I hired them to provide logo design work for a small firm I work with due to their "quick" turn around. It has now been 3 weeks, I have only seen the original set of logos, their "website" "lost" my feedback for the first set of changes that needed to be made so I actually had to send an email to the two peoples personal email addresses and now we are on week 4 with nothing. They are located in the UK so good luck getting your money back. Essentially this is two guys working out of their flat in the UK scamming people for $195 a pop. The only thing you will here from them after they get your money will be - "I will have something to you by noon today" - until you go away $195 short in your bank account and weeks of wasted time. These guys are crooks.
I can't speak to anyone else's experience with Infinity, but I've ordered 3 logos from them and they have provided a great design and very fast service every time. I just ordered a website design package from Infinity yesterday, and I've already received the first draft of the home page design and it looks great.
Obviously that's just one page, but professional designs and good customer service is what I've received every time I've done business with them. Anthony is my account rep, and he does a great job staying on top of everything while the work is in progress. I'll update this comment if things don't go as well as they usually do, but in my experience they are one of the best logo design services online.
I had been shopping for a logo for over two years, and kept getting put off by poor designs and outrageous prices. Fortunately, I discovered Infinity Logo Design, who provided me with an incredibly professional-looking logo within a one week of my initial request. For only a fraction of what I would have paid with other companies, I received a logo that is perfect for my business and that enhances my product.

these people suck. 4 days after my initial order and still not one set of samples.
I purchased their "value package" that had many "benefits" one which is why i personally picked it was "12hr turnaround time". I guess they forget to check the time.

I had heard of their work and some feedback that they are good. I took their $695 package and emailed them a detailed prospect of my logo. Instead of reading it, they sent me a questionnaire about what type of logo would I like without even reading it. I was annoyed, since I already gave them that information but they didn’t bother to read it. Besides this, they delayed my work too for a while, but I liked their ‘unlimited amendment’ feature, that was worth the wait since it gives you the variety to choose from, and it was for free.
Overall my experience wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t awesome either. Better than other services I must say but definitely less than what I expected.
