Indica - Xeta GVS / Starting problem from Day 1

The Brand new Indica - Xeta GVS has starting problem just after 24hrs of delivery. Wondering how poor are the Pre-delivery Inspection process of TATA MOTORS. Even after 48hrs , the service guys are not able to diagnose the issue !!!!!!!!!!!

    This is great that i get associated with Tata Moters as a customer recently as as a big organization i was suppose to get a good response for the purchase of my car.i purchased a XETA car from UN automobiles, Udaipur, Rajasthan, INDIA.

    given below are the details of the purchase

    purchase date:- 31 dec. 2006

    delivery date :- 3 jan.2007 , 6 pm


    1. 5000/- INR 5th nov. 2006

    2. 20500/- INR 30-12-2006

    3 14200/- INR 3rd jan.

    4. 212000/- INR 3rd jan.( Bank Payment Order)

    First of all they told me that there is no silver color available as company is not manufacturing this color car, as earlier i was told about the silver color...

    then there was no stock available for the XETA Blue color.. and i waited for 4 days.. they ask me that the delivery will be made on 3rd of jan.2007, still they given me the car late evening and my "muhrat" for the car was gone..they told me that car is in other city ( in banswara) that's why the deal happen..

    There is no Corporate Behavior in the Organization as no sales person is behaving in a proper manner and giving a impression that i am taking out the car for free.....

    I was given a temporary number on 31st dec. 2006 and it is going to be expired on 6th jan.2007 , i have to do the RTO formalities , but UN automobiles is not giving me any bill for the purchase though i have already given the bank PO and all things.. even bank persons are asking for the Car papers, they are also surprised that why the bill is not given for the purchase?i requested the administration of UN automobiles for this they told me that it will be given after 3-4 days as i have not given cash to them( its funny as a bank PO is given).

    I got a Scratch card of 1000 Rs. with the car purchase .. the sales person told me that i will be given this money afterwards as they are not having money that time they told me :- " haa thik hai MADAM aayegi tau mil jaayenge" its great that a big showroom is not having 1000 rs.

    Now the bad response story went on and on ....

    They have given me only 1 key for the car... told me that you will get the other keys afterwards... BUT WHY?

    They have not given me the battery card also , told me that " baad mein mil jaayega"

    Even the worst condition is that my CAR's PTI is is not done properly..
    the front right door is making sound , reverse light, door light is not working ..a hamming sound is coming from the car.. don't know how they can give me further service.

    When ever i ask the sales staff that i want to meet the owners of the showroom ... they always told me that they are busy .... MADAM abhi busy hai .. baahar betho ... sir abhi baahar gaye hai, aayenge tau ye sab kaam ho jaayega...

    what the hell i have to do with SIR and MADAM... are the OWNERS OF TATA MOTERS so that they are behaving like this?

    i need my car to be properly delivered and a good responce.. from the associates of this big organization...

    i have given 3 papers to them writing that i am taking the car on loan .... its my responsibility .... and so on ....still bad response very bad response....
    and no body is picking the landline phone there... on 2 numbers 91 - 294 - 2423189, 2523980, the director is also not picking up the cell phone and when ever i am calling he is rude in talking... every time i want to showroom the madam is always shouting at the employees and it make a bad impression on clients...

    Its the worst service sector i have seen in which this kind of respince is given.....
    The moments can't be bring back as when i was going to purchase the car .......

    Such a insult ... For us ..

    I also spoke to the director mr. Amit prakash on phone , they told me that the bill and

    Other things will be given after few days ( in a rude voice) ...
    Then i understand that what the un automobiles is all about.

    I Trust that TATA MOTERS will review this complaint and will do the prompt action against it


    and if you people can't take it then through the car in some crush yard ... i dont need the

    TATA Services any more...
