This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

When I inquired about there services, the account representative indicated that I needed to sign up and pay a monthly fee otherwise they would publish negative and false information about my firm. He admitted to deleting files that are positive and have a team of reviewers that just make false and misleading comments about agents in order for people to get them to sign up. They were totally rude and totally fraudulent. I asked to speak to Senior Management and they cussed me out! Talk about a negative experience! This company preys on agents by using threatening techniques in using their services or black mailing them by posting frivolous postings on-line that are "Not confirmed". Agents/Brokers, be very careful about this company and fight back. Don't give in!

I had gone to update details on the Incredible Agents website and while online went to the reviews tab to pull some data from previous clients for another marketing site and was totally disgusted by what has been allowed to be posted on my site. I immediately sent a contact request to IncredibleAgents.com to remove my website completely. I have not heard back from anyone as of yet but pray that someone will take that site down and I will no longer do any marketing with this company...I am sick at my stomach!

I'm an agent who is listed on this site and I've been trying for years to get ahold of anyone who works for this company. The site was brought to my attention a couple years ago when the lunatic wife of a shady contractor I fired got the bright idea to write a review of my services when she was never a client and has never owned property! It's totally worthless b.s.

If you are considering advertising on Damon Pace's web site incredibleagents.com you may also be a candidate for a full frontal lobotomy. What a ridiculous site this is! Anyone can "Claim" an agents identity if the agent themselves have not already done so. The agent can also write anything about themselves by using multiple email address'. I am a Broker and when I opted out from receiving unsolicited emails from another site, cloudlistingmanager.com Tim Williams of cloudlisting manager went in and "claimed" my identity on incredibleagents.com and wrote a bogus review. Using other email address' I then went in and wrote disclaimers and at the same time raised my agent score by checking "Excellent" in the boxes.
Do not use this site for reviws...When you choose an agent ask for references and then call the refrences!

www.incredibleagents.com appears to have more agents with the same problem I am experiencing. False and inappropiate comments posted under agent profiles. They have no phone # to contact someone directly. Comments left for me have been found by a third party and brought to my attention. If you are a agent I would check this site for negative, slander and false claims against you. I would like to hear from anyone that has a pending lawsuit against www.incredibleagents.com. I have been a agent for almost 12 years now, with a extremely clean record with no violations what so ever. For the things to be written about me like I saw, I find this to be very insulting. I have prided myself to be a model agent in the real estate business. I can only hope the owners or management screen a bit better in the future. As this can cause lost of valueable business in a very hard market to begin with.

I am sorry to hear of the bad experiences you have all had with IncredibleAgents and I just wanted to introduce myself (Niki Scevak) and see if I can be of help. We acquired the site in April of this year and now that we have begun to operate it I can say that you can contact us directly through http://www.incredibleagents.com/contact.html and we'll answer and act upon your question within a few days.

If you'd like to be removed from the site, we're happy to remove you. If you want to claim your profile for free and change anything on it, you can. If you want to challenge a review, we will contact the original reviewer to make sure they are a real person who you dealt with in the past and check the county records to see if the transaction in question happened. If we aren't able to establish that, we'll remove the review.

BE AFRAID BE VERY AFRAID:
IF "I have my own Brokerage I have worked with over 1500 families in the last 8 years and have sold hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of homes. I have no compalints at the division of real estate and I give my clients one percent rates to sell their home "

HOW COULD A WEBSITE DESTROY YOU? OR HAVE TIME TO USE A PUBLIC FORUM
I am wondering why someone so distressed does not use Legal means? I am just a citizen watching, as False reports can be very damaging but false allegations are crasy.

It does not make sense that someone putting together a "I am putting together a civil lawsuit against this company anyone interested please email me. SOMETHING has to be done to stop this Company from NOT VERIFING INFORMATION and POSTINGS should only be for ACTUAL PEOPLE that we as agents have represented not anyone else" actually is workingwith the mental capacity to do just that?

as they would be advised NOT TO ADVERTISE IT and SOLICIT cooperation through legal documented means.

they are mentioning Attorneys but they are dealing with corporations here, why use a public forum to do this?

I do hope our community members are wary... beware! be very scared of making false claims, we on the internets can be found out easily EVEN if we use other computers.

I ALSO AM FURIOUS, I CARE ABOUT ALL MY CLIENTS AND WORK EXTREMELY HARD TO GIVE EVERYTHING I'VE GOT TO MY CLIENTS . I had a posting from a seller that I DID NOT represent complaining about issues with the sale that I had no control over, the broker did. The issue was commission to be paid on closing costs that the buyer received and the complainers agent did not counter and the complainer did not want to pay the extra $150, We all know as agents then the sellers agent was at fault for not countering, but no the complainer blamed the buyers agt (me). I hired a lawyer, the complainer sent a retraction letter to the site via the attorney and called the site to remove the posting. Nobody got back to her and the posting is still there. We have tried numerous times. I responded to the website to explain my side and they REMOVED MY RESPONSE POSTING .I am putting together a civil lawsuit against this company anyone interested please email me. SOMETHING has to be done to stop this Company from NOT VERIFING INFORMATION and POSTINGS should only be for ACTUAL PEOPLE that we as agents have represented not anyone else. The Company was supposed to have been started by a member of NAR and he is not and NAR is in the process of false advertising with him. SusanGreen

I AM FURIOUS! I WORK 7 DAYS A WEEK TO GIVE MY CLIENTS THE BEST SERVICE AND HANDS ON DEDICATION TO THEIR REAL ESTATE NEEDS AND THIS SITE IS LITERALLY DESTROYING MY LIVLIHOOD THAT I HAVE WORKED SO HARD TO ESTABLISH.. WITH ALL THE FALSE ACCUSATIONS!This site has cost me so much money with all the false information that is on there about me and my partner. The company it shows is not any affiliation with me. The phone number they have is not mine. I have been emailing them and mailing to po box with no response for years. i TRIED TO CLAIM MY NAME ON THE SITE AND IT WOULDN'T LET ME, NOW WHEN i GO TO LOOK AT SITE IT HAS COMPLETELY BLOCKED MY IP ADDRESS. THEY DONT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO EVEN BE ON THAT SITE. IT REALLY IS AMAZING THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS. AND TRULY WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC THE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE SO UNIQUE IN EVERY SITUATION THAT CAN ARISE MAY BE THAT CONSUMERS OPINION BUT SOMETIMES PEOPLE ONLY SEE THINGS ONE WAY AND THEY DONT REALIZE ALL THE FACTORS IT REALLY DOES TAKE TO SELL THE HOME, AND ETC... I have my own Brokerage I have worked with over 1500 families in the last 8 years and have sold hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of homes. I have no compalints at the division of real estate and I give my clients one percent rates to sell their home . We are full service and hands on. when people look up my name they cancel apptointments with me, they get skeptical and won't list and this site and the people that commented are not even valid. Some were addressed at the division of Real Estate and the complaints filed thrown out because there were no grounds for any complaints to stick... WHAT CAN I DO? CAN WE FILE CLASS ACTION SUIT OR SOMETHING! THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED! Bianca Bicaci, Broker

The stories above in regards to Incredible Agents has happened to me as well. I got an unconfirmed review about a guy that I have never done business with. It is a very bad review which will show on search results. I have emailed them many times to no avail. I am very frustrated and will ask FBI to look into it.

We need to stand together and get rid of this parasite.

Regards,

-Kevin

Damon Pace and Tom Wolf of incredibleagents are so brazen and feel they are above the law that they even have stated to disgruntled agents and brokerages that they posted the reviews themselves, and there is nothing they can do accept pay them to have the bogus reviews removed.

Incredibleagents.com looks like a fraudulent, misleading and unprofessional company! Currently an investigation by the FBI is has been filed looking into the smear and extortion campaigns of realtors around the country. Damon Pace and Tom Wolf of Incredibleagents.com are being reported to the FBI for extortion and illegal internet activities.
This pay for protection scam or cost realtors thousands of dollars in commissions each year, do to the scam Pace and Wolf have devised. Although freedom of speech is protected. The scam involves negative reviews and postings supposedly posted by unhappy consumers. Many realtors have reported never doing business with any of the parties or consumers leaving negative reviews at the site. When asked to remove the negative information Tom Wolf has stated you have to pay! The scam is a pay for protection under the guise of “reputation management”. Once sucked in realtors are forced to pay a monthly fee to protect their reputation. Many realtors who have never even sold one property often end up with numerous bogus complaints proving the complaints are generated by the company. When complaints are finally picked up on by the unsuspecting agent or broker its time to pay to play the reputation management scam game.

Damon Pace and Tom Wolf are so brazen and feel they are above the law that they even have stated to disgruntled agents and brokerages that they posted the reviews themselves, and there is nothing they can do accept pay them to have the bogus reviews removed.

Many realtors have had legitimate clients post positive reviews only to find them later removed. Unless you give in to the pay for protection scam. The scam works do to the laws that currently protect scammers like Damon Pace and Tom Wolf. When threatened with legal action they just laugh as Wolf stated in a resent conversation with a client “ we are untouchable above the law and lawsuit proof we are a holding company” “We are above the law”

In a recent article this agent expresses their disgust with Damon Pace

THIS IS THE WORST website a real estate professional can ever become part of. Has anyone tried to get them shut down? The site was started by Damon Pace and Tom Wolf out of Arizona. They should be reported and shut down immediately.

I am a property manager struggling to overcome comments posted on incredible agents. This site is completely one sided with anyone able to say anything they dream up... There is no response when I tried to reach the company over the last six months. Has anyone been able to get off this site?

I am so upset that my name has been put on this site without my permission. My name and that of my fellow agents are attached to our old brokers name and we are not even with that broker no more. Please help me to have my name taken off of this horrible review web site. I am going to contact NAR and as a Realtor I do hope that they can help.
