Indianroots Very bad store!

I blame myself for not reading the reviews! Do not deal with IndianRoots, they are the worst ever.
I have placed an order with them over a month go and never heard anything since. Tried to contact IndianRoots but they did not reply.
But last week I finally received a notification stating that my order was cancelled. I tried to reach them because I of course wanted to ask about when will I get my money back, but they didn't answer!
Now I know that my order was cancelled, but I still have no information about the money. Please, if anyone from IndianRoots sees this contact me as soon as possible!

Indianroots Horrible scam company!

I made my order a long time ago, back in January and have not received it yet. Indianroots is a total scam and joke, whatever you do, just don't buy anything from them, they are not to be trusted. They take money from hard working people!
After months of waiting I finally received a notification where it was said that my order was no longer available and that I will be given a refund. I contacted them to get more detailed information like when will I get my money and etc., and they didn't even reply! I'm sick of Indianroots and will not buy from them again!

Indianroots Useless customer service

If you don't live in India then don't order anything from www.indianroots.com! These people are absolutely ridiculous and they cannot deliver anything overseas! I wanted to order some Indian clothing, so I joined this site and to complete my registration I was supposed to have an India phone number! I contacted their support team, but they were super useless! They said that they are international company and etc. Then I told them that I cannot register without an India phone number, and their rep replied something in broken English. He said "Really? India number?". These people are so stupid! They are working for Indianroots company and they don't know anything!

Indianroots Undelivered Product

I have made a Prepaid order of two product on 5 November 2015 but till me time one product not delivered. I have contacted Customer care but nobody is picking the call as all the agents are busy all the time. I have sent an email but no response. Now its been more than one month still nothing from them. I have ordered for my own marriage and still nothing get from them and I have sent an email today again but nobody is responding. If somebody is going to respond so please order no is #[protected].

Indianroots Unethical behavior + been months no update on delivery + won't refund

My orders got cancelled twice after payment was made and I was informed 2 weeks later that products were unavailable ! Then latest order they say is under quality control for more than one and a half month whereas they claim to deliver products within 14 days or ordering and they charge so much for shipping. They claim shipping is free for orders over 50$ but that is not true and they don't mention the reasons anywhere ! when tried emailing them several times since the product is not available why don't you refund, they don't even want to refund ! this is unacceptable ! NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN AND WILL ASK EVERYONE ELSE TO BEWARE OF THEIR SCAMS IN FUTURE !

Indianroots Refund Never Received

Hi, My order was placed and cancelled on Sept 7, the Order number being [protected] for which 30 USD was deducted. I have been following up for more then a month and these cheats just apologies every time and Never refund the Amount. I know they are never going to refund this money because they are bunch of Useless People siting and writing to us without even once considering that its MY MONEY and not theirs. Horrible Customer Service, Never ever recommend to anyone .

Indianroots I need my money back

I ordered Indian dress from the company www.indianroots.in. The size was too large for me. I returned the dress to the seller, but he told me that such size was sold out. I asked to return money back, because I had no time to wait, but the seller told to wait 30 days. After a month, he stopped to reply to my emails. I have no idea what measures to take now. Please, help me.

Indianroots We got wrong order and the seller overcharged me

We bought Indian cloth from the company www.indianroots.com. We received the confirmation email and approximate date of delivery. After that we noticed that they overcharged us and provided completely wrong order. We were shocked, so we immediately contacted the rep, who refused to help and stopped to reply to our complaints. We are disappointed and better don’t buy from them, ‘coz they are scammers and provide bad stuff. Share this info.

Indianroots No news about my order

The customer services on the website www.indianroots.com is real scam, so please be aware. I placed order and they charged me almost immediately, but after that I haven’t received any news from them. I waited about a month, but the situation hasn’t been changed. I was furious and wanted to cancel the order and get money back, but the seller simply ignored me. So I couldn’t take any measures now. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Indianroots.com website is a piece of crap. It has happened to my order no [protected] with was placed in August 2016. I had ordered 3 kurti's and received just one and that to after several follow up email as they do not pick the phone. Finally when I cancelled the order for the other 2 kurti's they are now not refunding my money back giving reasons.

I had placed an order on this website 20 days back and I am yet to receive my item. When i contacted their customer support team, the person actually told me that he needed 3 days to tell me the status of my order! Don't waste your time on this ladies; there are much better online shopping websites around.

Be aware of this Indianroot, it's a scam company. They advertise Indian jewelries online but when you order they send you part of your order and keep the most expensive one they sold you. This is a cheating or scam company. Be aware of Indian them. When you contact them they never respond. I ordered $244 USA value of jewelries, they sent only 2 items-$100 USA- They only time they try to connect with you is when you go on their website and they think you want to do some shopping; They will pop up and ask how they can assist you. When you bring up your order issue they keep acting like they don't know anything bout it, then promise to mil your items within 3 days. They don't do anything. It's scam company be aware.

i ordered from indianroots twice, once the order got cancelled due to non-availability of dresses which i ordered.
Second time, i ordered two months back - 1 dress & earring.
I received the earring in broken condition, which was worth Rs. 500/-
& the dress was never received.
& after 2 months they say we need to cancel the order...What sort of service & cheating is that. What about the money spent two months back, will they refund the amount with interest. The IT Dept / Consumer Court should take appropriate action against Indianroots, so that they dont cheat customers further.
Pls ban the website. I think they only have to offer apologies & cheat to customers !

PLS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
