Sir,

With reference to details attached below can you please explain how senior citizens aged 82
& 71 be allotted side upper and upper berths and how can such elderly people climb to reach
upper berths!? At the time of booking when the option of only lower berths is selected an error
message flashes stopping us from proceeding with reservation of tickets. I do not understand
as how side upper berths can be there in 2nd AC!!

Can you please look into the matter and do the needful?

    Sir,
    i have lodged a complaint in sodepur station.please go through it by authority power.
    i am facing problems in ticket counter there for more than 3 years.being a student i nearly missed one of my exams.plz see to it.the ticket counters are closed every time.only a single ticket counter opens.
    for detailed complaint plz see it from sodepur station.i have lodged a complaint there.and i want immediate ction.
    Can you please look into the matter and do the needful?

    Sir,
    i have lodged a complaint in Jammu station.please go through it by authority power.
    i see the problem of lekage of water more than one and half months on Railway station because i recently job in udhampur so i can see this problem. The connections has been given to the side of railway track are not properly working and water continously fall. It is my humbly request to you please take some action on it and save water, please. This is very big issue becuase wastage of water means wastage of life. Water is not only mine its also your so please remove the problem urgently.
    Can you please look into the matter personally and do neeful?

    sir,
    i sri prabhat sahu booked a e-ticket(jeypore to khurda road jn in hirakhand express/date of journey 07/11/11) on dt-3/11/11 at 9.45 am and Rs 560/- is also deduct from my account, but when i open booking history to print out my ticket i saw that there is no detail in booking history.so, please consider my case and take nesessary action.
