indiainfoline commodity / wrong order punched

dear sir,

i have opened a account at indiainfoline at satna mp branch 3 month ago. firstly i would complian tht the company neither send any document related my account details such as account no. receipt of cheque. etc or not sent any personnel for confiermation. i have complained to his higher personeel regarding this but not any proper response given by them

at time of opening of account the compnay personnel has assured me that the terminal will be opend in all trading day and trading time but it was a fake commitement. i have made transaction in this account 4 to 5 times and most of the time no personnel was sitted at time of making order whether itshould be a buy order or sell order. so its a very bad service was being providede by the satna branch personnel.

the most important complain that i have short sell a silver mini 5 kg on dated 22 feb 2008 @ 22900 and was intrested to recover it on 22800. for it i have made a call to branch office satna and went personnly to its office but not any personnel found ther for punchi ng my order. after four days i have call to its indore regional office for complaing this and they has given me assurnance for better service. after strictly complain against Satna branch office to its head office the local personell called me on dated 25/02/2008 at time 12.10 pm. i have given oreder to recover my shortsell selver at rate 23175 and ask him to close my account. but he hasnot punched my order and book loss of rs. 7500.00.

now i would complain the compnay that i am not liable for bearning loss in any point.

its very regretful service was been provided by the compony.

i here by state their the kindly settle my account and close my account immediaelty.
