Indian Railway Staff / Missbehaving passenger
Every time I used see misbehaving your staff to passengers, it is a very common in railway. Yesterday I missed my train so I asked help your staff how to cancel my e-ticket but I got only rude words from them, then I called your 24X7 customer care fortunately I got answer after 6 times calling. I think Indian railway is going to become worst department in the whole world if we are going to implement this culture. Could you please take some step to rectify this by educating your staff. I could suggest please launch user feedback online based on that take the action against individual railway employee.
