Today I have received a SMS from IndusInd Bank Credit Card,
Dear Customer Txn on IndusInd Bank Credit Card no XXXX05 for Rs.1000 on 08/10/14
16:44 at DUMMY ME BT ONLINE is Approved.Pls call [protected] for query
I didn't do any transaction i called IndusInd Bank call center they said 1000Rs
is revised and I asked to block the card. but I am really surprised having such
brand name how can they have such a poor online security. this is something
they should look seriously. Also now I worried about IndusInd Bank Credit Card to
use in future for any transaction. How they can approve like this transaction?
If the same issues happened again, How they going to prevent?.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

SBI Bank Credit Card / DUMMY ME BT ONLINE is Approved, Why?
Yesterday I have received a SMS from SBI Bank Credit Card,
Dear Customer Txn on SBI Bank Credit Card no XXXX79 for Rs.1000 on 24/09/18
14.27 at DUMMY ME BT ONLINE is Approved.Pls call [protected] for query
I didn't do any transaction i called SBI Bank call center they said 1000 Rs
