I am a nurse. Put resume on indeed.com. Got a lot of spam. Unwanted phone calls. Not a single person with job possibilities. Plus my resume including phone numbers was available to everyone. This is potentially an identity theft problem. After all someone could use my references for themself. A potential employer would call my reference with my name on a job I was not applying for.

Indeed is a scam company, we are suing this company for $500, 000 next week, beware of this scam company, they will collect your information and sell it to another who willing to pay also will not let you delete your account even if you ask to, BEWARE.

Indeed.com poses as an online employment site. In reality it's a scam site who sells your information to 3rd party vendors. I've applied to 9 jobs on the site. That same afternoon I was hit with a min. of 6-8 scam company emails in by email (inbox) and have been getting almost non-stop harassing phone calls. Don't use them. You'll wish you didn't.

Indeed.com is a scam. The site is to be avoided, especially by employers because they are scammed the most.

I posted jobs last year that were good for three months. Thier system was set to put $0 in the ads, but they had my credit card number. After a year, and not hearing or getting any email from them, they charged my credit card suddenly and without invoice. I stopped the payment and then, lo and behold, an invoice appears and an employee has a phone number. The employee insists and act dumb, as if it was their normal procedure. They do not care at all that the post was outdated by a year. It is not a service company, but a scam trap. Sorry to say but true. It is probably owned by the mafia.
