Order was placed 6 months ago and still nothing
I bet that all the positive reviews online are fake and written by IndiaEmporium employees! Do not believe IndiaEmporium, they are fraudulent sellers and all they need is money! Once you pay then good luck getting your money back!
I placed my order over six months ago and never heard anything about it. They did not reply to my messages, tracking number they gave me was invalid and after all these months I still have no idea where my order is.
All this time I was trying to get in touch with someone from IndiaEmporium but it got me nowhere.
So I already gave up because I'm 100% I'll never get my order. The last thing I can do is to spread the information about IndiaEmporium. I hope no one else will fall into their scam! Do not believe the beautiful pictures and shop elsewhere!
Fraudulent business!
I have ordered something from IndiaEmporium and there was an issue with my order. Several days after the order was placed they contacted me and said that my item was no longer available and asked me to contact them back as soon as possible, which I did but they did not reply! I wanted to cancel my order and they gave me a run around and after hours of arguing they finally agreed to cancel.
That moment I thought that I was finally done with IndiaEmporium, but then they started charging my card for who knows what! I tried to reach them numerous times but they did not reply! I asked my credit card company to block IndiaEmporium and only after that they stopped stealing my money.
Do not deal with these cheats!
Refund Not received from last 4 months
Hello everybody, Today I will share my very bad experience with online shopping with indiaemporium.com. I have placed an order on June 20, 2015. My Order No. is Order #[protected]. I ordered for Impressive Black & Blue Net Based Anarkali Suit With Sequins Work. But i didn’t receive my order even after 25 days and asked the matter and they replied as the item out of stock. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and inform. So, I cancelled my order on 15 July 2015 as they were not able to manage the dress. And they also mentioned that i’ll get the refund within 15 days But also failed to commit the refund and made the excuse that authorized person is out of india for 25 days. But even after that i didn’t get my refund and when i called they refused to refund the amount mentioning that they are going through some crisis. (my amount is only Rs 6540) Now it’s been more than 4 months and i haven’t got any refund from them. I have contacted them more than 10 + times but i don’t get any proper reply from them and now i have stopped calling them and went to consumer forum and understood all the procedure to file the case against them. And ALSO I WARN EVERYBODY NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM AS THEY DON'T FULFILL ANY THING THEY COMMIT. Thank you Akshay Rana

I highly advise all other people not to buy from the company www.indiaemporium.com. I have ordered sari dress from this website, but the quality and the view of the dress were completely different as it was shown on the website. I emailed the seller, but my attempts were completely useless. The seller simply avoided me and ignored my complaints. It wasn’t what I expected, so beware that such things could happen.
Awful quality, so better don't buy from them
People, don’t buy from the website www.indiaemporium.com. I believed to the scammers that they sold only good-quality things, but it was big lie. I paid for the some clothes and it was total rip off. They delivered awful stuff, and its quality was the worst. This company is total rip off. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Its a ripoff .. they take the money and dont send anything .. also making false reviews for their own site . its organized crime.

They didn't provide refund and customer services were awful
I ordered sari from the website www.indiaemporium.com. I got the confirmation info, but the order was lost somewhere. I decided to ask for the refund, but the customer services were horrible. The rep spoke in bad English and used some unclear words. I was shocked and I asked for money back, but all my requests were ignored. Fake offers and emails. As well as the quality of clothes was horrible

I wasted time and sent emails, but no one replied. As well as they started to send their offers and ads to my email address. I tried to stop it as well, but it was impossible. Total waste of time and money
The company is total rubbish, and the services of the website www.indiaemporium.com are the worst. I ordered Indian dress from them, but these scammers didn’t provide any confirmation info or email. I called them and sent emails, but they only promised to deliver the dress and told me a lot of rubbish that they had a lot of work or other stupid excuses. Don’t believe them and don’t order from them. Total waste of time and money.
