These guys are absolutely ridiculous. I'm a UK buyer. 5'1 and very petite (size 6) so as you can imagine I struggle with buying lehenga's that fit properly. The only option for me is to buy it unstitched and get it tailored to my size. I ordered my lehenga from them on 2nd May 2017 with the expected delivery date of 22nd, plenty of time for me to get it tailored for my wedding. 22nd came and still nothing. I contacted them to find out where it was only to be told it had a defect and they are making another one which will take another 20 days, seriously not what I need when I'm already stressing about the wedding. It has finally arrived and surprise surprise it's not what I ordered. They sent me a fully stitched lehenga, skirt size 10 (actually is probably a size 14 UK) and an XL blouse (size 16 UK). When I emailed them to complain and ask for a refund they told me they can't see what the problem is and that I can still get it tailored. The embroidery on the blouse is on the two outer edges so if I get it sewn in there's not going to be much left on the outside. I have asked them for a full refund only to be told that I need to return it for them to refund me. I have looked at the T & C's and yep you guessed it, I have to pay for that too and they won't reimburse that. This place is an absolute joke. If you're looking for a place that will happily take hundreds of £ and delivers you absolute rubbish then you've come to the right place. Trust me don't waste your time or money. It's not worth it. The customer service team are absolutely abysmal too. They basically call you a liar even though you send them pictures as proof of what they sent. I wouldn't even give it a star if that was an option.

I bought two suits from this store IndianClothStore and when I received them one suit was ok, very beautiful and it fit perfectly. Second one was too small and there was no way I could ever wear it. That was strange because my suits were supposed to be the same size.
I contacted IndianClothStore company and said that there was a sizing issues and asked for a replacement. Their customer care representative said that they did not have my size in stock and that it was a terrible mistake. Their rep said he'll try to find a way how to resolve the matter and promised to contact me back by the end of the day. He finally contacted me two days later and said that unfortunately there was nothing they could do and suggested me to keep the suit or donate it! Horrible service, I just wasted my money and I'm not happy about that!

About two months ago I purchased an outfit from Indianclothstore. I contacted the company and asked about the status of my order and when it was going to be delivered. I was told to be patient. The last time I contacted them was in mid January and was told that my order is on its way. Here we are, it is now late February and I received nothing yet. I am so angry and totally disgusted with this website! They stopped responding to my emails, I have no idea where my outfit is and I feel like I was robbed. I really hate these liars and I'll be posting negative reviews everywhere I can!

Two months ago I ordered an outfit for a special event and never received it! I contacted IndianClothStore many times and they keep telling me that I'll get my order before the wedding! Yes, right! Wedding is already tomorrow! I am so angry with this company, they are complete liars and thieves! Now I am left without an outfit and very upset. I have thing of something fast, I guess now I have to run to a local store in search of an outfit. Don't believe the positive reviews, they all are fake!

It was my first time ordering something from IndianClothStore website. I saw some good reviews online and decided to give it a try. I purchased two products and paid $100 in total. Made this order back in November and repeatedly asked them to make sure it would come in time. They said that it will come in early December. I received my package only in January and there was only one item. So I contacted them and asked about where my second item was. The customer service rep was very rude and said that he has no idea where it was. I asked him if he could just track my order and he replied that he has other things to do! What kind of customer support is that? Well, it is now February and still nothing, I'm very disappointed. Stay away from these people!

That was the first time when I ordered something from IndianClothStore. I checked the reviews before ordering, so I was sure that nothing can go wrong. I ordered two items. I ordered the second items so I can make it up to $99 to get free shipping. So I made the order back in November. Repeatedly asked them to make sure items would come in time since these were supposed to be Christmas presents. Well, Christmas came and went, but I received nothing. When I contacted them, the customer service agent was impolite and gave me no options. I asked a refund, but he rudely refused. It is now January and still no items and no money. Don't use this site. Stay away and go to a better company.

Do not order from here ! I ordered my clothes one month before eid and it still didn't arrived. I even contact them and they told me it will come the day of eid. The shipment date they posted online is a lie and what the customer representive told me was a lie as well. I wasn't able to get my clothes on eid and I couldn't even celebrate my eid thanks to them. May Allah Punish them for the lie they told me.

I bought saris from the company www.indianclothstore.com. I got all necessary info, but I still haven’t received my order. I was shocked and tried to cancel the order, but these jerks refused. No one explained why. I want money back, but the seller refuses to pay it back. Please, help me, ‘coz I almost lost all hopes to get my money back.

I ordered Indian dress from the company www.indianclothstore.com. I got the confirmation info, and it was mentioned that they would deliver it within 2-4 weeks. I waited 2 months, but still my order hasn’t been delivered. Ok, I contacted the rep, who told me that it was ok, but I needed to wait more. After that this rep vanished and impossible to contact him. Please, post comments, ‘coz I have no idea what to do now.

I ordered accessories and saree from the company www.indianclothstore.com. The company is really dishonest, ‘coz they delivered only one accessory and tried to persuade me that I got the whole order. WTF? They are liars and scammers, who want only money from the customers. They are thieves and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Scam, scam, scam. We ordered two dresses from the website www.indianclothstore.com. After that no info and the seller didn’t respond. After 2 weeks our order was rejected and no idea why. We tried to reach the seller again, but he simply ignored us and he didn’t provide any info. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. I ordered Salwar suit from the website www.indianclothstore.com. I got the suit, but it didn’t fit me. I contacted the seller, but he refused to take it back or change. He told me that they accept returns only within 7 days, but I contacted them too late. After that he never replied to my emails again. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide fault clothes and sizes. Please post your comments about this company.
