This Indian Cloth Store is a real head-scratcher. I've read some reviews that say they're great, but others say they're a total disaster. I decided to give them a shot and ordered a dress with my measurements. But when I got it, I was so disappointed. The pant legs were different sizes, so I could only fit one leg in. And the dress itself was really poor quality. It looked like they just cut out a pattern and glued it onto the main dress. I could have done a better job myself!

What sets them apart from the others is their amazing customer service. They sell almost the same things as their competitors, but their customer service is just superb. From the initial ordering to the end dispatching, they have been so helpful. Mr. Vipul Patel is such a kind person and has been so helpful in answering all my questions.

The stitching department is also amazing. Mr. Anish Patel bhai and Zankhana Patel are so talented and have done an amazing job with my orders. I'm extremely picky with my stitching and they have done exactly as per my requests. And let's not forget about Mr. Chirag Patel, who supervises everything and ensures that everything is done perfectly.

The items are exactly like pictured on the website and the quality of stitching is great. I highly recommend this honest company. And if any problem arises, just communicate with Mr. Vipul Patel via chat. He's always there to help and resolve any issues.

I gotta say, Indian Cloth Store (indianclothstore.com) is a real letdown. I mean, I shelled out over $100 for an outfit and what did I get? A tear in the chest, a bright orange paint stain under the sleeve, and a huge (glue?) stain on the dupatta. I mean, come on! I wrote to them right away and sent pictures of the issues, but they refused to give me a refund. It's like they don't even care about quality control. I bet they're intentionally selling defective clothes online so people can't see them first. And those positive reviews? They gotta be fake, man. Don't waste your money on this website.

And don't even get me started on their response to my complaint. They offered me a measly $50 refund, which is less than half of what I paid for the product. What a joke. And just so you know, using PayPal doesn't mean you're safe from these jokers. If you buy custom-made items, like I did, you're not covered by PayPal buyer protection. Their Terms & Disclaimers are pretty clear about their policies. They don't accept returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment and if there's a non-delivery or late delivery, they won't pay for it. Also, they won't entertain any complaints after 20 days of delivery. If you request a cancellation of an order, they won't entertain it either. Indianclothstore.com is just a middleman that facilitates transactions between users and vendors. They don't manufacture anything and won't back their products because of that. So, you might get screwed here like many Chinese-based websites.

However, I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this, but I have a rule of thumb when it comes to buying from websites based in China. I don't buy technology (phones, computers, tablets, laser pointers, cars, etc.) and food (baby food, formula, etc.). If I buy anything at all, I stick to textiles like underwear and cheap plastic things like CD holders. And I make sure they aren't priced over $5. This also goes for palm reading, which is interesting.

It's also worth noting that the positive reviews on these pages are full of single reviewers with 4-6 helpful each. Hmm, you decide for yourself.

One tip I have is to not order more than one item at a time. That way, you're never out more than $5.

This company is a total scam! I'm telling you, I've ordered from them twice and both times were a complete disaster. I was absolutely furious because I wanted my money back. I would rather spend 10K more and get a saree that I can actually wear. These people are absolutely not friendly, so I chose two suits instead. This was back in April 2014. Can you believe that I still haven't received those two suits? I've called this [protected]@@k 100 times and he just keeps bluffing. First, he told me that the package was delivered but got lost somewhere (I mean, come on, what decent company would say that it got lost somewhere?). Then he said it was in transit and gave me a number for some courier company and asked me (the customer) to check if it had reached. When I called that guy, he said he had no clue who these people were. Then this GUY started cutting my calls, switching off his number, and whatnot. It's now the end of December and I still haven't heard anything from them.

So, I messaged this good-for-nothing Chirag that I'm going to file a case against his company. And do you know what he said? "If you wish to file a case, please go ahead and do it." Can you believe the nerve of these people?

I'm warning everyone out there not to purchase anything from these frauds. If you do, do it at your own risk. I'm going to file a case against these guys, not because 10K is a huge amount, but because they make a fool out of us and still manage to get away with it. It's a shame.

This store is not good, don't buy from them. I bought 3 salwar kameez on 24/09/14 and it took one whole month to get 2 of them. I still haven't got the 3rd one yet! I asked them why it was taking so long and they said "your last product is in manufacturing process so will take time". They won't give you your money back either, you have to pick something else! They're not honest! If they don't have the fabric or item in stock then they should take it off the website. Their customer service is terrible! I won't ever buy from them again!

I recently bought an outfit from IndianClothStore and I had it custom stitched. The outfit had some beautiful embroidery with gold [censored]ly thread. I was really excited to receive it and try it on. However, when I received it, I noticed that the sleeves were not lined. I was a bit disappointed as I thought the outfit was supposed to be fully lined. I contacted the customer service team and asked them why the sleeves were not lined. They told me that I did not ask for it to be lined. I was a bit surprised as I thought the outfit was supposed to be fully lined. I mean, when we order something online, we rely on the information provided by the company. They asked me other questions, but why didn't they ask me about the sleeves? It's really uncomfortable to wear the outfit because of the unlined sleeves.

These guys are absolutely ridiculous. I'm a UK buyer. 5'1 and very petite (size 6) so as you can imagine I struggle with buying lehenga's that fit properly. The only option for me is to buy it unstitched and get it tailored to my size. I ordered my lehenga from them on 2nd May 2017 with the expected delivery date of 22nd, plenty of time for me to get it tailored for my wedding. 22nd came and still nothing. I contacted them to find out where it was only to be told it had a defect and they are making another one which will take another 20 days, seriously not what I need when I'm already stressing about the wedding. It has finally arrived and surprise surprise it's not what I ordered. They sent me a fully stitched lehenga, skirt size 10 (actually is probably a size 14 UK) and an XL blouse (size 16 UK). When I emailed them to complain and ask for a refund they told me they can't see what the problem is and that I can still get it tailored. The embroidery on the blouse is on the two outer edges so if I get it sewn in there's not going to be much left on the outside. I have asked them for a full refund only to be told that I need to return it for them to refund me. I have looked at the T & C's and yep you guessed it, I have to pay for that too and they won't reimburse that. This place is an absolute joke. If you're looking for a place that will happily take hundreds of £ and delivers you absolute rubbish then you've come to the right place. Trust me don't waste your time or money. It's not worth it. The customer service team are absolutely abysmal too. They basically call you a liar even though you send them pictures as proof of what they sent. I wouldn't even give it a star if that was an option.
