Current account opening
Hi Team,
I Visited your Branch (Ntpc Complex Tigaon Road, P.O. neemka Mujheri Pin 121004 Dist Faridabad, Haryana) for Current account opening around 10 days ago for my Business. But still they have not open my account. I have visited your Bank twice after that and no response from there side. Every time they say staff is not available. This is totally insane. I will put the same on Social media as well and urge people not to prefer IOB for Banking.

Home loan
My grand father, father and my mother all had one home loan. During the course of the loan my grand father and my father died but we continued with loan without any fault. In order to pay off the loan completely I spoke to a staff member who guided me to make payment to a linked savings account under my mother's name. Staff member told me bank will transfer from the linked bank account to take off all the left over due amounts on home loan. After all dues were paid we still waiting for the registry to be handed over to us since the loan was under the name of 3 persons out of which 2 died.
Me and my siblings live overseas therefore we cant go back in current scenario and hence the bank is denying handing over registry to us/mother. We want this matter resolved asap. The bank is situated in Jalandhar city of Punjab on tehsil road...
Adding pictures of account owners and a bank statement of the account...
Desired outcome: We need our house documents/registry back thats all....
payment not received.
An amount of Rs.5000.00 was paid at ATM ID:IOBC1606 on 27.01.2021 but the amount was not yet credited into my current account#[protected] and the same had been intimated to the branch manager of Katpadi Gandhi Nagar Vellore-632007 under IFSC:IOBA0000213.
Please look into the matter.
NEFT transaction limited to Rs.50,000/-
They(IOB) have restricted NEFT transaction limit to Fifty thousand(Rs.50, 000/-) as daily limit., while RBI says the limit is 5 lakhs(Rs. 5, 00, 000/-). I don't know on what basis they are fixing this limit.
as per law they(all banks) should follow the RBI norms & mandate. but I don't know how they are making their own policies.
i was in a dire need of money (around 3.5 lakhs) to pay home loan & for that now i need to do 7-transactions of 50K each.(to take out my own money from the bank) How ridiculous is this!
I wonder why RBI doesn't control these banks.
Even Nationalised banks are overlooking RBI mandates. I really pity this nation.

Worst teat by the lady employee, the manager was not better.
Worst 20mins inside IOB when entered to complaint since "My Citibank ATM card is eaten by IOB ATM machine"
Oh! listen to the teatment to a non-IOB customer from it's so called Branch Manager and the lady who was in-charge of ATM machine (the person who keep the key).
Original Problem:
Right after entering the figure, it took few seconds and it asked for the pin again and asked for the money to withdraw again, it asked for pin again. I tried 2 times, and went inside the bank to help me to takeout the card.
The experience:
The manager and employees did not wanted to help, meaning nobody was bothering to listen first. Later then the manager asked to see a lady who is in-charge. She talked in Tamil and looked at ground and made noice that she cannot take it. When asked again, she asked me to come tomorrow in such a way that teens will hate to listen and respond. I have requested her to show some manners, but she was senseless, then I went to manager to seek help if he could. He was hopeless and kept saying only that lady can help but she seems busy.
The fact:
I could have very well accepted the fact that I need to come later to collect, but the way they presented was terrible. The lady made me drive nuts with her attitude and power. First-time worst experience of it's kind in an Indian Bank, and that too a lady in-charge of ATM machine. Horrible experience from a BANK in 21'st century.
Expectations:
I am not sure whether this is the kind of treatment for non-IOB customer in all offices, but I guess it is not not any different by learning from this. I am expecting things to change, if not there is no purpose for such banks to be operated. Infact we can makeout by looking the kind of it's customers that how many more years this bank can survive.
Incident happened at 4:45PM IST, 11/Jan/2010

This is the treatment one can expect from IOB branches. If may be shocking to non-customer, but not to IOB customers. They dont have helping tendency and think that customers are at their mercy. Only due to such attitude of the employees the bank is earning bad name.
