My order has been not dispatched. When I contacted to customer care they were not picking up my call n once they attended the call they were being so rude with me. Anyhow I arranged the number of the bakery guy who was supposed to deliver the stuffs. I called almost 50 times to him but he dint deliver he was juss telling lie that he attempted the delivery but it was unsuccessful cause mobile number was out of coverage which Is totally wrong because my mother was continuously reaching him out he was saying 10 mins in 10 mins.and after 8 pm when I called for the confirmation he told straight away yo cancel the order he denied to deliver. I request them to refund my amount to my account as I dint get the service for wat i paid.

Very disappointed with the behavior of the lady who take the call and deals with the customer.
Mostly they do not answer the calls and whenever they pick the call she speaks in a very bad tone and disconnects while we speak .
Neither a mail or msg has been sent after the order is placed and payment is completed.
After the placing of order has been done, I could reach them out and after 3 days when I finally got them on call, the lady told me that the cake or flower cannot be delivered.
Please dont ever go for this vendor to make any sort of order.
Now I am worried if i will get my money refunded or not.

Bloody fools they are crooks who get the money and never deliver the order placed . Not responding to the Cal also. Need to file a complaint to the court or else these fools will keep on grabbing money from all the people . Very worst response. I had ordered a cake & greeting card to surprise my hubby on his birthday on Sep 20, 2015 through http://indiaflowergiftshop.com. I called them and confirmed before booking. They said they would deliver in time. When I did not get my gift delivered, I called them up. Without asking my request number, they told they will deliver immediately & they hung up on me. After that, my call is not being picked by them.
Requesting to help me with refund as it is not a small amount. Attaching the mail copy received from the gift shop.

I placed on order on March 24th 2015 on the India Flower Gift Shop site - http://www.indiaflowergiftshop.com/.
First of all the order did not get placed but I was charged through PayPal for $33.38 USD. Seller's Name: Romba Gifts
Seller's Email: [protected]@gmail.com. Because I got charged and no order got placed on the India Flower site, I sent an email to the India Flower Customer Service with the order detail like items I paid for, delivery address and recipient name and delivery date. The next day, I called them and I was told that they have recived all the correct info and the order will be processed on time. The order got delivered today on April 6th, with some items missing items and some wrong items.
Items I had placed the order for and paid for are
Cadbury Temptations - Rs 699.00
Raisins Choco - Rs 449.00
Birthday Balloons - Rs. 289.00
Chota Bheem Soft Toy - Rs.549.00

There were no balloons, no chocolates from the order that I placed. The cost of chocolates that were delivered is even less than what I paid for. The order was delivered 9 days later. When I called the customer care, I was told that I should check with the courier guy for the missing items. They were not ready to take any responsibility for the delay, for the wrong items and also for the missing items.
