This company sells $50 fake designer bags as "authentic". They are authentic fake handbags that your credit card company will view as a legitimate sale. There's a reason that they have a such a short 24 hour return period. You're paying hundreds of dollars for a cheap $50 fake!

I known designer handbags. While the design may change from season to season, the quality of the materials and the workmanship remains the same (that's why you pay such a premium). This Fendi bag not only had cheap materials, the Fendi printed on the hardware was crooked (at least they spelled it correctly). You do not even sign for the bag; it's just dropped off. So if you're away during that 24 hr window when they deliver it, you're suck with "an authentic handbag" that's looks nothing like the designer handbags sold in stores. Your credit card company will not be able to do anything because you did not comply with their 24 hr FROM DELIVERY DATE (not receipt) return policy.

With all due respect, it is evident based on what you write that you don't know designer handbags. The quality and the workmanship are not always the same, it depends if you purchase the product from a designer boutique or a designer outlet store or designer factory outlet store. The products at designer outlet or factory outlet stores are not always perfect like those at the boutiques, some have imperfections (irregulars) and some are of lower quality and are specifically made for the outlet or factory outlet store. Those handbags are sold at discounted prices, while the handbags in boutiques are sold at 'premium' prices. I am quite certain that you have never visited a designer's outlet store or factory outlet store and if you'd like to know where they are located in the US or in Italy, I would be glad to provide you with that information so that first hand you can see that what I have stated is correct and that unfortunately you are incorrect in your statements. The handbag that we sold you did not have 'cheap' materials, the hardware did not have 'crooked' printing, this handbag was the only one we had, and when you returned it, it was sold to another customer the next day that was looking for it. She is from Los Angeles and wrote to us when she received it to state how happy she is. The issue is that you have false expectations because of your lack of knowledge of products from outlet or factory outlet stores. This lady knew exactly what to expect, as she had shopped in outlet stores before, and as a result was happy with the handbag. I do realize that not everyone lives in a location where there are outlet or factory outlet stores, but that is no reason to post false comments about our store. Regarding the delivery of your package, we did pay for signature confirmation, as we do with all our packages. It states on our shipping policy ‘For customer security, all packages require a signature.’ Your package was no different. If the carrier was new or in a rush and thus did not ask you to sign for the package, that is out of our control. Many companies have experienced carrier drivers that don’t do what they are supposed to. A driver not doing his job is not something we should be penalized for. At the end of the day, your handbag was delivered quickly, in tact, exactly as ordered. We also state on our about us page ‘If you are looking for the latest season style in your country, then please buy it at full price in your local department store or brand flagship store. The latest season style generally will not be available online or in outlet stores at a discounted price.’ Our website is easy to read and informative. You had the tools in front of you to make an informed decision; unfortunately you had false expectations that you would receive the handbag that you currently see in the boutiques or stores, but at a discounted price. That does not exist and we should not be judged because of your unrealistic expectations. Your comments have been very unfair and inaccurate. We were very nice to you from the get go, and I can not understand why you keep mentioning your credit card company. There is nothing for them to do because you were REFUNDED the SAME DAY that we received the handbag from you. That you can not dispute because we have the refund receipt from Google Checkout, which you do as well, to prove it. We have very few returns, and those that we do have are refunded quickly. Your credit card company had nothing to refund you because it was already done by us through Google Checkout. So honestly you have no valid reason for your thread. I would like to believe that you are not a competitor that is trying to shed a negative light on our business, but based on all your false comments, I unfortunately am beginning to believe that you are. Whoever you are, I truly wish you well, in spite of what you wrote. I have a business to run, but if someone posts false comments as you have, I will find the time to post a rebuttal. Have a nice rest of the year. Hopefully you will let this be. Thank you.

This customer placed an order then afterwards contacted us to ask if we could price match another site who was selling it for less. Normally, we can't price match as our prices are already discounted, but on this sale we agreed to give her a little extra discount, for which she was grateful. It was shipped to her the next business day and delivered promptly. To our surprise, she contacted us to ask for a return, so immediately we gave her the return instructions, and the day it was delivered we issued her a refund, the only fee we deducted was $35 which covers our original cost of packaging, shipping and handling. She filed a charge back with her card company, to our dismay, considering we already refunded her, for what seems to be the $35 fee - and the reason why her card company and our payment processor view this as a legitimate sale and refund is because she was sold a 100% authentic bag and she was refunded immediately in accordance with our returns policy. She is upset because of her unrealistic expectations due to a lack of knowledge of designer handbags. You can't buy a Guess handbag these days for $50 never mind a Fendi handbag so her false statement supports her lack of knowledge. She clearly has not been to designer outlet stores to see past season, overstock bags sold at discounted prices, nor is she aware that designers, for the same style bag, can make material changes, hardware changes etc depending on the season and market. We tried to explain this to her but to no avail, she has her own false opinions about designer handbags and that's fine she has the right to but we will not be subjected to false comments because of her lack of knowledge. She is free to shop at the retail stores and pay full price because online shopping is not for this lady. As for our return period being 'short, again this lady has a lack of knowledge. Most designer stores have a no refund policy, only store credit, and on their discounted products, they have a final sale policy. So our store providing a refund policy at all, considering our prices are discounted, is more than fair, and we maintain a strict policy to ensure that customers are not buying our products just to wear to a function or vacation then try to return them used or damaged, thus by allowing 24 hours from date of delivery to contact us for a return authorization, it protects us from our products being used or damaged. The customer has 5 days from date of delivery to return the product which is also more than fair and ample time to go to the post office to complete. So we wish this lovely lady well in her future purchases elsewhere. Thank you Michelle
