Indian Railway Servation Counter / SERIOUS COMPLAINT AGAINST RESERVATION COUNTER AT GURGAON RAILWAY STATION.

Reservation counter for senior citizen at Gurgaon Railway Station remained close from 10.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on 17.10.2007. No normal counter entertained the senior citizen on priority basis. What is the fault of senior citizen, why the alternative arrangement has not been made to entertain the senior citizen on priority basis? I contacted the Station Supdt. he said, he has no control over the reservation counter. My grievance has not entertained by any officer at Gurgaon Railway Station. The action be taken against the delinquent official immediately and the reply be sent to me after taking action. Thanks.

    Guntur Division - Guntur city pattabhipuram railway manned level crossing road is in worst condition. It is left to its own fate by not undertaking any repair work for the last 2 months. This damaged road crossing is causing much inconvenience to all the vehicles & passersby. Kindly take immediate repair work...thank you...Rajendra Prasad... Guntur

    The Railway Board is requested to undertake the construction of Sub-Way at Guntur - pattabhipuram railway gate in Guntur Division of SCR, to ease heavy traffic, which enters the city from South western side. A Six feet high sub-way is feasible to be constructed to the West of the existing manned railway gate which shall be absolutely convenient to provide passage to Two wheelers, autos, cars. Trucks & buses & heavy vehicles could pass through the existing gate as usual. The unimaginable heavy traffic through this gate could be diverted partially through the proposed subway. This railway gate is very near to the Divisional Office..Hence to the needful ...

    My complaint about your reservation system. I found some critical problem in your system.

    I booked a ticket from dadar ( western railway ) reservation counter. PNR NO. 6226617723 is booked. Your system shows the availibity is in waiting list 136. But when the ticket was print that is confirm ????. What happening ??? . I shocked. Now i open the official site of irctc.co.in it also displays the availibity is wait list 136. Question arise how i got the confirm ticket. is it possible.

    So, I want to check your reservation system as soon as possible.

    sir i have book my tecket at yavatmalmy bording is on sevaram to mitarshi, sir i have lonch my complant that in u r sit i found avilabilti at train but at the time of actule booking time booking clerk give me a waitnig ticket, after 2 day i search u r sit in this time also this pertiular train show me avilabilty, what is this sir, it is u r sit probalme or u r booking clerk plz clear me

    now a day people are facing a big problem to have a reservation in emergency, as i thinnking there is no use or benifit of tatkal ticket, its totally useless, railway department making fool to the people of charging extra on ticket for tatkal, there is one weak point on making tatkal ticket you can make request before 15 days or more, so that when the actual date that is five days before train start you were trying to collect ticket for tatkal you will get waiting, because the people who had make earlier request they will get priority first, so why railways are charging in the name of tatkal extra, so the rule should be like, tatkal ticket will only intertain before five days of train start, and no request before five das of train start should be taken.

    I agree with complains made by several passengers, I have also booked tickets in RAC-3, RAC-4, RAC-5, RAC-6, .when I checked availability, I found that there was W4/W2 Status, I understand that my RAC have been confirmed, but when I checked entering PNR no. for information, I shocked by reading that my RAC has been converted to RAC RL GN without intimation, I am unable to understand what I shoud do. I am being afraid what will be of my journey.

    IT IS TO INFORM YOU THAT RESERVATIION COUNTER IN PATHANKOT RAILWAY STATYION BOOKED WITH IN 10 MTS OF BOOKING IN TATAKAL SPECIALLY IN 2472 TRAIN NO. DUE TO MANY DALAL IN PATHANKOT HAS SUBMITED HIS RESERVATION FORM BEFORE ONE DAY I.E. IN THE EVENING TO RESERVATION BOOKING CLERK FOR BOOKING OF TATKAL SEATS IN THE MORNING DURING QUES WHEN ALL PASSANGER WAS STANDING IN LINE. BOOKING CLERK FIRST AT 8 O CLOCK BOOKED TATKAL TICKETS THE HE BOOK AFTER 10 MTS. BECAUSE MANY RESERVATION FORM AFTER FILLING WITH HIS HAND PLUS TAKING Rs.50 to 100 per ticket.

    Respected Sir,

    This is bringing to your kind notice that your ECRC Staff @ Badlapur Station are not treating well with the Public.

    On 11/06/2010 I went for Reservation Office at Badlapur Station Where Miss Archana Jadhav was attending. I reached around 8:25am & my no. comes around 8:55 at that time Mr. Station Master Come over their & having discussion with there booking staff, he also have a couple of discussion with Archana also.

    As I have to catch my local from Badlapur @ 9.04 slow to reach office within office Timing & I already miss my 8:53 Fast train & I realized that Miss Archana was sitting in blank after discussion with Station Master, So I object for the same & ask to book the ticket Fast, but after my objection She become panic & start talking rudely & loudly & when I request her that I will be lose my train I will be late for office, but she is not in position to listen & then I request her for ticket reservation & forward my paper to her she has thrown my paper & this action was repeated 4-5 times by her I also request station master to instruct her for co-operate but he keep silence & when I realize that she is not going to co-operate I ask her Name for complaint but she refuse to give her name & she threat me that she call RPF & beat me. She was on duty without her Name Badge & repeatedly denying to giving her name & saying that they are Government Servant.

    The above all incident happen in front of Station Master & other Ticket Booking Staff after wards I went to Station Master office & demand for Complaint book but he is hesitating to give me same & I am also getting late for my office & luckily the 9:04 local was late & I have to catch the train so, I left the everything & Catch the train & went to Office.

    On next day morning I again go for Reservation & found that Archana Jadhav was missing & another Lady attending the Window & she is Working smoothly & co-operatively & also she was working with her Name Badge, after ticket booking I went to Station Master Office and ask him for yesterday’s Madam he replies that she was on special duty she is not regular attendant & she from CST Headquarter. I have lodge the complaint against Archana Jadhav

    And I hereby requesting you to look into the matter & take prompt against her under my intimation.

    Tatkal ticket katne ke samay yeha par kuch dalal aa jate hai jo ek saath me 8-10 form de dete hai katne k liye aur unka khatam hote hote jab hum log katne jate hai to seat hi nahi bachta hai badme aur is sab me kuch reservation clerk bhi mile hue hai aur un dalalo se unkobhi paisa milta hai jiske chalte baki logo ko bahut hi dikkat hota hai aur woh bhi isiliye un dalalo se ticket katwane ko mazboor hai. Mujhe sirf ye janna tha ki ek saath itna form ekbaar me kya bhara ja sakta hai sir. Baki log jo line me khare hote hai unko bhi to mauka dena chahiye na. Mere paas iska koi proof to filhaal nahi hai but aagar aap chaho to mai aapko iska proof bhi ikaththa karke de sakta hu. Thanking you,

    ai vishakhapatnam new reservation counter there is charges of parking the whicles as 5/- or 10/- but no reciept. if there is a reciept which can be get printed from a shop, but the point
    1. is is it authrised?
    2. where the money is going -?-- because i gave 5/- to the person at the gate and he gave same to a lady who was cleaning the aera but a railway employ or a salaried labour not on any other basis?
    3. what is the need to have a paid parking for the pewrson who arte paying for reservation charges?
    4. please take action or reply me for the same?

    please note that in khopoli near karjet railway station during reservation time no any RPF or GRP person available on reservation windows so many problem creat by local persons e.g auto rickws, relaway peons and other staff, he demond 200 to 500 hundreds rupes for standing in line for ticket reservasion, if any complain to railway staff but no any acction by railway staff, whill station master include in the mater, they are collect the money and share in all staff so immidietly take acction and arange the GRP force, other wise we are forwerd complin center board delhi. form khopoli passinger

    Mr.R K GAUR, who was illegally distributing the railway reservation tickets to BROKERS
    for TATKAL SCHEME TICKETS. Moreover he was not listening to any body who was waiting for10 min than i have so problem and i have no confirmed ticket .because i booked first self or agent tatkal ticket

    everywhere is the same problem in india, Normally there is no ticket on ticket counter n brokers black all the ticket.The ticket clerk also with the brokers.if a Normal Man go for ticket they direct ask to which broker u belong too.but if u say, i don`t know anyone of them.they normally gave W/L.this is the way which today all ticket clerk get rich and normal People are pay more for a ticket.Even a broker ask double n triple cost for a normal ticket.i Just request gorvement to do something about all this for a common people of India.Thank You

    Dear Sir,
    I am regular traveller in Shalimar- LTT express train no. 12860. THe 3rd AC seats are so old / damaged and bad where it is very difficult to travel for 40 hours. The heights of bearths are too low. May I request to upgrade the conditions of seats/ bearths in the said train.

    I stay near Chinchwad StationPune where I always see an illegal booking agent named Dinesh Shirke who is booking tickets illegally he takes around Rs 500 to Rs.600 extra per seat for tatkal tickets and the people who stand in que if they complaints about it he beat them severely he was arrested once but he again starts his illegal business and yet he beats people severely

    ANDHRA PRADESH...EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT ...ANAPARTHI, G.MAMIDADA...THE BROKER'S WERE PLAYING A KEY ROLE IN BOOKING TATKAL TICKETS ILLEGALLY...EACH BROKER CARRYING 3 TO 4 FORMS OF RESERVATION...SO MANY BROKER'S WERE IN THESE TWO COUNTERS...
