Incredimail / Money taken order has not been received!

On the 25 of September I bought "Premium" and I have not yet received it though the money has been already drawn from my account. I also did not received the Registration code which they promised to send within 24 hours to me. What is the problem?

I have the same problem.I bought on line with credit card Incredimail JFP on 25 th, October, 2009 and I have not received a Registratiion code yet.There is something wrong with their service for costumers.I can not believe there are so many issues on this complaints board.It happened to me for very first time.I use Incredimail for years.Wesly

I sent a lot of e:mails to purchase department Incredimail and no answer.No code for Registration JFP.I am very upset with their service.VIP support does not asnwer me.Before I got the asnwers very quick.What is today, I don't know at all.Wesly

Go to this site to make complaints, , , , its happened to me also and the bank refused to dispute it because I authorized it, , , but much like others, I tried to cancel within the 14 days and you can only leave a message. No return calls. I was pissed when my bank refused to refund that money. So, , , , I hope the address above helps everyone.
