Indian Community School Amman Branch / LKG forms distrbuted before time on Day 1

1 Kuwait Review updated:
Contact information:

Indian Community School Amman Branch, Salmiya (Kuwait) was supposed to distribute LKG forms from 14th-16th Dec 2010, 8am - 10am with form costing KD5. I went to get the form for my child at 7-50am today and to my utter surprise the gates were closed. The forms have been sold out for today. Many parents were stranded outside and requested someone from the school to come out and explain this irresponsible step taken. No one came out except the security guard said asked us to write names/contact nos. and they will get back. When we asked the Vice Principal (who later came out around 9am, almost 1hour later) that whether forms would be given tomorrow or not, she said she has no idea and the school would contact us. All sorts of requests from frustated parents to meet the Principal was turned down. When dates have been clearly announced, then why is the school not confirming whether forms will be given on 15/16 Dec or not. Is this what you expect from a school? Complete mismanagement, unethical practice & non-transparent attitude.

Why do you not take this up with the Ministry of Education? Write a letter and get it translated into Arabic. If you have the zeal, get it signed by all those who sufferred.

Don't take things lying down. it is a shame that a country which produces professionals should have such behaviour tolerated within its citizens? Go and complaint the highest level, and lodge multiple types of complaints:
    1. mal practice
    2. harrassment
    3. criminal negligence
    4. lack of integrity
    5. failure to keep a public commitment

Also try and get some help and lodge a case against the school in the Ministry of Justice and the Chamber of Commerce (since it is also a business). Get your sponsor to sign the complaint too. For every complaint made, send copies of the complaint to:
    1. Police
    2. Indian Ambassador
    3. CBSE
    4. MEA India
    5. MOI, Kuwait
    6. Chairman of the School
    7. Principal of the School

Also take legal advice from the lawyers at the Indian Enbassy. DO NOT GIVE UP AT ANY COST.
