Indesit gas stove - need repairs

I have bought the indesit cooking range, but while moving houses the tempered glass on the oven door was shattered. I want to replace it. Please let me know where I can go to get this done and how it can be replaced. I have bought the product 4 years back.
I have been trying to get through on your service center contact numbers but with no success.

Indesit gas hob

I want to bring your attention to an incident happened to me today after purchasing a product from carrefour deire, dubai.

On saturday 12th august I brought a indesit gas hob for aed 1, 599 which was delivered on 14th at 9.45pm. The item delivered was a used and damaged unit.

I will never again by any indesit products as I lost the trust with your brand also I will spread the words through my contacts and social media, news agencies that you are cheating customers.

Attached are the photographs (by seeing the box I suspected that it would be damaged product so I took photos before opening the pack) and the bills

Indesit single oven

Hi, I purchase 2 years ago one single oven from indecent. I try contact your company but no reply so I hope you can help me with my problem. The stickers on the oven gone after a couple of months. I need a replacement as soon as possible. I have young adults at home so can be dangerous even for myself. Can you help me on this matter.

Indesit dishwasher

Good day
I bought a indesit ls 12 dishwasher 2nd hand. But I can't seem to find a manual for this model. I have searched every on the internet for a manual. Due ti this one is so different from my previous one. So can you maybe asist me with a manual for this model. I will appresiate it if you can assist me with a manual for the indesit ls 12 dishwasher.

Indesit washing machine less than three years old

I am writing with regard to an indesit washing machine, which is just short of 3 years old (out of the 2 year warranty). The bearings have just gone and basically the machine is knackered. I will never buy an indesit again. When purchasing it I was told that the machine had a 2 year guarantee, I was never offered a further extended guarantee. Basically I need a new machine just 2 years and 11 months old.

Indesit fridge shelf

Bought an indesit fridge as part of a new kitchen from homebase which was fitted in november 2015. On the evening of 12th march 2017 we heard a crash and found that the shelf in the fridge had collapsed, the shelf itself is intact but the sides are supported by plastic runners at the front and back of the shelf but have no support in the middle, placing all of the weight on only 2 inches of plastic at each side at the front and 0.5 inches of plastic at the back.

As we have only had it for just over a year and there are only 2 pensioners living here, so it hasn't been overloaded, we initially thought that it was just a one off fault; however we then realised that there was a crack in the same place on the other shelf, so it looks like a design fault.

Phoned indesit on 13.3.17 to get 2 replacement shelves and was asked to pay about £35 each, even though they assured me that the design had been changed, surely an acknowledgement that the original was likely to fail. They did eventually agree to supply 2 new shelves for atotal of £45 and said that they were out of stock but due in on the 17th march and would be with us 7-10 days after that.

Phoned to chase up today, 12.4.17, when the shelves were more than 2 weeks overdue, only to be told that they were still not in stock and were expected on 28.4.17, a friday and that they would be with us about 2 weeks after that. We will have been managing with half a fridge for about 8 weeks by then, if they arrive.

Not happy at the lack ofservice or at having to pay for something which should not have failed in the first place.

Indesit electric cooker with hobs i6evaw / the worst service

We are very very dissatisfied with your service. We bought a stove and oven (indesit i6evaw) from new zealand big brands online on 9 july 2017; on 15 february 2017 we found the hobs indicator light was not on but the hotplates were still working. So, I contacted big brands and they past the message to the auckland (new zealand) service team. The service team called us and told my husband if there is no problem we still need to pay $125. This product is still within 2 years warranty, they ask for money even coming to check it. This is the worst service we have seen, we feel very very disappointed and we worry about the faulty indicator light may cause a fire issues in the future. As this result, we are no more to recommend our friends and family members to buy any product from your company.

Indesit product can't use

Hello customer service,
I am one of your customer and I am using indesit cooking range and fridge in my house in dubai.
Last year, dtd 01/07/2015, I bought a indesit hob from your uae dealer (geco) deira, and I took it back home (india) on my vacation four months back. Recently we started using this. Very sorry to say, no pots are not sitting properly on the grid, especially small pots. I mean the base of pots is not touching 4 tips of the grid, even if placed it carefully, while boiling the water or steer with spoon, immediately pot is tilting one side and water is falling down and it cause accidents. Two three times my sister escaped from the burning.
Actually, I have raised this concerns to the uae dealer, they said, never they had come across such complaints from customer. But I tried the same grid in the showroom with one pot, then I found out, pots base are not touching in four tips of the grid.
As a reputed brand, I strongly believe, I will not be disappointed with your action. So kindly look in to this matter very urgently. Your early action should be highly appreciated. Hoping a favorable reply from your side.
For your reference I have uploaded invoice and pots how standing on the grid.

Indesit engineer not coming out

I booked an appointment on the 26th july between 7:45-11:45. The man never turned up at my house even tho he said he had knocked the door at 3:58. I was waiting in all day for him to fix my tumble dryer I looked on my cameras that I have on my house and I did not see a man come to my house or a indesit van come down my road. I had to make another appointment for a man to come and look at my tumble dryer on the 29th july 2016. I pay insurance every month for my appliances to be fixed and I have never had a problem before I hope something is done about this as I had to wait until the 29th for somebody to come and look at my tumble dryer.

Indesit safety and quality concern

I bought my tumble dryer from argo's last year, in january 2016 I received a letter from indesit stateing that there was a safety and quality concern and that I had to check on the internet if my tumble dryer was effected, s/n [protected] item number idc85k which had shown my dryer was one of those under investigation, I registered on line my details, which said I would be notified in 8 week's.
Today I rang the free phone number [protected] to find out what was happening. Only to be told that I would not have a engineer call out until december this year, I feel this is unexceptable, when this item is not a year old, I feel I should be offered to reorder another tumble dryer which is not effected.
Look forward to reply.

Indesit indesit washing machine

I have had 2 indesit washing machines in 4 years, my first one the bearings went but I put that down to me moving house, then I brought another one about 2 years ago and the same thing has happened again, I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing indesit products again I do not feel that the goods are not of the quality that it should be, a washing machine should last longer than 2 years, now I have to pay out again for another washing machine as this is going to make everyone deaf with the noise that it is making, I am very unhappy, could you please look into this matter many thanks mrs christine martin ps I purchased the second machine about july 2014 and I think indesit should make a good will offer and refund my money, I paid about £219

Indesit replacement of a faulty cooker

Recently bought kitchen appliances and cooker is faulty. The deliver person came day before yesterday to fix refrigerator and replacement cooker not sent despite talking to several service men. Its been more than a week that I cant have fresh food and depending on market food. Very dishonest and poor services!

Indesit booking system

Conveniently my indesit washing machine failed two months after the warranty expired. I do have a 5 year warranty on parts through indesit. When I called to book a repair man the operators were pre-occupied with selling me plans. Plus it is a toll call and they make an effort to keep you on as long as possible by keeping you on hold ("only a minute" and three or four minutes later they pick up). It is not possible to book a repairman and just pay for it. If you don't take the top plan you have to pay by direct debit. For one visit? They would not take payment up front either. They wanted my personal bank details. One plan was for £110, reasonable, but by direct debit, one visit and a three month guarantee. The next "our most popular plan" is £160.88, one year guarantee and if not fixable they will exchange for a new one. How often does that happen? Direct debit only. And you have to cancel the direct debit else it automatically renews. See the scam? I am now looking for an independent repairman with real experience. Please stay away from those companies which promise repairs but whose operators cannot answer a single question about what actually needs to be done. It is a game of roulette if you get someone who shows up with the right equipment - since the problem was not relayed to them.

Indesit washing machine design fault

I have purchased indesit washing machine (iwb 6103 eu) from sri lankan duty free shop last year and kept under the packing till last month. When I started to use it worked fine for a month and suddenly stopped working.
I immediately called the authorized dealer in sri lanka ie. Huntere & co plc so they sent a technician to check the appliance. Once he checked he found out that the circuit board got short circuited due to one gecko gone inside, so the circuit board has to be replaced.
Been an owner of national panasonic fully automatic washing machine for last 12 years this time I went for indesit because of the brand name and the trust I had for the indesit about the quality, following are my question about my problem…
1. In this washing machine there is an opening at the bottom and there is no protective mesh or any thing comes with it, been a fact of tropical country sri lanka, there are lot of domestic pests/insects can be found which cannot be avoid, so I feel this is a major design fault for tropical country products of yours (national panasonic, sharp, whrilpool etc. They have plastic protective cover for their similar appliances).
2. When I asked about this from authorized dealer they said that they have already informed manufacturer about this design bug but seems they never looked in to it. They said that they are advising the customers who are buying from them to install metal mesh in to the bottom, for my bad they forgot to inform this while I was purchasing (but altering the original structure…. I feel this is a joke for brands like indesit)

Now I have to replace the circuit with my expenses due to design fault of a manufacturer hardly one month used appliance.
Seek your kind advice for may case.

Near enough the entire fridge freezer on this model has rusted from the inside out in under 5 years. It now looks 25 years old, and we have been forced to purchase another fridge freezer yesterday. Needless to say, it WASN'T an Indesit!

Indesit after service complaint

I had bought tv, home theater, cooking electronic stove, washing machine & fridge on friday 29th sept. I was informed that I will receive all these item by sunday. However until monday nothing was delivered and I started calling customer care centre for every item and then started receiving them 1 by 1.
- tv installation person came to my flat on 3rd august after 5 follow up calls.
- stove with a complimentary hood which was delivered 3th or 4th day but not installed due to some flat issue, but when we recalled them to fix it they informed me that they will charge me for fixing the hood stating that this is the policy which was not informed to me by the sales man even I had asked him that will they install it for me as I don't know how to fix it and use it he never mentioned to me that it would be chargeable.

I had spend around dhs 9, 000.00 in one day to purchase all this item dhs 50 for fixing the hood was not a big amount for me, but what matters is the principle and promise which you give to the customer. If I was suppose to pay for fixing the hood it should have been informed to the customer upon selling this item, how would a customer know that it is a policy of the company that all foc item are chargeable for fixing as this is what the company jacob in abu dhabi told me which was very very disappointing.

I am very upset with the service I received after buying the product from carrefour. I guarentee 1 thing that I will never buy any items from carrefour and will inform all my friends and family not to buy any items from carrefour as your qaulity and customer service is sooooooooo poor.

Indesit engineers

I have peronnal insurance on my washing machine, indesit are there engineers, I reported the fault, was told they would come last friday, nos how, he phoned at 4.45 to say he hadnt come as he had been broke down, he would come on the saturday, no show, numerous phone calls later it was arranged for them to come wednesday last, engineer told me what I had to do, hence kitchen full of water and sudds that evening, spent all thurs morning doing what he said I had to do, still no good, phoned my insurrers again and they said the earliest indesit could fit me in would be next wednesday, no good to me in a family of 4, 3 being males, my husband works away hence the reason we took oput insurrance, my son and his friend seeing the state I was in set about to look at the washing machine, to find the filter blocked, why didnt he check the filter, to me he is incompetent and so is the company he works for. I hasten to say my son has never looked a washing machine before. I have been very emotinally upset over all this. He even suggested I take a photo of the said mess in the filter, enclosed.

Indesit engineer

I arranged for a repair to be carried out by an indesit engineer two weeks ago. When he arrived he called to ask where he could park. I tried to explain that he was parked in the wrong street only to be told in a very abrupt way ' its no good giving me street names I'm not local ' I explained that there is a huge car park which he could park in only to be told' I have no change ' He then spoke to his manager Dave Smith on his mobile. I explained that in the last 10 years this has never been a problem. I asked to speak to Mr Smith myself but was told he didn't have a phone number?
The engineer then left. I then contacted indesit myself only to be told that i should have made the engineer aware of this when I booked the repair. (News to me) so I said I would get change and could the engineer return? Only to be told no it would be another two weeks before someone could come back! I explained that I have no clothes to wear for work on Monday and no friends or family or launderette to use so what am I supposed to do? I was told it wasn't their problem but mine! After 37 minutes on the phone I was told that a manager had escalated the problem and some one would call me and arrange someone to come out today.
3 hours passed and I called again, only to be told that the escalation team can take 24 to 48 working hours to get back to me! Today is Friday so that means next tuesday before anyone will help me ! Meanwhile i still have no clothes to wear for work. I have a diary for work and know I cannot get time off work.
I feel so disgusted and angry at how I've been treated today but hey least the engineer will be able to finish early!
I sincerely hope he hits every traffic light and traffic jam that exists and every job for the rest of today is an absolute nightmare.
Thanks indesit you have truly ruined my day and I'll probably be sacked for going to work in dirty clothes

Indesit fridge faulty

Bought the fridge freezer in aug 2012, within 6 months the freezer and fridge was not working as it should, the fridge would freeze the food and then it would go warm and the food was no good to eat and ad to be thrown away. An engineer came and repaired the fault, within a couple of weeks it wasn't working again, so another engineer called, and he sent out a different engineer who replaced the fan and back panel, this only lasted a coupe of months, I have been defrosting my freezer every 2 months and the food in the fridge is still having to be thrown out. Another engineer called yesterday and is going to replace more parts. All the drawers in the freezer are all broke where they have been taken out so often. Don't seem to be getting anywhere with resolving the issue.

Indesit poor customer service

I purchased a fridge freezer 7 months ago from comet which has now gone bust so when it went faulty I contacted indesit who sent an enginerer out 1 week later, he advised there was nothing wrong just that I had to defrost it which I did, the problem was not resolved so another engineer was called out a few days later whilst I was at work, he said there was a fault but had to order a new part and return to fix this. I have 2 young children and the product was under 12 months old but I was told the engineer wopuld have to be called 3 imes before I got a replacement product. I was told by the engineer to claim for the loss of food as I had had to endure this twice and despite emails, many calls I have goton nowhere in the last 5 months. I think this is terrible customer service I have had to take time off work for the repairs to now be continuosly ignored, any help would be great

Indesit poor service and product

I purchased my frost free fridge freezer 11 months ago and had to wait 2 weeks for delivery and I found customer service with indesit very poor. When my appliance was just 10 months old it stopped working properly. The appliance would not cool and then after 2 days it would start working again and all my food went off. I called customer services which is very expensive to call and they keep you on hold for half an hour or more, what's worse is they wanted me to take out an extended warranty and told me that because my appliance stop and starts working if I were to have an engineer to have a look at it, I would be charged for the call out. I took out the extended warranty and had to wait two weeks for an engineer who ordered a part and have been waiting for 2 weeks. I was told that customer service would call me to arrange a visit and if the part doesn't arrive in a few days, indesit would replace my appliance. I called indesit so many times and they are a waste of time and lazy. If I had known that its customer service was rubbish, I would never have got the appliance from them.

I purchased my new not second hand frost free fridge freezer 6 months ago with an extended warranty it is a CUT AA 55 NF UK fridge freezer twice called out for a repair. I want a replacement i can see this being an on going thing. I was told that you can only look into this after 4 repair call outs. Ho is going to compensate me for all the food a have to put in the bin. this is not a good service. I will not be recommending Indesit
