Infibeam CC Avenue

First of all I am a stupid person for not believing my fellow merchants when they told me about how many scams cc avenue has done with them. I trusted the website and paid them 5000 inr to give a foreign country currency acceptance for my ecomm business. After paying and believing everything will be fine now and listing them as my preferred payment gateway I started accepting payments. I have 200$ still waiting as a payout in my cc account and I am tired of writing emails to the customer support asking them when I will get a payout for my money! They don't even reply and if they do its always we are looking into your problem will get back to you on tuesday monday etc etc. This is a fraud company which steals money and never pays to their merchants or customers. I have wrote them a last final email and I am going to file a complaint in consumer forum in a week if my money isn't sent to me and I will ask everyone I have nearby to do the same because I have had enough patience. I am writing emails from 6-7 months and they haven't sent me a single penny from my payouts.

Desired outcome: I want my money

Infibeam book

Ordered a book with Infibeam, they sent me a damaged and tampered package. Asked the delivery guy to allow me to examine whether the product is damaged or not so that, I can return the product then and there, because in my earlier order, I had received a damaged book for which they refused to provide a replacement. As this order was placed subsequently, I asked them to cancel the order but they refused to do that and again sent me a damaged package.
Customer care staff does not trust the customer and talked in supportive of the Ecom courier guys, who re-taped the package and tried to deliver. I requested them again to let me examine whether the book is damaged or not, but they again refused to let me do that. Worst service I had ever faced. Should have ordered with Amazon, which offers a No-Question asked 30 Day returns.

Infibeam stay away from infibeam

I bought some appliances through them and was said that it took it 5 days to be delivered. So it's now been a week and I have one reasonable question: where is it? It's not even being under process. I was on hold for about 30 minutes before someone did a favor and talked to me about my issue. They said the shipping was delayed because of the weekends. What was your problem to ship it on Monday? Stupid excuses not to do their job.

Infibeam Thieves!

I called Infibeam many times regarding the status of my order, but every time the said one and the same thing that they need some time to check the information. My order was supposed to arrived few weeks ago and still nothing, and they keep telling me that they need more time to get some information. What' s wrong with these people? Recently I called them again and they said that they need extra 3-5 days to get the info. I'm so angry!

Infibeam Seller took sum for the repair without my agreement

I could say that the website www.infibeam.com provided the worst services and it was awful to deal with them. I bought some items from the company, but the seller sent defective or damaged item. I emailed him and told that I returned the item, and I wanted to change it or get free repair. The seller told me “yes”, but after that he charged me for 49.99$ and it was as repair fee. He simply scammed. Be careful with this person.

My brother bought a phone from the company www.infibeam.com. He received the package on time, but the phone was without box and unsealed. He emailed the seller and told that the phone didn’t work and it has happened because of the seller. The seller’s response was rude and unpleasant. He wrote a lot of rude and unpleasant words to me. I was so upset and tried to get money back, but it was also unsuccessful.

Infibeam Fraudulent Practice and Non Refund

I purchased the Samsung Diet 22T cooler from Infibeam online on 6th April, 15. I received the product on 13th April, 2015 at 1600 hrs. I opened the parcel @ 2230 hrs, found that there was no remote in the parcel. Having the remote was my foremost criteria. Before placing the order for the cooler, I called up and spoke to the customer care executive that whether the remote will be there in the product or not. He assured me Yes, I will get the remote too.
The reason why I had to call the executive was due to dubious statement about the product on the place order page (product description page). Which at one place said its without remote and other place it said the cooler is loaded with the remote. After the confirmation by the infibeam executive I placed the order. BUT NO REMOTE RECEIVED IN THE PARCEL. Hence I did not unwrap it and cseal the box as it was received.
After Seeing that there is no remote I called up the Infibeam and told them the detail. They said that this model doesn't have remote then I told them about the conversation I had with the executive before placing the order, and that he confirmed me that there is a remote also I told him that the company is doing fraud with the customer as they are writing double statements one that the remote is there and second that there is no remote.
He checked it for himself that actually the site said the two statements and he apologized and said it’s the mistake from our end.
And On the same day I clicked the pics of the unpacked cooler (I did not unpack it, just the box was opened and when no remote found it was sealed back) and sent it to infibeam to process the refund. This was on 13th, I was told that pick up will be done in 3 days that the pick up took place after 21 days and for those 21 days I had to send 5 mails and call them 6 times for pick up request. Every time I got the same answer the pick up will be done tomorrow at 12 pm. In these days they also sent a mail that they are offering Rs 500 as a compensation. This was heights of unprofessionalism first of all they cheat customers with double statements and wrong description about the product and then they offer money so that the cusotmer doesn't raise voice.

Its 20th May today. I have sent 22 mails and called up Infibeam 8-10 times but they never take the pain to give a proper answer. They reply to the mail saying the request have been forwarded to the concerned team. And when I call they say again the same thing that the concerned team will take 2-3 days time and revert back. But I have never received a single call from the Infibeam. They not even send the mail. I have no idea of my refund status. Since last 10 days they are giving the same reply that the product has gone for the quality check. What quality check when I did not even open the parcel. It was all packed as they sent it to me and I have all the pics. When I saw there is no remote it was useless to open it.
They have a landline number and every time I call them they put me on hold for 8-10 minutes and reply that the concerned team is working on it. I am tired of the robotic answers from Infibeam whether in mail or on phone. This company has no sense of responsibility and no accountability. Their reply remains the same ever. Its 37 days since I raised the request for refund and since then this company is harassing me. I am paying for their false statement. I would have rather bought it from some other online site who doesn’t fool the customer for selling their product.
I have no option but to sue against the company for their fraudulent practices of selling product with wrong information and then not replying to the customers. They have harassed me so very much. It is my husband’s hard earned money how can I let it go. My husband had undergone surgery (I can provide all details) I was in so much need for money. I continuously called them and asked for refund but they just repeat the lines, we apologies for the inconvenience, the concerned department will get back to me. But in these many days I have no idea which is this concerned dept and no one got back to me. I want everyone to know the real face of infibeam and their wrong practices of cheating customers with wrong information.

Infibeam cheap quality clothing provided

I placed an order for clothing items from the website http://infibeams.com/ however one of the dresses which were supposed to be custom made was absolutely inappropriate in quality. The owner of the website Tasneem Ishaq charged £120 for this dress and it looked to be not even worth £50. One would think they would use good quality material and make it look similar if not exactly the same as the image on the website. However the dress I received was of cheap satin material with red coloured pen showing through as it was white, although picture showed off white. The dress had no embroidery on it and instead a cheap quality lace attached on the body of the dress, although image showed embroidery on the dress. It was such a bad quality dress. I tried contacting the person via email but I had no response, I tried ringing the number and no one even answered.
If anyone does come across the website do not use as I have had a very bad experience with them and I am sure they are not genuine as no one has heard of them, especially since there is no reviews about them online. They are an absolute rip off with no regards to customer care.

I also tried to contact the company via email but had no response as I wanted to question them about why she charged me such a high price for cheap quality clothing. However I tried to complain about this when the incident took place but found no way about it.

I hope there will be some sort of action taken about the company as these individuals/businesses think they can fob consumers living in other countries and they can get away with it sitting behind a computer screen.

Some one can say the same dirty things about you, pasting ur name, same u doing at the moment . there r many victims of your behaviour and dealing but still no body say dirty thing about you . It's shows who is who. If u spend your spare time on giving people 100% clothing service rather than stamping ur loose character on some one else's name. It would be good for u and for the people who orders clothes to u. Just give me an answer why people just writing against u ? There are 100 other companies as well, who are providing people best service rather then wasting their time on accusing people . Have a peep in your self . Might you ashamed a bit. This is not Naila . This is noble woman Tasneem Ishaq from the company infibeams.com . She is using her clients name, pasting vulgar things with clients name to defame as she wants to take the revenge. I have lodge a complaint about her as a client Bcoz she has sent the low quality clothes, bad stitching, not according to the sizes. When I questioned her she started threating "me i will paste things with ur name, tum ab day khtai jaoo, main kaha kaha tumharay nam say cheezay likhti hon " . That's wat she has said to me through mails n now she is saying things using Naila 's name.
More than i got hurt I'm surprised she hasn't have Allah's fear in her heart. Playing with some one respect . OMG . ALLah poochay ga tum ko Tasneem. I have nt use vulgar things and I will never do it . I have Faith on Allah. U Carry on, using other women's name n keep writing dirty sentences. I have faith it will come back to Inshahallah . .

I have placed an order to the company infibeams.com In bulk .as I have paid a lot of money for it, the suits been delivered to me it wasn't original n very cheap quality . The owner of company who was dealing named Tasneem Ishaq she never mentioned about replicas as I told her I just want original pieces. After receiving the suits when I questioned her about low quality stitching n replicas she refused to accept it . I asked to compensate me for her mistakes, she has stopped picking up ph n stopped replying my email. She still owe the money one of my suit which hant been delivered yet but she even doesn't want to pay me and sent me an email with third class language instead of accepting her fault.
I don't know wat to do . For every one, who wants to order online do not order Tasneem Ishaq Bcoz she will rob u n u will only cry at the end.

You send me very heavy Party wear by Email and wanted to make that dress for just 120 GBP. So, i refused to take your Order as the dress is very very heavy. So, you did cheap things. Please ComplaintsBoard.com take action against them. As i know, your site is very professional. So, without any evidence please don't approve those kind of users comments & complaints.
I am very thankful to you, if you will take any action against them.

Infibeam Offer updated after the purchase was done

I pre-ordered a book from infibeam.com at Rs. 192/- on Jul 20, “The Secret Of The Nagas” later the website updated their offer somewhere in the first week of August.

Later they update the offer to Rs 148/- with an author signed mug somewhere in Aug first week. When I clicked on my offer, I was taken to this updated offer page.

They shipped me the product long after the offer was updated. I was hoping that my order was also updated as I was taken to this updated offer page when I clicked on my order in my account. I didn’t expect them to refund my money but I was expecting to get the mug which they didn’t send me.
I would not suggest anyone to purchase from Infibeam.com. I have made many purchases from indiaplaza and ebay but have not face similar issues, Their customer care people denied to help me straight forwardly.
This is a sheer cheating and you feel foolish. I would suggest people not to order or at least pre-order books from infibeam.com

Infibeam Shipment Not Received

Never order any thing from Infibeam since they use DTDC courier service and you will never get your goods delivered, at the end you will waste your money as well as time., I ordered an item from Infibeam and never received it, I mailed my complain to DTDC Senior Manager Ms. Radhika. P {css.[protected]@dtdc.com} after few mails she stoped replying to my mails, then i wasted 50rs+precious time speaking 2 thier coustomer care they just keep saying "I will call you back I promise.", even i went to DTDC office & spoke to Incharge {Asif } over der he keep saying me come tommorow come tommorow i have been doing this since last 2 months.

Infibeam purchased order mobile,pendrive in infibeam

Hi,

I have purchased mobile phone and pendrive in infibeam.com on April 21 but i didn't get the products till now. I tried to call them but they are not answering the call. I got mail saying that "wait for 24 hrs and you will get proper response", but after 2 days also no response from them.

My order id is : 7960378
purchase date : Apr 21, 2011

I have made a call to their customer service number [[protected]]. but it always going to voice machine. Please take necessary action and do not purchase anything in infibeam. they are number one scammer.

Infibeam False publicity and fake order

We made an offer of 2 Sony Xperia pro phones. at prices Rs 14205 each. on WWW.infibeam.com
It was cash on Delivery Offer. We confirmed with their consumer executives about this offer and they said to deliver this on time and at the mentioned Price.
This product was not launched in India, so it was a joy and excitment for us to get this offer .Firstly they said that Infibeam don't deliver on sat and sundays. But a courrier by Bluedart service was sent to me on Saturday b'coz of this i was not able to take it as i was not at home that day. But later i went to the Bluedart office to enquire about my product. The Bluedart person placed the product in front of me with clearly mentioning Sony Xperia Pro Mobiles on it. But he refused to give me that . He gave me reason that my offer has been stopped by Infibeam delhi office. I asked the Consumer executive Ahmedabad office for this, But he was not even aware of this cancellation. Later he started giving excuses that they send wrong model ie Xperia mini pro in place of Xperia Pro . But its name was clearly written on box sent by them and if it was done by mistake then they should make it correct by sending right model to us.
But now they are telling that Sony has stopped launching this phone in India. But here also this phone is already been launched in other countries and Infibeam provide this by shipping form those countries only.

In all Infibeam made a false advertisment of this Phone availability exclusively on there site at such eye catching price. But when anyone places order they changes the details whithout giving any reason for it.

This is kind of playing with emotions and time of Consumers.
I made many calls to their consumer execuitve but its all in vain as of now.

Please have look into attachements which will show full detail of our order and there followups
