I am not sure why INDIAMART is doing this? It is unprofessionalism to the level of cheating your valued customers.

I am not able to buy leads on my paid portal. I have already paid in advance for 3 years and 2 years of service is still left. It amuses me to even imagine that a public listed company is playing petty tricks to cover their commitments and is going to such stoop levels of fraud. Yes, I would call it fraud now, without a doubt.

I have been trying to explain and sort this out amicably for the last 3 months but I don't think INDIAMART is willing to provide any sort of resolution to the enormous problems my business is facing due to your fraudulent behavior.

- They are blatantly denying their commitment
- They are being unresponsive to my issue now
- They are closing my service request without my permission
- They are not sharing contact details of their seniors to escalate the issues

I need a resolution to this problem asap.

I am on this Indiamart platform since more than 3 years as a Verified supplier,
And also, I had informed several times on Indiamart that I am an Online Reseller, its my Online Home Based Reselling Business so I dont have GST certificate as of now,
I have cleared this several times, even while onboarding on Indiamart too, I did clear this to your executive, for which they said that GST isn't mandatory as of now,
Just for verification, its required, but when i said that I dont have, your executive was fine with it, because i had uploaded Pan Card and Aadhar Card, Bank Statement, My Website Link etc for KYC purpose, I had mailed to Indiamart already,

Still just because of GST, banning Seller account is completely irrelevant,
Because its a connection with Indiamart that we have built since so many years, and never faced such issue till date, and now just by giving an Excuse of GST, deactivating my seller account without even Prior Intimation is very Disheartening

In Indiamart Privacy Policy, GST is only mandatory to access Premium paid services and buy leads,
However, GST is not mandatory for Free Listing and Free Seller account, so I am registered as Free Seller account itself since 3 years on this platform, I havent used any Paid services and now suddenly Indiamart Deactivated my account and now forcing me to give GST by saying that it is mandatory to everyone so that I should start using their Pemium services, this is very Cheap and Misleading practice that they are doing.
This is very wrong information that they are providing, GST isn't mandatory for Free Listing, still they Deactivated my Free Seller account and giving wrong reasons like incomplete profile and GST etc reasons,
INDIAMART is Forcing me to take GST even when it is not applicable for me as it is home based online business, still they are forcing so that i should switch to their Premium services

I am facing lot of issues by such service given by Indiamart for Verified suppliers like us!

I brought India Mart membership on 11 Dec 2018, after visit India mart sale executive. First I denied to purchase service but he convey me lot to how I will get good business and how I can expand my business very fast.

After that I brought membership for Rs 35000/- which is cost without any charges for catalog making. every week 7 lead I can purchase from my India mart accounts

From first day to till day, I did not get any enqury from India mart or not get any lead. every week I purchased 7 lead and all lead are not relevant.

The main problem is my product range is started from 10Lac Rs and India mart provide me lead max to max 5 lac so it is very difficult to convey customer to sale machines.

And this point, I already discuss with executive before purchase membership and he agreed. but till date they not provide me written agreement.

Now I am regular followup for my problem but India mart denied for commitment.

I don't know what action I have to take against India Mart. Please help me

I order some medicines from one fraudulent company named Animate Pharma, who was very prompt in replying initially to all queries but when the payment of 9K was made, the person responsible Kranthikumar, stopped responding and never took any calls from me. Now my product was not delivered nor my money was returned. I urge anyone to be careful with Indiamart and its dubious suppliers. I hope i find my money back

The so called verified supplier are fraudulent, they take the advances on behalf of the order given to them and after on they will not pick up the phone and after the Complaint placed in Indiamart they just have nothing just to say and after so many calls to their customer care number they mainly put your call on hold and every time new complaint number is issued, and after so many calls they will disable the supplier firm from the portal and nothing can be done against the supplier and their verification department.

Last week on Friday 11/12/2015, I sent money from Western Union to two suppliers that I found on Indiamart, 235 usd to Squibb Pharmaceuticals Limited and 425 usd to Pharmanova Private Limited.They were supposed to send us medicine in return, I kept my promise I paid for the items but Squibb Pharmaceuticals started asking more money for so called refundable insurance EMS fee and customs fee, there are no fees like that we all know that EMS doesn't deliver to the door in United States, USPS does. They made fun of us, called us "you poor man" etc. No replies since then from this scammer Squibb Pharmaceuticals company, be careful, they are all fraud.The money was sent to Prune Scales for Squibb Pharmaceuticals. The other Pharmanova Private Limited they first told me the package would be delivered, the package was delivered etc it has been a week already, no news, no tracking info, nothing, I wrote to Indiamrt several times but they just don't care, I am curious what kind of suppliers or people do they work with?We just wanted to do business with Indian companies, in just one same week we lost 700 usd for nothing, the money is completely gone, If we knew that they would turn out scammers we would go and donate the money for good, please be alert for companies on Indiamart, we are scammed by two companies in the same week from Indiamart.

When I placed the order on the website www.indiamart.com, the rep told me that the insurance wasn’t necessary and it was optional stuff. I placed the order and on the next day I received the email, where the seller asked to provide the insurance. I was a little bit confused, because I didn’t want to buy it and pay $200 for nothing. The seller reassured me that I needed it, but after that no news from him. Has anyone had any deals with these guys?

Indiamart is a big fraud, managed by Dinesh Agarwal. Robbed my money, no product/ services from Indiamart
Customercare is hiding.

1) I was getting 20 calls everyday from Indiamart scammers when I was free lister on Indiamart.

2) once I paid subscription for free catalog and buyleads –paid for 500 credit points . ( Manpreet Kaur scammed me) all my credit points disappeared in bogus/ fake/ fraud buy leads, even those buyleads will not have product details for them to quote. What if someone ask that he wants to buy “CLOTH”, without mentioning model, brand or any description. All my money were robbed in pushing me such bogus leads from their own generated companies. These frauds drained all my money . Besides I was promised free catalog site or link to my own website, but none was done. ( Have telephone recordings and email proof)

3) I called every one, nothing happened, then I complained to [protected]@indiamart.com, Even no response, But they deleted all my products/ listings and offers which were already there from last couple of months. Besides they did not reply to me despite my dozens of calls and email follow ups in last two weeks.

4) My company profile is blocked.

Now I am trying to call every tom dick and harry but no one comes on line., Swati, Singh, Ketan, Manpreet kaur, Vinay Bhagwani and Dinesh Agarwal are missing and not willing to reply professionally or resolve.

They just don’t want to hear complaint of their wrong doings.

Beware of Dinesh Agarwal, if you complain about services, you will be blocked and your money is gone, I am taking up matter with Indian trade missions- overseas and various international forums to make them learn business ethics. They are real shame for India.

Looks like Dinesh Agarwal, Brijesh Agarwal, Chetna Agarwal, M. K. CHOUHAN, RAJESH SAWHNEY, DHRUV PRAKASH needs to work on better thing to make money, rather scamming, cheating and duping people.

I ordered testosterone cypionate from the website www.indiamart.com. I paid for it about $145.99 and the seller sent the confirmation email, where he stated that within 7-10 days I would receive my order, but I was really disappointed when I received it. The seller sent me empty bottle, and he refused to change it or return money. Please leave comments about this website, because people should be aware when they deal with such irresponsible people.

The supplier in question is registered with IndiaMART, among other sites. Joy Hair Exports and yes the supplier stated on his website that they were a manufacturer but come to find out that this supplier sells hair out of his house and advertising that he was a leading manufacture in India. That information posted on the website is not true and very misleading. The supplier in question is:

What I received from Joy Hair Exports was non-remy, blended hair that had been dyed. The hair shredded and matted so bad I had to take the hair out of my head within one day have having it installed. I received 4 bundles of trashy hair for $235.00. I also paid my stylist $150.00 to sew the hair in.

I have sent emails with pictures of the hair to Mrs. P. Suganthi (Proprietor) of Joy Hair Exports since March 13, 2013, I still have not been able to resolve this issue in received my refund of $235.00. I have also sent emails and pictures to Indiamart, The Directorate General of foreign Trade (DGFT), and Depty Shiriskar, Assistant Director, EIA-Chennai to inform them of the issue with Joy Hair Exports and I have not been able to receive any help at all in getting my refund back of $235.00.

This company is not a manufacture, he sells hair out of his home. Please help me get my money back please. Not a good person to do business with or to buy hair from! The hair is no good so please don't buy from them!

he had put sell offers in the name of madzone
I cintacted him and enquired for microSD cards.
I made the order
as he demanded 10, 000 rupees in advance I made the payment via state bank to their account on 1st february2013,
Now till now 3 march Ididn't get anything
As I was repeatedly asking
He said that he would return my amount on1march2013,
So I waited
After 1st march He stopped responding
I am not getting any responses

So can you do anything to get my 10000 rupees back

I ordered and paid for 20 Nintendo Wii Consoles which were supposed to be delivered December 10, 2007. I have not received my shipment, tracking numbers for shipments, nor have I been able to get in touch with this company.
