informed them that it was approved by the local Electrical inspector as a sound setup. Furthermore installation guide said it was except able. They again dispatched a workorder. Since it was a day after the control unit was installed. The repair company who replaced the box called me. (there over 70 Miles away) We arranged to have call each other when I was at the Hot tub and had the inspection cover off. We went threw some checks and determined that the Ozonator was defective.

November 4th I tried calling Infinity. No Answer. I called the repair place that ordered the Ozonator and was told the company went out of business. I cleanned the tub the same weekend and replaced filter and flushed the lines. Upon startup of the cleaned tub, the Blower motors quit working. (after it was working until 80 degrees( I again tried calling Infinity spas. No luck. Called Absolute Spas where I ordered it from. I was told that company was reopening in a week and too email a Kristy Hardin. I emailed her my problem and told her I was paying a local spa man to come look at the spa. No Answer.

After over $300.00 of repairs spa is working great. He did say that the control unit they sent is a little to small for the unit. I should have a 5.5 heater not a 4.5 heater. I have been trying to get a hold of them with no e veal. Yet Absolute spas is still selling spa's on the Web.

Bad company... Wish we could do a class action law suit.

I think they went out of business very fast. They owe me $2000 for spa deliveries I performed fopr them and nobody has contacted me yet!

Company went out of business. Costco dropped them. If you have a spa coming from speedy spa delivery good luck, they are at the same address.

These guys are a real piece of work. We have been doing the service for them for over 2 years now. They are always behind on there payments. We cut then off due to nonpayment. What was there response, re-dispatch all the work orders to another company and we have yet to hear anything about payment. Terrible business practices, total idiots. Heres a few...

Infinity Spas Awful company

I unfortunately used to work for Infinity Spas for a couple of years. I am being completely honest when I state these facts. It is a very crooked company that takes advantage of consumers, especially consumers that do not follow up on their purchases. I know for a fact that a lot of the spas that are being sold especially to COSTCO are being advertised as new, but are refurbished spas. There is a warehouse about 15 miles from the Infinity Spas factory in Johnson City, TN that stores nothing but refurbished spas. Most of which are sold on EBAY as new spas. On a few instances, I know that some customers were shipped a different cheaper model spa, than what they originally purchased. When the consumer would call into the customer service department asking why the spa looked differently than what is advertised we were directed to tell the consumer that the designs were changed a bit and it was indeed still the same spa. Some consumers with major issues were put off and told that their warranties did not cover the problems, when they indeed did. On the Incredible Hot Tubs website a 5.5KW heater is advertised to be installed on the spas, when only a 4.0KW heater is used. But the customer is being charged for a 5.5KW heater. The owners of the company try to use scare tactics to intimidate other local dealers because they state the facts about how Infinity Spas misleads and lies to consumers. If you do a little bit of searching online you will see how Infinity Spas bought out Key's Backyard in Texas. These poor people that worked for Key's were not given much of a notice at all before the owner shut down the Texas factory and brought everything up to Tennessee, where the Main factory is. In some cases the company is holding paychecks from employees that used to work in Texas facility for some reason. There are legal actions being taken on that issue. Its also a fact that almost all of Infinity Spas online Dealers as well as Absolute Tan which also sells their spas is ran by the owners family members. Its a huge monopoly! Speaking of monopoly, if you go to Infinity Spas website:www.Infinityspas.com, you will notice a Link at the bottom of the page that says Poolandsparatings.com(An Independent Spa rating agency). This SO-CALLED independent spa rating agency is owned and controlled by Infinity Spas. It even states on the website that it is an independently owned agency! ITS A BOLD FACED LIE! If you click it you will notice that Infinity Spas has an all 10 rating across the board! This is such a laugh and should be illegal. It does also have other spas rated as 10's, just to try and throw off the viewer so that they will think it is legit. There is no Independent agency that rates spas, well except for the one that INFINITY SPAS owns. This is a very bad and crooked company and it disgusts me to have been employed by them and to also know that they are taking thousands of people for sometimes over $10, 000 for some spas. The product is not worth the headache of having to put up with such crooked individuals. There is a lot more dirt on this company that I would love to post but I am not because I do not have the physical proof in my hands to back it up, even though I know its very very true. Take the advice of a former employee of Infinity Spas, think before you buy.

Several minor problems with my infinity spa, last one I am dealing with right now. The finish on the controller corner on the ouside of the spa is spider cracking. I had a refinisher look at it and he quoted $250 for the repair and said it was already damaged and refinished once. Costco offered $100 towards the repair but are now reconsidering the offer. Lets see what happens. CLEARLY A REFIRBUSHED SPA SOLD AS NEW.

Are these tubs "made in America?"

Wow! what an eye opener. I believe I have had "all" of the posted problems with my tub and then some. And, it is "down again." My experience also has been - problems from the 1st day of delivery and they never stopped. I have never had not even one response from Infinity. I do have all the dates of who I called, when I called, who I spoke to and a brief description of the conversation. In all fairness I will say that the company I purchased my Infinity from was good about responding when Infinity would not. To a point. First I had to hassle them, and now that there is yet another problem (that MYA of MO. supposedly repaired) they are content to wash their hands of it. I have "documented" reason to believe that the owner of MYA "knew" exactly what was going on with Infinity. So, Scott I will be in touch for legal info. I will not stand by and be ripped off. Aside from the fact that I cannot afford to throw away $6000! -- All it takes for evil to prevail, is for a few good men to do nothing. -- Anyone who purchased a tub from Infinity and or MYA for the purpose of "health, disability, physical therapy ect." PLEASE contact me. I believe the IRS may be interested in this if you took a Tax deduction on your tub. I know many people use their tubs to relieve the pain of Arthritis ect. When I get a list of names, I will contact Arthritis Today also to see if they would be interested in running an article in their Nation Wide Magazine about hurting, disabled, financially strapped people being ripped off.

I am very sorry for each and every one who wrote here. No one needs more hassle in their daily life.

I not only have had the same horror story as each one of the above posts, I have them all documented - day, date, time, who I spoke to and a brief description of the conversation. Personally I do not want to hold only Infinity responsible, but the Company I purchased my tub from. Because. I have reason to believe that at least the owner knew of the problems with Infinity. I have this documented, also. I am NOT willing to stand by and be ripped off, taken advantage of nor loose $6000. - All it takes for evil to prevail, is for a few good men to do nothing. - I am a "go" on the law suit, unless MYA of MO. wants to make things right. - I have had my tub for less than 2 years. MYA can pretend they are Costco and replace this defective tub. Please contect me @ patricial9154@gmail.com
Also, please advise if you purchased your tub due to a Health problem, disability ect. AND if you have already claimed the purchase as a Tax deduction, the IRS may be interested in this info when we want to claim a tax deduction again! This time for a tub that actually works. I know many tubs are purchased for the treatment of, relief of pain from arthritis. Once I have a list I will contact the Arthritis Foundation and see if they would like to run an article about Infinity AND the companies that sell their inferior product. We can make this Nation wide!

Buyers BEWARE! These tubs are being sold all over under different names. Do your homework before you give ANY online company your money. I know for a fact they are still out there trying to liquidate inventory secretly so they don't have to pay anything to the bankcruptcy courts.

The author is exactly correct about infinity. You pay costco they ship when they get ready, 2MO. then it arrives looking like something you never saw before, you call them and they state it is a newer model, it shipped w/o headrest and the cd player quit working in two months the jets fell out in the tub over the winter. Costco states that warrentee begines when you purchased not the 3 months it takes to get to you and get installed. Infinity is horrable selling garbage for 5, 000, but Costco also will never see a dime out of me again because the warentee is one year and starts at date of purchase and they instead of being honest about the product lie to you as much as Infinity they both just want your money and you stuck with a hunk of junk. I don't know about you all but this spa scares the heck out of me, I am 55 and would like to live at least to 56 and sitting in a pool of 220v does not appeal to me much! One last thing don't you think the right thing for Sam's and Costco to do is take their products back that are defective not say it is the venders problem don't bother us?

This company would have to be the worst company not only to purchase from but to work for. This company has really screwed their employees out of money not only the people that worked in the plant but the technicians and just about everyone that associates with this company. The owners truly have no clue what they are doing this is why the company could not stay afloat. The customers who are under warranty are never taken care of. So think twice before purchasing these tubs.

We purchased a 3 person Infinity Spa from Costco in June, 2008. Delivered without a cover to Oregon. A month later the cover arrived. Then in October the Ozonator leaked. Lucky we weren't electrocuted. The unit was undersized, with no back flow device on the line and the line NOT above the water level. Infinity did send a replacement unit (looked like it was out of another tub) that was HUGE compared to the peice of ... that failed. It works fine now. Two valves do stick up above the rim of the tub, reducing the effectiveness of the cover. Tried to drain the tub using the drain ###, but find no valve to open the drain.

After finding out Infinitiy is no more, I called Costco and they have a special team on the spa issues. The next day their designated repair service called me and set an appointment to fix the valve drain. I'm going to have them look at the pump and motor, along with the heater, to see if I got what Costco advertised. If not, I suspect Costco will honor the warranty and what they sold as advertised on the Costco website.

Learned anything? Yep, go to a local dealer and pay top dollar for a spa that has name recognition.

I purchased a spa from Infinity in March 2008. It has not worked since day 1! 3 technicians were over to my place and could not repair it. Infinity tech told me to be patient as they didnt know how to fix it. I was patient and then they stopped contacting me and taking my calls.

I filed a lawsuit in the state of Pennsylvania and Infinity did not respond so I received default judgement in the case. I filed the lawsuit hoping that Infinity would do the right thing but they still ignored the suit.

At this point, I have to transfer the judgment to Tennessee where Infinity is located and hire an attorney to seize the funds they owe me.

If anyone wants to help me with the lawsuit or needs advice, please contact me.

Hello All,

I purchased an Infinity Spa from Costco in March for a Home I am building in Mexico. We had it delivered at our house here in Arizona. The next day we loaded it up and took it to Rocky Point Mexico. When oiur builder installed it it there was an electrical problem right away that caused the panel circuit breaker to trip. I called infinity and they said to replace all of the fuses on the circuit board. This did not resolve the issue. To make a long story short I now have a SPA in Mexico that I had to pay $800 in Taxes to get across the border and now I am going to have to pack it back up and bring it home. Costco has always been phenomenal about returns, hopefully this one goes smoothly. Wish me luck... Please Spread the news on these guys and there new company. I will be traveling to Tennesee in 3 weeks for work. I plan on visiting their office if I can find it. I am 6'9" 325 pounds and used to play Middle linebacker at the University of Arizona. If I find their office...

Infinity Spas Scam and cheating

Purchase of hot tub May 2008. At Empire Building Materials Leesport, Pennsylvania After about two months I noticed that it seemed the hot tub was loosing water. I at first attributed this to splashing, evaporation etc. On August 12, 2008 I noticed it lost several inches of water in a few hours, After removing the side panel it was obvious that the tub was leaking. Water was visually dripping under the hot tub in several places. After using mirrors and flashlights I finally spotted a crack in the hot tub shell where water was dripping. I could hear other dripping as well.

Call#1 August 13, 2008 Called Empire Building Materials [protected]) and talked with a man, I explain the situation, he told me that it would be covered under warranty they would have a technician look at it and if he could not fix it they would get the factory involved. He said he will have the service person call me back. No one called.

Call #2 August 15, 2008 Called Empire Building Materials Sherry answered the phone, I explained the situation, She said she will call Bill on his cell phone and have him call me back.

Call #3 August 15, 2008 Bill calls back, I explain the situation. He describes several repair options, I express my concern that the hot tub is only three months old and leaks already. He agrees that I have a rightful concern. He explains that if he comes out I would have to pay for a service call and any repairs that he would do. He suggests that I call the manufacturer for warranty authorization.

Call #4 August 15, 2008 I call [protected] Infinity Spas After holding for 15 minutes I am cut off.

Call #5 August 15, 2008 I call Empire Building Materials I spoke with Cindy and explained the situation and asked if she could help. She said she would check into it and get back to me. She didn’t.

Call #6 August 18, 2005 I called Empire Building Materials and spoke with Cindy. She said she spoke with the warehouse and would have the technician Ryan call me.

Call#7 August 19, 2008 I spoke with the technician Ryan and explained the situation. He explained that it is $65.00 per hour for him to come out to check it, plus any repairs that he would make. When he found out that it is only three months old he said for warranty service I would have to work with the factory Infinity Spas. He explains that they are hard to get a hold of by hone.

Call#8 August 19, 2008 I call Infinity Spas after being on hold for 43 minutes I talk with a man named Scott, I explain the situation. He says he will have a technician call back. He doesn’t.

Call #9 August 22, 2008 I call Infinity Spas and talk with Debbie Cash. I explained the situation. She said she will put me in the computer and that she needed the serial number of the unit. In the mean time she will have someone get back to me.

Call#10 August 25, 2008 I call Infinity Spas and left voice mail for Debbie Cash containing the serial number of our hot tub. I asked for her to give me a call back with an update.

Call#11 and 12 August 25, 2008 Left two more messages

Call#13 August 26, 2008 I called Infinity Spas and left a voice mail message for Debbie Cash to call back, she didn’t.

Call #14 August 27, 2008 I called Infinity Spas and spoke with Anthony in existing warranty claims. I again explain the situation. He explains that someone will come out Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

Call #15 August 28, 2008 Steve from Infinity Spas calls me back and asks me to take pictures of the damaged area and email them to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

He also provides me with an incident number. I take pictures and email them August 29, 2008

Call #16 September 2, 2008 I call Infinity Spas I was on hold a long time and then was cut off. I call back and leave voice mail for them to call me back, they didn’t.

Call #17 September 4, 2008 I call Infinity Spas and spoke with David. He said he would look at the pictures and call me back in a day or two. He didn’t.

Call#18 September 5, 2008 I call Infinity Spas and spoke with Kevin. She said that she will pull the pictures and get back to me. She doesn’t.

Call #19 September 8, 2008 I call Infinity Spas and leave voicemail for a manager to call me back. No one does.

Call#20 September 8, 2008 I call Empire Building Materials and spoke with Rick Hartman and Sherry asking for their help. They said they would get back to me.

Call #21 September 9, 2008 I called Empire Building Materials talked with Mike. I explained the situation and gave him the customer number and incident number.

Call#22 September 9, 2008 I called Infinity Spas and asked for a manager, I was transferred to a mailbox that was not yet initialized and could not accept messages.

Call#23 September 9, 2008 I called Infinity Spas was on hold 15 minutes. I gave up and left a message for Debbie Cash to call me back with the managers name. She didn’t.

Call #24 September 9, 2008 I called Infinity Spas and talked with a man named Anthony, I asked for a manager and that I don’t be sent to a dead mailbox. I finally got Jason (Extension 134) identified as the “Center Manager”. Jason said they send the pictures to the local dealer to look at and if the hot tub is cracked they replace it. I explained that I can barely make heads or tails of the pictures so how are they going to get anything from it? He finally agreed to send out a technician and said he would call back within 48 hours. He didn’t.

Call #25 September 11, 2008 I call [protected] extension 134 someone picks up and says “what’s up?” when I speak they hang up. I call back to extension 134, no one answers and it goes to a message that says “this mailbox is not initialized and cannot take messages” I call back and use the company directory to find Jason. I am connected with Jason Henry, he explains that there are three Jason’s and that I want Jason Crawford. He transfers my call. Jason Crawford is confused and says that he had trouble finding a technician to check the hot tub. He says he will have someone call me tomorrow.

Call# 26 September 12, 2008 Bill Gallow calls me, and says he is not in the office but will call me September 15th to set up an appointment to check the hot tub. He doesn’t.

Call #27 September 16, 2008 I call Bill Gallows’ cell phone [protected] no one answers so I leave a message for him to call back.

Think twice before you purchase an Infinity Spa, I hope that someday this gets resolved.

should not have to buy new pump when spa is less then 1 year old do not buy they are junk, junk, junk! Spend a little more money are buy a used tub you will be thank full you did.

I agree with the last person completely. Unless the bowl, or "shell" to use the correct term, is cracked, then any spa is worth the repair costs. If you need help just let me know, and I can and will help you and can have parts delivered to your door.

I purchased a Bluewater Spa (MFG by Infinity Spa) and had a number of problems at first but the dealer BlueWater Spas had all issues fixed. Never had any leaks but had one pump die and the lightning went funky. They sent replacement parts but I had to have it repaired. My spa has been terrific so I feel very lucky BUT for all others out there, I found that most any spa dealer can repair your spa (at your cost) but the parts are very standard and inter-changeable. My local spa repair dealer can fix any problem I might have with locally available parts.
It looks like Infinity is gone but many of us have a great spa, don't scrap your spa - fix it and use it.

I just bought a used Keys Backyard Self Contained Spa that I fear is one of the Infinity Spa products. I suppose it will be the same kind of nightmare everyone seems to be having obtaining parts. Perhaps I should cut my losses and junk the thing now? I have not even had the chance to hook it up yet, and I need a cover. Does anyone know if the Dreamwater Spa parts are interchangable? I don't live very far from Johnson City, TN.

Hey Sara - don't be an idiot - it's plastered all over the internet how much Infinity Spas and all their alias distributors have been scamming consumers, shipppers and service providers over the last couple of years. We bought our tub from Dreamwater Spas back in Oct of 2008 and what a mistake. Tub needs parts and no warranty and no one to turn to. Scotty Baker, sales rep who we bought the tub from still has email working as of Jan. 2010 - he must still be in cahoots with Hatley and anyone else involved in this big sham. Trying to get a curbuit board from him right now but he won't respond. I hope they hang every one of them.

I'd love to know of an existing class action lawsuit againsts these losers, I'm in. Please let me know.

Hi, Sorry to hear that, I am a dealer for infinity spas and i still can order some spas from them and they still honor the warranty on all the tubs i have ordered from them ... It may help you to get your money back ... dont give up !

I have been entangled in a long lawsuit against Infinity Spas. I was sick and tired of getting bullied over and ignored so I filed a civil suit. It is 6 months later and I am still dealing with the case. If anyone wants to know more, please feel free to contact me at gackball24@yahoo.com

I have had very similar issues as everyone else I purchased an atlantis from infinity back in april of 07 and nothing but issues multiple calls to discount spas direct which had me speak with multiple reps from infinity it was getting so bad that discount spas was emailing the ceo of infinity and cc'd me in on the emails I then would get a call back from a rep but then they were unable to get someone to come to my home finally someone finally come out the rep from infinity told me to contact him he gave me his direct number when the installer come to inspect my tub he wrote down everything that was needed i asked to have him speak with the rep i was working with from infinity and the installer refused to speak do he didn't want in between the copany he was sub contracted through and infinity. about a week later i call and infinity didn't have an order for what was needed so i ended up contacting the company the sub contractor was going through they said they sent an email over to infinity but never got a work order to come out finally i get parts via ups from infinity then i had to fight for about 2 weeks to get a work order the same person comes ot and says wrong parts so he had to order more parts then again issues with work orders a week later i get more parts to the house 2 weeks later work orders recieved installer comes out still not all the parts. the installer calls a friend whome works for thermospas do apartently they can interchange though my issue was plumming issues. unfortunatly the persons friend didn't have parts that was needed so had to go through work orders again and someting else comes to my home following 3 weeks later the friend that works for thermo spas comes to the home and still not correct parts and he didn't have parts avil to exchange out. 3 weeks later i still have not got a call back from infinity so i call infinity looking for the gentlemen whom had finally been doing good in getting this done all of a sudden is no longer with the company so it was like starting all over from step one again. waited about a month without a call so i called them as well the company that infinity was working with and i get a great notice that infinity had filed chapter 13 and all warrenties were null and void. so i sent a msg and filed a complaint against infinity through the better business bureau. unfotunatly about 48 hours later get a msg back from them indicating company isn't part of bbb nothing they can do. therfore 2 years later i think i have used my hot tube approx 2 months at most out of 2 years horrible company to deal with will not purchase an infinity spa again nor will I purchase from the company that purchased them. i guess i got what i paid for. figured i would get a great deal on a good hot tub boy was i wrong. i personally think I should have listened to my father when he said to purchase one locally just in case of issues that may occur. I definatly got scammed over 6000 on this one.
