misbhave and cylinders block

Please be informed that SHIV INDANE Gas Agency has not been delivering LPG Cylinders in time to the customers and he is block Cylinders ever time. my salf jatv umesh kanaiyalal my customer no (m03406 my connection name :jatav kanaiyalal ) shiv indane gas block my every cylinders since three month not give any cylinders and when is complete there he is block my connection in vitrification cash i told me you are do any thing i am not send your cylinder you are do anything .so pleas sir you are understand my problam otherwise i am compliance casumer court becouse i am tierd to give many complints but i am not gat any resulution . their respective requests to solve my problam .and Approx. There are approx.70 connection holders who have been harassed by this agency and even on their individual requests, agency is not paying attention to their respective complaints

my self mukesh jain of rayagada my consumer no is MG2580 i booked my refil gas no on 30/10/10 still today i am not get my full cylender...MY complai is that once they booked no. on telephone or manual they never ever deliver gas on time. always deliver after 15 days or 20 days. I always see the vender who come to delivery here sell gas to hotels n small shops in our town.
so please do consider on my complain and take a suprim acction on it... thank u
