Independent Contractor / Incomplete site and lazy service
To Whom It May Concern: I have paid all of my required money to the company (HWS) and was told at the beginning that my site wouldn't be put up "until all your materials are submitted" I have been waiting for my site to be completed now for over a month and a
half and I'm being charged for it! I am increasingly loosing my patience. My checking account is being charged for the website which is incomplete and shouldn't have been put up by your own policies. However, I sent my recordings in around March 1st or earlier. I am in dire need of retribution here. I must have my arias on my website for people who will hire me, however they go to my site and there is no music, so I lose the gig and therefore my business and income is effected. I have left messages and have emailed my acct manager and nothing has come of it. I need, at the very least, to be reimbursed for the last three months of charges debited from my account and my website complete right now! This is absurd and extremely negligent and borders on a Better Business Bureau notification. I also have been trying to receive an over payment reimbursement of $80, however, I am beginning to wonder if this is in someone's pocket and I'll never get it back. Someone must contact me ASAP. I need reimbursement, my over payment sent in the form of a check to home address and also some sort of reconciliation from your company. Please contact me and speak with me about how this negligence will be rectified.
