iNEST.co.uk Non delivery of product, and inability to contact the company

I tried to purchase a cleaning product from iNest online, handed over my credit card details, and did not receive the goods. An online search suggests that this is a common pattern with this company.
In addition, the company do not provide an active email address, nor telephone number, on their website, and they are therefore acting in contravention of UK internet trading rules, as covered under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014. Like other complainants, I have been unable to get a response from the company.
I recommend that this company be avoided at all costs.

iNEST.co.uk Non Delivery of goods

On 11th October, 2012, I ordered 5litres of SBR (a cement additive) from their website showing as being in stock.
After about ten days it hadn't arrived, so I checked my account on their website and the order was showing as pending.
I emailed, twice, but no reply. I phoned them, a mobile number, and their voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave a message.
So I have now emailed to say "cancel my order". They have not acknowledged or replied.
They have not taken any funds from my card.
What a shower! Remember the name - iNest - Avoid them!

iNEST.co.uk Non delivery of recent Purchase

I have recently made an online purchase of a remote control motorbike with the above company. I made this on Monday 10th and the status still shows as pending and I have not been able to make contact despite efforts every day via mobile, landline and email.
With concerns I have been looking in to the company and it looks like it is an individual selling items that they do not actually have and are just scamming people to get money from them.
I can't believe I have been taken by this awful person...and not doubt I will receive my goods or even get my money back...watch this space though I will do all I can...
SHOCKING!

Ordered from this website. Good never arrived although money was taken from my account straight away. Tried to contact them, their website say there email is down and there is only one mobile number to call which is never answered and your messages are not returned. So I'm now having to report them to trading standards. I wish I had been warned. This is not a legitimate company. Do not use them.

I too have order and not received my items. It seems to be a con and I will be reporting them to trading standards

iNEST.co.uk Non delivery of goods

Several contributors have complained that the phone number given by this company is not recognised by Directory Enquiries and any calls to it are never answered. They may be interested to know that they have a mobile number: [protected] though this only provides an answerphone service anyway.
Can you believe that such a large company they claim to be, only has a mobile?
P.S My goods have still not arrived and it's two months since they took my money.

iNEST.co.uk returned radio

A BUSH DAB radio was received with a faulty LCD display - you could not tell what channel was tuned in so I checked the INEST web site for their returns policy. I returned the item with the promise of a quick return and a cheque to cover postage in with the replacement. That was the last communication I had with this dodgy company in over six weeks - they don't answer their phone or reply to messages. There is only a mobile number given. Neither do they respond to emails. It has finally dawned on me that I have been ripped off by Inest.

I have since carried out some research on Inest and its owner, Sajid Hussein. He sells faulty goods - probably goods that other people have returned - and suggests you check his FAQs for a return procedure when you realise the goods are faulty. He says he will refund the return postage. He does nothing. That way he gets your money and gets the faulty item back to offload on some other poor buyer - and you pay the post for him. Nice scam eh?

Note: the are a number of review sites reporting Sajid Hussein's scam; the people that give him more than one star are himself and friends.

we had the same experience delivered the wrong item cant get hold of them no reply to mails or calls now lumbered with it this man needs locking up !

iNEST.co.uk Poor service!

On 24th September 2007. I ordered a Funai vcr/dvd recorder from Inest.co.uk also known as B H Sytems ltd, 99 Birmingham Road, West Bromwich. On arrival the goods were faulty and completely unusable. I tried for 5 days to phone them but they do not take any calls, sent numerous e-mails but they do not reply.
I am told also they do not answer letters. I paid £88.98 but looks like no chance of any refund. I paid by credit card through PROTX, but they do not refund money but they did ask me for all the details. I am now trying to claim from my credit card company but I do not think iNest B H SYSTEMS LTD should be allowed get away with it... Be warned!

I order a CD DAB stereo, received the goods OK, but the CD was faulty. I have tried to contact them by phone and e-mail. Their phone number does not accept calls and they do not respond to their e-mail messages. I would not order from them again.

I had problems with Inest, i ordered a DAB radio for £31.98 the site said i would recieve it within four days after aweek i tried to contact the company but had no joy, i then sent an email to admin@inest.co.uk explaining that as i had paid with a credit card i had reported inest to my cc company (i had done this and was told they would get the money back) within two days Mr Sajid Hussain email me back telling me he had refunded my card, i checked with the cc company and he had. Hope this is of some help

I had the exact same thing happen to me, they sold me a faulty product without a power lead which they wouldn't send me one, so I went and brought one myself I found it just wouldn't switch on at all, it was completely false. I'm now struggling to get them to pay up trough a county court. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THERE LOW LIFE FRAUDSTERS WHO STEAL FROM PEOPLE!

On July 25 2007 I ordered a Radio Controlled Plane. The order was accepted and payment taken from bank account, but I still have not received the goods. This was an internet transaction via www.inest.co.uk

Email Receipt sent address given BH Systems 99Birmingham Road, West Bromwich, West Midlands B70 6PX .Telephone [protected]. Emails sent but no response. Unable to make person to person phone contact.Written letter sent but no reply. Beware!

Unfortunately I read them too late, I have also just been caught out. Paid for vcr/dvd recorder but it arrived faulty. There is no means of contacting them as they do not reply to E-mails or letters and do not accept phone calls. Trying now to get a refund from my credit card Company...
